Peter Schubert, FAIA is a Design Partner at Ennead Architects. Peter has spent over thirty-years designing award-winning office, commercial life science, vertical laboratories, R&D and innovation centers, academic science, mixed-use residential, hospital and hotel projects in the US and around the world. Fusing a passion for urbanism with iconic architecture that integrates local culture, history and context, he creates purposeful buildings and civic spaces. His work includes: Center East: The New York Blood Center, on the Upper East Side; The Cove Jersey City, a 3,000,000 SF commercial science-led mixed-use development; DIVCO West’s Parcel U project at Cambridge Crossing in MA; and the Alexandria Center for Life Science at East River Science Plaza, the first ground-up commercial lab project in New York City. Ennead has close to 5,000,000 sf of ground-up commercial lab projects across the Northeast. The firm is responsible for projects in the New York area as diverse as The Standard Hotel Highline, the new Koch Research Center at MSK and The Rose Planetarium.

Nancy J Kelley is a senior executive and lawyer with exceptional leadership ability and management skills. She has over twenty years of executive management and board experience in starting, growing, and restructuring organizations, raising capital, recruiting diverse management teams, creating and implementing strategic plans, developing real estate, developing internet based information platforms, data warehouses and marketing/branding. She has a particularly deep understanding of the healthcare, life science and research fields and has in-depth knowledge of the related legal, business, government, non-profit and academic sectors.

Annisia Cialone serves as the Director of the Department of Housing, Economic Development and Commerce (HEDC) for The City of Jersey City. The Department includes the Divisions of Economic Development, City Planning, Construction Code, Zoning, Community Development, Affordable Housing, Housing Preservation, and Commerce. Prior to her appointment as the Director of HEDC, she served as the Director of the Division of City Planning. Prior to joining the City of Jersey City in March of 2017, she was a Senior Associate at Perkins Eastman. She has expertise in the management and design of large-scale urban design and strategic master planning projects for both public and private clients. Annisia holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design.

Mike is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in investment advisory in the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania markets. Over the course of his career, Michael has been involved in more than $4 billion of office, industrial, retail and multifamily sales. Michael started at HFF in February 2007 as a debt and equity analyst. His primary responsibilities were the placement of debt and equity for owners of office, retail, multifamily and industrial properties.

Ryan Kavanaugh is a member of the Northeast region Acquisitions team focused on deal sourcing across asset class and risk profile within J.P. Morgan Asset Management - Real Estate Americas Group. Ryan holds a B.A. from Saint Joseph’s University.

Jennifer L. Alexander is the Managing Shareholder at Griffin Alexander, PC whose practice concentrates on matters involving New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania Landlord-Tenant Law, Community Association Law, and Collections Law. She also handles Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Land Use and Municipal Court matters. She begins most days appearing in Landlord-Tenant Court or appearing on behalf of community associations in litigation, providing legal advice and guidance through the day and ends most of her days representing communities in board meetings. Under Ms. Alexander’s leadership in the Landlord Tenant Department, the firm represents local, national corporate and individual landlords. Representation includes non-payment cases, "for-cause” cases (e.g. habitability claims, security deposits, lease violations), lease drafting and statutory compliance. Ms. Alexander regularly provides lease reviews and lease drafting for her clients to ensure they are in compliance with new laws and fit the needs of her individual clients. She is also well versed in rent control laws, affordable housing requirements and what is necessary for capital surcharge applications. Ms. Alexander has successfully handled several housing discrimination suits on behalf of landlords filed by tenants and provides procedures and recommendations to help limit landlord exposure to Federal Fair Housing violations. She also appears in court related to contract disputes for both community associations and landlords and when her clients are cited for violations. Similarly, Ms. Alexander represents community associations, providing guidance through the transition process from developer control to homeowner control and serves as general counsel for community association needs. Ms. Alexander appears before Planning and Zoning Boards in support of community association applications, as well as in opposition to applications which are contrary to a client’s interests. Recently, she successfully handled a planning board application to add more parking at one of her communities within a municipality known to oppose such requests. She handles community association loan applications when associations secure loans or lines of credit. Ms. Alexander also assists communities in rule making and drafting amendments to promote community living. She has also assisted in contested association elections and helps to ensure that associations are in full compliance with the Radburn Act. Additionally, Ms. Alexander assists community associations in negotiating Municipal Services Agreements to ensure her clients receive the services they are entitled to or the reimbursement equivalent. After filing an injunction, Ms. Alexander recently obtained a court order to stop the New Jersey Department of Transportation from blasting during a road construction project on Route 46 in Passaic County. The injunction successfully prevented likely damage to condominium association property that would have been incurred by the blasting – the homes referenced were built on a cliff with retaining walls constructed on fill. Ms. Alexander negotiated an easement agreement with a municipality to ensure culvert repairs and restriction on easement rights to not impede on her client's property. Additionally, she assisted a homeowner in Morris County by negotiating with the municipality to adjust easements on their property. This ensured that a culvert was built to facilitate water run-off away from the property. Ms. Alexander was also successful in having a tenant evicted for not paying rent and subsequently mediating a harassment charge initiated by the tenant against the landlord. She also oversees the Collections Department, which works on behalf of community association clients to collect payments of delinquent maintenance fees and charges. Ms. Alexander regularly speaks on community association topics at Community Association Institute – New Jersey Chapter seminars, the annual NJ Cooperator Expo, the NJAA, the POA and for management companies. She also lectures and delivers seminars on Federal Fair Housing regulations and other issues of concern to landlords. She hosted an ICLE Webinar, entitled "Bankruptcy Basics for the Residential Real Estate Lawyer." Additionally, she is honored to regularly present at NJAA, CAM and CAI Seminars, including "Fair Housing and Beyond" and "The Board Leadership Development Workshop". Ms. Alexander also was invited to be a guest speaker at Rutgers Real Estate Center. Ms. Alexander assists clients in real estate matters. She specializes in commercial real estate transactions, such as the sale and development of real estate properties, refinancing, and purchases and sales of investment properties. She recently secured significant long-term commercial leases for a landlord with properties in Jersey City, Hoboken and Morristown. Additionally, she negotiated a municipal service agreement for a condominium client increasing their ability to have more snow clearing and lighting, while arranging for the town to take over trash removal. Additionally, Ms. Alexander successfully handles over 100 evictions per month (Griffin Alexander, PC handles over approximately 300 evictions per month in total). She was recently successful in having residents not in compliance with 55 and older requirements vacate a unit in a condominium complex. Ms. Alexander is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She received her law degree from The University of Toledo College of Law and her B.A. from Rutgers University, Douglas College. Ms. Alexander is a member of the America Bar Association; the New Jersey Bar Association; the New York Bar Association; the Pennsylvania Bar Association; the Community Associations Institute - New Jersey Chapter; the National Apartment Association; the New Jersey Apartment Association; and the NJ Cooperator. Ms. Alexander recently was the keynote speaker in a seminar on “NJ is Legalizing Cannabis” to advise members in the Multifamily Industry on the ins and outs of the pending marijuana legalization bill. She has also been instrumental in helping clients navigate these unchartered waters during the COVID-19 pandemic by among many things, assisting in establishing policies and procedures.

Mark Ravesloot is a Vice Chairman in CBRE's Midtown Manhattan office. Mr. Ravesloot's primary areas of expertise are formulating real estate strategies, leading corporate acquisition and disposition projects and agency representation assignments. On behalf of tenants, Mr. Ravesloot has been involved in transactions totaling over nine million square feet in New York City and major metropolitan areas nationally. On the agency side, Mr. Ravesloot has been involved in representing projects totaling over 10 million square feet. He was named Agency Executive of the Year for 2001. Mr. Ravesloot has also been the recipient of the Chairman's Award for the past four consecutive years, recognizing achievement at the highest level within the firm, and has been one of the top ten brokers each of those years. Previously, Mr. Ravesloot was a Senior Director at Jones Lang Wootton USA, where he was responsible for running the New York Brokerage Division. Prior to that, he was involved in marketing and general management with Savin Corporation and worked at the State Department in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Goldstein is a Managing Director of KABR V Management and the other KABR fund Managers. He is responsible for the firm’s finance strategy as it relates to equity/debt capital structures, acquisitions, dispositions, asset/property/project management, investment analysis and ground-up development. He joined KABR in 2010. He has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, development and private equity. Mr. Goldstein graduated with the highest honors achieving his Master Degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a B.S. from the State University of New York at Albany.

Mr. Guiltinan has 30 years of commercial real estate leasing experience, including the past 20 years with Rockefeller Group where he was a senior vice president and head of leasing in New York. During his career at Rockefeller Group, Mr. Guiltinan leased and developed millions of square feet of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use space in New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Florida and he participated in the design and implementation of major capital improvement programs. Notably, Mr. Guiltinan recently participated in the redevelopment of 1271 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan and was responsible for the full lease-up of the building, totaling more than 2 million square feet of office space to tenants, including MLB, Mizuho, Latham & Watkins, H.I.G Capital, Greenhill & Co., Blank Rome, Bessemer Trust, and AIG, and retail space to tenants, including Avra Estiatorio. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Guiltinan was a member of Mack-Cali’s leasing team for three years. He began his career in the assurance practice at Arthur Andersen, where he spent five years. Mr. Guiltinan holds a BS in Accounting from Fordham University and is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Mr. Wolfe is the Managing Partner in the Property Tax Department at Skoloff & Wolfe, PC, where he focuses his practice on representing taxpayers in significant real estate tax appeals and property tax related matters. He has extensive experience in all types of property tax appeals, including hotel, multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties. Mr. Wolfe frequently counsels clients on the property tax implications of the development, acquisition, and disposition of significant assets. He also counsels clients with respect to property tax exemptions and PILOT agreements. Mr. Wolfe began his career as an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk and Wardwell in New York. Ivette P. Alvarado is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. She focuses her practice on multiple disciplines within commercial real estate law, mainly in New Jersey and New York.
