600 College Road East was built in 1984 in a park setting with easy access to the route 1 corridor. The building consists of 4 stories with a total of 242,564 SF. The building was renovated in 2021 and included café, lobby, conference room/ townhall center, and bike share. The main front entrance was renovated in 2022 including replacement of the concrete sidewalks, installation of pavers, landscaping, benches, and canopy upgrade. The façade is a precast concrete panels and curtain wall. Parking consists of open parking with a ratio of approximately 4/1,000 SF. There are 4 hydraulic elevators which include a freight elevator, building is fully sprinklered and includes an emergency generator for life safety and emergency lighting in common areas. The HVAC consists of BAC control system, 4 rooftop makeup/intake with 100% outside air, rooftop cooling towers and water source heat pumps throughout the building.
