Convene One Liberty Plaza is a premium meeting and event venue in Lower Manhattan. Spanning more than 30,000 square-feet, this location offers four flexible meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate over 350 guests, and is ideal for company town halls, single-room conferences, trainings, product launches, corporate offsites, and networking receptions.

Convene One Liberty Plaza provides a white box space allowing for extensive client and event branding opportunities, in-house catering with customization options and dining private to each event, in-room A/V technology supported by an on-site team, and dedicated hospitality resources.

This venue is in close proximity to the World Trade Center and is easily accessible via public transportation.

Jonathan F.P. Rose’s business, public policy and not-for-profit work all focus on creating more environmentally, socially and economically resilient cities. In 1989, Mr. Rose founded Jonathan Rose Companies LLC, a multi-disciplinary real estate development, planning, and investment firm, which creates real estate and planning models to address the challenges of the 21st century. Jonathan has lead the firm’s vision, program and growth, developing award winning new projects, investment funds and city plans to model solutions to the issues of housing, economic development and the environment.

The company’s mission is to develop communities that enhance opportunity for all. The firm’s work touches many aspects of community health; working with cities and not-for-profits to build affordable and mixed-income housing, cultural, health and educational infrastructure, and advocates for neighborhoods to be enriched with parks and open space, mass transit, jobs and healthy food.

The firm’s innovative development, planning, investment, and owners representation work has won awards from a wide range of notable organizations including: the Urban Land Institute, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Natural Resources Defense Council, the American Planning Association and the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Rose frequently lectures on affordable housing, community development, smart growth and the environment.

Mr. Rose’s book on how to create resilient cities, The Well-Tempered City: What Modern Science, Ancient Civilizations and Human Behavior Teach Us About the Future of Urban Life, was published by Harper Wave in 2016, and won the 2017 PROSE Award for Outstanding Scholarly Work by a Trade Publisher.

Mr. Rose frequently lectures at graduate schools of business, environment and architecture. In 2015, he held the Yale School of Architecture’s Edward P. Bass Distinguished Visiting Architectural Fellowship.

Mr. Rose has testified before U.S. Senate and House Committees on housing, infrastructure and environmental issues, and served as an Advisor to the White House Office of Urban Affairs.

Mr. Rose is a Trustee of Enterprise Community Partners and the Brooklyn Academy of Music. He is an Honorary Member of the American Institute of Architects and Honorary Trustee of the American Museum of Natural History and Jazz at Lincoln Center.

Mr. Rose chaired the Metropolitan Transit Authority’s Blue Ribbon Sustainability Commission, which developed the nation’s first green transit plan, and was a commissioner on Governor Cuomo’s NYS 2100 Commission, tasked with identifying strategies for the long-term resilience of New York State’s infrastructure post-Hurricane Sandy.

Mr. Rose and his wife Diana Calthorpe Rose are the co-founders of the Garrison Institute and serve on its Board. The Institute connects inner transformation with outer solutions to relieve suffering in the fields of trauma, education and the environment.

Mr. Rose graduated from Yale University in 1974 with a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy, and received a Masters in Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania in 1980.

James Hannah runs the United States business for Parity, a multifamily-focused HVAC optimization as a service company. James is currently leading the company's expansion across the United States. His career has been concentrated on accelerating the adoption of clean energy solutions within the real estate sector, especially for multifamily investors and managers. He’s worked closely with many of the largest real estate companies in the country and has advised governments, utilities, and other stakeholders on energy related policy matters.

Prior to joining Parity in 2021, James spent ten years at Bright Power. While there he held several positions, including Chief Customer Officer, and helped to transform the company from a regional energy engineering firm to a premier national provider of energy management services. Prior to Bright Power, James held positions in the renewable energy and financial services sectors. James holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Rosie Tilley serves as Head of Development for Charney Companies, where she is responsible for overseeing the execution of complex development projects. Well-versed in every aspect of the development lifecycle, Rosie is an industry-leading real estate development executive with a proven track record for strategic execution across a wide range of asset classes in New York City and nationally.

Most recently, Rosie has led residential development efforts for Google and Lendlease’s 26-building, 7,000-unit joint venture master plan in Mountain View, CA. Previously, Rose led development for Twining Properties across major mixed-use master plans in New Rochelle, NY and New Haven, CT containing for-rent and for-sale residential units, retail, hospitality, office, and life sciences uses, as well as open space and infrastructure improvements. Prior to Twining, Rosie was responsible for the development of major development projects at RXR Realty in New York City, including rental and office uses with new construction and gut rehabilitation execution, including leading the development of RXR’s first New York City residential project, 475 Clermont. Rosie also oversaw the development of Steiner East Village, a record-setting luxury condominium building, for Steiner NYC.

Rosie is a graduate of Columbia University and is active in Urban Land Institute.

lake Boshnack is a partner in the firm's New York City, NY office with over 20 years of public accounting experience. The majority of his clients are in the real estate, financial services, and private equity industries, including developers, family offices, and privately held real estate funds. He has worked with many of the largest developers on all aspects of real estate. He has particular experience in the tax aspects of real estate transactions across various asset classes, including analyzing potential transactions from both a tax and an overall business perspective. Blake has extensive experience in condo development, analyzing workouts and restructurings, and advising on sales and purchases of real estate.

Blake is an active member of Citrin Cooperman's Real Estate Industry Practice and a thought leader who specializes in 1031 (like-kind) exchanges and Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZs).

Blake works hand-in-hand with his clients to manage the entire lifecycle of their investments. He guides them through the complexities involved in acquisition, managing operations, and capital transactions, with the ultimate goal of minimizing and/or deferring federal, state, and local tax ramifications.

In conjunction with the work on his clients' business entities, Blake helps plan and manage their individual and estate tax situations with a personalized, forward-looking strategy to address any impending changes from both a personal and financial perspective and assist them in achieving their short- and long-term goals.

Blake is the Veterans ERG co-leader and has been mentoring veterans and their families to enter/re-enter the workforce through his relationship with Hire Heroes.
