Virginia Pittarelli is a highly respected retail real estate executive with more than 25 years of

experience advising leading national and international brands. Since October 2022, she

has been a Vice Chair and Head of Retail Strategy and Advisory Services at Retail by MONA,

where she leads strategic growth initiatives and provides high-level advisory services

across the evolving retail landscape.

Prior to joining MONA, Ms. Pittarelli was an Acting Principal of Crown Retail Services, an

affiliate of Crown Acquisitions, and previously served as Principal and Chief Operating

Officer of Madison Retail Group. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for

expertise, integrity, and results-driven leadership.

Ms. Pittarelli’s core focus is national tenant representation, with a specialization in

developing and executing strategic store expansion programs at the local, regional, and

national levels. Forward-thinking and highly tactical, she has successfully led multi-market

strategic planning for numerous high-profile companies. Her comprehensive

understanding of the retail ecosystem enables her to deliver tailored strategies that

maximize revenue and drive long-term profitability across clients’ store networks.

Her distinguished client roster includes and has included Sephora, Tapestry, Pronovias,

Godiva, Lip Lab, and Vitamin Shoppe, among others. She has also represented a broad

range of national and international retailers, including Acqua di Parma, Brown Jordan, Club

Monaco, Diesel, Hackett, Jil Sander, Kenneth Cole, Nordstrom Rack, Rapha, Sarah Pacini,

The Body Shop, and The Swatch Group.

In addition to tenant representation, Ms. Pittarelli brings extensive agency experience,

having represented prominent New York landlords such as Silverstein Properties,

Brookfield Properties, Jones Lang LaSalle, Kensico Properties, J.P. Morgan, Starwood

Hotels and Resorts, Rockfeld Group, Howard Hughes Corporation, and various privately

owned specialty retail assets.

Ms. Pittarelli began her career at Citibank, N.A., where she last served as Vice President

overseeing more than three million square feet of commercial real estate. She is a graduate

of Brooklyn College and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York, Connecticut, and

Florida. She is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), the Real

Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Stores Committee, and the International Council of

Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is also an investor and contributor to Verité Capital Partners’

philanthropic initiatives supporting underserved communities.

Richard Babeck is the Vice President for Tri State Commercial Realty, and his primary area of focus is the Queens market. In this role, Mr. Babeck, a seasoned real estate broker by trade, fulfills the mandate of sourcing talent and acting as a coach and advisor to junior agents in order to accelerate their growth potential.

He began his career in real estate at Keller Williams in Midtown Manhattan. During his time there, he learned a great deal about professional development and training, as the company was very focused on professional development and training. It was there that his passion for facilitating growth and helping each agent achieve maximum results was ignited.

Before entering real estate full-time, Mr. Babeck was involved in the business development side of a technology start-up, having started and sold a company of his own. He was involved in several exciting ventures, leading him to a deep understanding of how important the right talent was for a company to succeed

Will Silverman co-heads Eastdil Secured’s equity sale business in New York City, where he is active in the office, multifamily, retail, land and industrial sectors. Since joining Eastdil Secured in 2019, transaction highlights have included the $930M sale of New York by Gehry (the largest single-building multifamily sale in history), the $931M sale of the Disney Campus on the Upper West Side, the $1.05B sale of a 5,500-unit multifamily portfolio in New Jersey, the $963M sale of the retail space at 717 Fifth Avenue and the $835M sale of 720-724 Fifth Avenue.

During Will’s career, he has worked on fee simple sales, joint ventures, equity raises, recapitalizations, note sales, UCC foreclosures, pre-packaged bankruptcy auctions, leaseholds and leased fees, among other transactions. Previously, he was the founder and group head of Hodges Ward Elliott’s (HWE’s) commercial division, where he expanded the firm’s offerings from hotels to include office, multifamily, retail, land and industrial. Prior to HWE, Will worked for 13 years at Savills (formerly Studley), where he closed $6B of sales and was named the youngest managing director in the firm’s history. Will began his career as an investment banker at JPMorgan Chase.

He is a New York native and fluent Spanish speaker.

Jose is a senior managing director and co-office head in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital

Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is a member of the firm’s

leadership committee. Jose specializes in investment advisory throughout New Jersey,

New York and Connecticut and also oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s New

Jersey office. During the course of his more than 25-year commercial real estate career,

he’s been involved in more than $62 billion of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and land

sales.

Jose started at HFF in March 2010. Before that, he was the executive director of Cushman &

Wakefield’s New York area investment sales group where he spent more than 17 years. He

began his real estate career as a real estate analyst at PaineWebber, UBS, Inc.

Mr. Anderson-Mitterling has over 15+ years of experience in the real estate industry, with a breadth of experience in asset management, structured finance, and development. Michael has arranged over $5 billion in structured real estate financing, specializing in the structuring of complex capital, which includes all types of financing from joint venture equity to sub-debt and senior debt instruments. In addition, Michael has acquired and developed more than $300,000,000 of real estate projects in the City of St. Louis during the past 10 years, having most recently received entitlements and incentives for three apartment projects (two ground-up and one adaptive re-use) totaling $140,000,000 of projects. Michael graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor of Sciences Degree with dual concentrations in Corporate Finance and Commercial Real Estate Finance. Simultaneously, he competed full time on the U.S. National Sailing Team (an alternate during the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games). Some accolades include being named “Rookie of the Year” for Grubb & Ellis in 2010 and named to CPE’s “Stars to Watch” in 2017. He is also devoted to giving back. Risa Letowsky is Co-Chair of the Leasing Practice at Adler & Stachenfeld LLP. Ms. Letowsky has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in large-scale office, retail, restaurant, shopping center, co-working, industrial, and ground lease transactions. Ms. Letowsky regularly represents many prominent New York City landlords, as well as one of the nation’s largest insurance companies and one of the world’s largest co-working companies with their office leasing portfolios. She is well-regarded in the industry as a “deal maker” and is consistently sought after for her negotiating and drafting skills in this space.

Prior to joining Adler & Stachenfeld, Ms. Letowsky was Special Counsel at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. Earlier in her career, Ms. Letowsky served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Rouse Properties, Inc., and as an associate in the real estate group of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.

Ms. Letowsky is the Firm’s hiring partner. She is also a member of the Firm’s women’s initiative, the Chair of the Firm’s mentoring program, and Co-Chair of the Alumni Committee. Ms. Letowsky serves on the board of City Living NYC, a nonprofit whose mission is to provide assistance to youth aging out of the foster care system, and she previously served on the Cofactor Council of SparkYouth NYC, a nonprofit whose mission is to ignite growth opportunities in community-based programs for the young people of New York City. Ms. Letowsky also dedicates time as a mentor to junior high school students in Harlem who are part of B.O.N.D. (Brothers on a New Direction) and G.L.O.W. (Girls Learning Their Own Worth).
