Merritt 7 Corporate Park

Situated on a 22-acre campus, Merritt 7 is Fairfield County's largest office destination. The six building, 1.4 million square foot office park features 60,000 square feet of curated outdoor amenity space, technologically advanced infrastructure, sustainable design features and extensive on-site amenities; including a new lobby, food hall, barista bar and flexible multi-purpose conference centers designed by Gensler. The property also features a newly upgraded fitness center, multiple cafés and coffee bars and food halls, nearly 10,000 square feet of indoor conferencing and meeting spaces, as well as a new on-site Metro North railroad station that will be completed by the end of this year. The buildings at Merritt 7 have been awarded with numerous designations, including LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), WiredScore Gold status, and a Fitwel 2-star rating.
