If you looked across the Hudson River in Manhattan ten years ago, you would have seen sparse development on the coast of New Jersey. But, now, the shoreline has new and trendy development from Bayonne to Fort Lee, reminiscent of a continuation of the New York skyline, just across the water. The Gold Coast is truly sparkling, with a rapid amount of residential towers coming online and office space rising up on the waterfront.
The majority of New Jersey is struggling with population growth as residents flee the Garden State. However, cities on the Gold Coast have done a far better job attracting Millenials to stay in the state with walkable, mixed-use neighborhoods close to public transit. Find out what developers are doing to create cultural districts in the area that are attracting and retaining talent in the workforce. Learn about the policy, transportation, investment, and development that is shaping the area.
As always, there will be plenty of opportunities to network with industry leaders and learn from top executives. We'll look forward to seeing you there!
