Philippe Visser is President of Related Office Development where he leads the company's expansive commercial office development efforts nationally. Mr. Visser joined Related in 2013 and led the successful execution of 30 Hudson Yards, a 2.6 million-square-foot, 1,296-foot-tall office tower and the future home to KKR, Wells Fargo, Time Warner Inc., DNB Bank and Related's corporate offices. Prior to joining Related, Philippe served as Director, World Trade Center Redevelopment for the Port Authority of NY & NJ leading the $15 billion, 14 million-square-foot World Trade Center redevelopment. Mr. Visser was previously responsible for the acquisition and development of New York City projects for Tishman Speyer, worked in acquisitions at Vornado Realty Trust and ran the day-to-day development of commercial office and mixed-use projects for Forest City Ratner. Mr. Visser graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Phi Beta Kappa member and Truman Scholar. He has an MBA from the Columbia Business School and a Master's of Science in Regional and Urban Planning from the London School of Economics, which he attended as a Thouron Fellow. Mr. Visser has previously chaired the YMCA's 2016 and 2017 capital campaigns and is a member of the Business Advisory Committee of the New York Aquarium and UJA Brooklyn Advisory Committee and is a Trustee of Kane Street Synagogue.

Jonathan Fanuzzi joined Newmark’s New York City office in 2022 as an Executive Managing Director, providing both agency leasing and tenant representation services for a wide range of asset classes and industries. He rejoins Newmark as one of the senior members of, President of New York Tri-State Region, David Falk’s team. Over the course of his 24-year career, Fanuzzi has completed more than 20 million square feet of transactions across the United States for an array of clients. Fanuzzi returned to Newmark after a decade at JLL, where he was consistently ranked among the firm’s top national producers and was awarded their “Top Gun” and “Gold Achiever” designations multiple times. David J. Pfeffer is a partner, chair of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s Construction Practice, and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Pfeffer serves as a business partner to his clients – including real estate owners and developers, educational institutions, high-net-worth individuals, healthcare organizations, and cultural centers – and advises on all aspects of their construction, development, real estate, and business needs. Mr. Durels is responsible for all of our real estate activities, including leasing, property redevelopment, management and construction. Mr. Durels joined our predecessor in 1990 where he served in similar capacities, also supervised property acquisitions, and was involved in acquisitions and structured equity investments of over $1.1 billion. Prior to joining our predecessor, from February 1984 to April 1990, he served as Assistant Vice President at Helmsley Spear, Inc., where Mr. Durels was responsible for construction and engineering for its portfolio of office, hotel, residential and retail properties. Mr. Durels is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Urban Land Institute and the Young Men’s and Women’s Real Estate Association, for which he served as Treasurer in 2003, and is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut. Mr. Durels received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Michael A. Mulia is an associate in Ingram’s commercial real estate group, where he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, project development, and financing. Prior to joining Ingram Mike was an associate attorney for a small New York real estate firm, where he handled all aspects of real estate transactions, including client contact, term sheet review, contract negotiation, title and survey review, due diligence and ground-up real estate development projects. Michael also served as general counsel for a New York real estate development company where he oversaw the development and financing of charter school projects and other commercial real estate projects throughout New York City.

Lisa Bevacqua joined Silverstein Properties in 2010 and is an Executive Vice President and the Director of Asset Management, where she oversees the company’s 16 million square foot portfolio of office and multifamily properties. Lisa is responsible for overseeing execution of the investment strategy for all properties in the portfolio and managing investor relationships. She leads four separate teams at the company with the common goal of maximizing investment value and enhancing tenant and resident experience. Lisa created and co-leads the company’s Tenant Experience and Hospitality platform, INSPIRE. Lisa also serves on the company’s management team. She is a member of the company’s diversity and inclusion committee and she works closely with the Vice Chairman Emeritus and Director of Human Resources to identify opportunities and implement initiatives to improve the quality of work experience for all employees. Prior to joining Silverstein Properties, Lisa worked in acquisitions and asset management at Citi Property Investors (CPI), a real estate opportunity fund with over $600 million of assets under management. At CPI, Lisa was responsible for underwriting and conducting due diligence on $1.8 billion of real estate transactions. In addition, Lisa oversaw a portfolio of office, condo and land assets. Prior to CPI, Lisa was a leasing broker at CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, with a focus on the downtown Boston office market. Lisa began her career as a consultant at Accenture, where she worked on assignments aimed at identifying and implementing process and operational improvements at financial services companies. Lisa is an active member of Chief, a private network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders, and is active in a number of real estate organizations including Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Lisa is an alumni mentor for undergraduate and graduate students at The Wharton School and is involved with the Boston College real estate club. Jeremy Neuer is a Senior Managing Director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Jeremy specializes in office investment advisory throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Since 2017, he’s been involved in more than $2 billion of office sales. Prior to JLL, Jeremy was co-lead of Capital Markets for CBRE NJ, focusing on office transactions. After an 18-year leasing career, he transitioned to Capital Markets in 2016 to leverage his unique experience with respect to the workplace–and how buildings need to change to meet the needs of modern occupiers. His success in leasing, on both the tenant and landlord side, gives him a distinct perspective to drive asset value and provide comprehensive advisory to owners and investors.

Mr. Lowenstein is the author of the firm’s business concept and the principal architect of the proprietary structuring technique for tenant improvement financing. He is involved in the firm’s overall business development and leads transaction origination. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Lowenstein worked in commercial leasing in New York City, with roles at Savills and Trammell Crow. Mr. Lowenstein has consummated structured finance, leasing and sales transactions totaling over $1.5B during his career.

Eric Schoenfeld is Chair of Tannenbaum Helpern's Real Estate and Construction Law practice. He has more than twenty-five years of experience advising real estate investors, developers, private equity funds, and business organizations on a wide range of real estate transactions including the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of various commercial real estate assets such as shopping centers, office and multi-family projects, warehouse and industrial facilities and hotels, located both in New York City and across the country.

Ted Traum leads all aspects of investment strategy, acquisitions, development, and asset management for Rockrose Development’s commercial business unit. In this capacity, Ted has executed over $1 billion dollars of acquisitions relating to over 2 million square feet of office space in New York and Washington D.C. Notable projects include the acquisition and redevelopment of 11 Madison Square North in New York and Alexander Court, the Row on 19th Street and 555 11th Street in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Rockrose, Ted was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in New York. Ted received his JD and MBA from New York University and his BA from Columbia University. Ted began his career as an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Mr. Wolfe is the Managing Partner in the Property Tax Department at Skoloff & Wolfe, PC, where he focuses his practice on representing taxpayers in significant real estate tax appeals and property tax related matters. He has extensive experience in all types of property tax appeals, including hotel, multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties. Mr. Wolfe frequently counsels clients on the property tax implications of the development, acquisition, and disposition of significant assets. He also counsels clients with respect to property tax exemptions and PILOT agreements. Mr. Wolfe serves on the Board of the National Association of Property Tax Attorneys (NAPTA) and as the Co-Chair of the Real Property Tax Practice Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Wolfe has been featured or quoted in a wide variety of local and national publications, including Forbes.com, GlobeSt.com, Marketwatch.com, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Law.com, Law360.com, The New York Law Journal, and Commerce Magazine. Mr. Wolfe has a track record of obtaining significant assessment reductions on behalf of his clients. Mr. Wolfe began his career as an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk and Wardwell in New York. While at Davis Polk, he focused his practice on regulatory investigations, securities litigation and banking disputes. Mr. Wolfe is a member of the American Bar Association House of Delegates and is the Co-Chair of the ABA’s Diversity & Inclusion 360 Presidential Commission. As a young lawyer, Mr. Wolfe served as the Chair of the ABA Young Lawyers Division, the ABA’s largest entity with more than 130,000 members. Mr. Wolfe received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, and graduated from Cornell University with distinction in all subjects.

With more than 15 years of experience as an architect and team leader, Mike McElderry has helped navigate a range of complex projects collaborating with both public and private clients such as the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and the City of Minneapolis' New Public Service Building, as well as The Shed at Hudson Yards. His professional process is driven by collaboration, mentorship, and an acute ability to identify and convert challenges into innovative and intelligent architectural solutions. McElderry has spent a large part of his career leading and designing iconic projects in a range of sectors, including mixed-use, cultural, and commercial development, and has developed a keen understanding of the nuanced and complex atmosphere in which these projects take shape. His work has received AIA Honor awards from AIA New York and AIA Minnesota, and has written for or been featured in Oculus, Arch Daily, Dezeen, and Architectural Record.

As part of the Investment & Innovation global hub, Jonathan Pearce counsels Ivanhoé Cambridge regional teams on all leasing and development activities to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Jonathan has 30 years of experience in office & industrial leasing and the sale of corporate investment assets throughout North America. His responsibilities also include leasing for all owned (managed and non-managed) properties and developments in Canada and the Continental US, currently comprising more than 120 million square feet in multiple markets. Ivanhoé Cambridge currently has four office developments under construction or pre-development in Austin, Denver, Toronto and Mexico City, and a variety of industrial projects under development North America. Jonathan also serves on the board of IDI Logistics, a leading US logistics investor and developer based in Atlanta, that is co-owned by Ivanhoé Cambridge. Jonathan holds a BSc. (Hons) in Urban Land Economics and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Jean-Damien joined Citi in late-2022 as Director, North America Transactions Head of Office & Operations. JDL has 20+ years in commercial real estate helping occupiers optimize their portfolios through strategy analysis, transaction implementation, workplace design and construction management. Prior to his role with Citi, JDL worked for McKinsey & Company as Head of Americas Real Estate and, before that, across Africa and Middle East with Source8 and in the Corporate Solutions practice of JLL in London and Paris. Jean-Damien holds a degree from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Sandra is a Vice President, East Region for Pacific Program Management, based in New York City. With over 20 years of architecture, project management and construction experience, Sandra’s background uniquely enables her to advise clients to formulate implementation strategies and drive overall program and project performance. Jeff is the head of Mintz’s Real Estate and Communications practices in the firm’s New York office. A general commercial real estate attorney for 40 years, his real estate practice includes development, acquisitions, sales, financing for borrowers, and leasing. During the past 35 years, he has developed a unique specialty practice in the intersection of real estate with technology, communications, and energy issues. He has extensive experience in data centers, collocation facilities, distributed and in-building antenna systems, rooftop antennas, fiber-optic transactions, radio and television broadcast antennas, and the wiring of buildings for broadband communications access. Jeff has also been involved in government service for many years, including, most recently, as a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He holds a JD from New York University and a BA from Columbia University.

Vincent Altieri is an audit partner with more than 20 years of experience. He serves clients in a broad array of industries, most notably in the real estate and real estate-related sectors. He also provides or has provided tax and accounting services to retail enterprises, night-club and restaurant management, not-for-profit organizations, foundations, wholesalers, insurance brokers, and professional service firms. He is highly skilled in all phases of audit and other attest engagements, including planning, program execution, and client relations and also prepares GAAP and income-tax basis financial statements and required disclosures for audits, reviews, and compilations. Vincent also has experience overseeing construction management and monthly requisition processes, including preparation, updating, and maintenance of monthly budgets, interfacing with vendors on various issues, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports to lenders to expedite funding. Vincent prepares domestic multistate corporation and partnership tax returns and income tax returns for tax-exempt organizations. He is extremely knowledgeable in analyzing partnership agreements, commercial and capital leases, financing agreements, insurance, and loan covenants. He conducts due diligence reviews and agreed-upon procedures and performs ratio and variance analysis. Vincent is skilled in evaluating clients’ internal control structures and assists in identifying potential fraud within a business. Vincent has helped to introduce new technology systems and firm-wide efficiency strategies, time and billing, and other accounting software in addition to participating in implementation of firm-wide financial statement software, including template design, training, and policy development. Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Vincent was an audit partner at Berdon LLP, which joined the firm in 2023.
