Projects To Be Discussed During The Session:

These are some key projects in the area that our panelists will be discussing. Read more about these developments by clicking on the links below.

Greystar - Everleigh, San Clemente: Newly developed, 150 unit 55+ apartment community located directly adjacent to Shorecliffs Golf Club

DJM Capital Partners - Burlington Coat Factory at Bella Terra: Recently approved by the HB City Council

Trammell Crow Company - The Boardwalk: Speculative trophy office development comprised of two nine-story towers totaling 555,600 SF, two acres of outdoor space and comprehensive on-site amenity package

Shopoff Realty Investments - Westminster Mall Redevelopment: Shopoff purchased two parcels totaling 26 acres of the Westminster Mall, in 2022, including the current Macy’s building, and former Sears buildings along with adjacent parking lots. In November 2022 the city of Westminster approved a general plan amendment, Specific Plan and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the entire Westminster Mall site, which allows up to 2,550 units on the property. Shopoff is currently working with the City to process entitlements for a mixed-use development.

Shopoff Realty Investments - Parkhouse Residences at Uptown Newport: Currently under construction, Parkhouse Residences at Uptown Newport is a 30-unit, boutique luxury condominium project located on 1.5 acres within Shopoff’s Uptown Newport Master Plan Development in Newport Beach, California. Featuring half-floor residences and two-story penthouses, each home has been thoughtfully designed by internationally renowned, Blackband Design to emphasize casual sophistication and connection to its Southern California surroundings. Tucked away in a private enclave with ease of access to the best of Newport Beach, the currently for-sale, condominium units start from the $2 Millions.

Shopoff Realty Investments - Euclid Strawberry Farm, Fountain Valley: Shopoff acquired 18.6 acres of vacant land, a former strawberry farm, in December 2021. The city of Fountain Valley is in the process of updating its General Plan, which includes rezoning the project site along with several other properties within the city to allow for additional housing opportunities to meet California's housing requirements. The City’s Housing Element was approved in October 2022 by California’s Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), and Shopoff is working to secure entitlements.

Shopoff Realty Investments - The Pines at Sunrise Village, Fullerton: Shopoff recently secured entitlements for The Pines at Sunrise Village, which includes 49 detached single-family homes, and 64 townhome units. In addition, there are three commercial parcels on the property totaling 2.59 acres. The property is located in the prestigious Sunny Hills neighborhood in Fullerton, CA.  The newly developed homes will replace an aging and largely vacant retail center on the corner of Rosecrans Avenue and North Euclid St.
