51W52

51W52 is a 900,000-square-foot office tower located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Originally designed by world-renowned architect Eero Saarinen as the headquarters for CBS, 51W52 is now undergoing renovations by HGI, including sleek lobbies, a unique amenity suite and returning the interior and exterior to their original iconic status. 51W52 offers a desirable work environment for today’s tenants with flexible and open floorplates, immediate access to the bustling 53rd Street corridor of shops, restaurants and businesses, and close proximity to Grand Central Station and Central Park. Known as the “Black Rock” building, 51W52 is uniquely built and character-filled, with its dark granite facade standing out amongst the steel and glass new-construction projects that dot today’s skyline.
