Liz Gabor is a Vice President of Development with Link Logistics in the Conshohocken, PA office, Liz started with Link in June 2021, works mostly on East Coast ground up projects, and is responsible for roughly $1 billion in projects. She's had a career mixed with political/government roles from the White House, Pentagon, Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, that led to private development for IKEA and now Link. Now Liz juggles work and 2 very active little girls, coaching soccer, and the constant shuffle! Liz believes strongly in the professional development of women and other disadvantaged groups, and serves on Link's DEI Committee.

Mike leads Nexamp’s organic development in New York and New Jersey. Mike’s team is responsible for site organization, permitting, and internal coordination with Nexamp’s design and engineering teams – brining construction ready community solar and C/I projects to a growing pipeline of Nexamp assets. Mike began his career as a high school biology teacher in NYC before moving into the clean energy space in 2011 with Next Step Living, a Boston based energy efficiency and residential solar sales company. Mike worked as an energy auditor, outreach/lead generation manager, and was GM of the Connecticut office in 2014. Mike holds a B.S in biology from Colgate University and M.S. in energy management from the New York Institute of Technology. If you don’t find Mike presenting before a planning board or meeting with landowners, you might find him enjoying time with his family at youth hockey games or skiing.

Neil joined RC Andersen in 2008 as a Project Manager and currently holds the role of President. Neil has played an integral part in RC Andersen’s growth and has helped develop some of RC Andersen’s most deeply rooted client relationships. Through his tenure at RC Andersen, Neil has managed some of RC Andersen’s marquee projects and has been responsible to fill nearly every role within the organization, from that of Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Executive, Vice President, and now President. Neil is familiar with the day-in day-out management of work, as well as the organizational processes and policies. Prior to his time at RC Andersen, Neil held roles in the fields of construction, design, and research dating back to 2002. Neil holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Rutgers University School of Engineering. It is in this well rounded background within the industry that Neil has developed an ability to approach problems from a variety of angles and experiences. Outside of work, Neil enjoys time with his wife and two daughters, skiing, hiking, and hockey.

Mitchell Berkey is chair of the firm’s Real Estate, Development and Land Use Group. He concentrates on all aspects of real estate ventures and transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, development, leasing, management, loan workouts, ownership restructuring and resolution of intra-ownership disputes. His extensive background spans all asset types, including office, retail, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use properties in markets across the United States. With three decades of experience on all sides of the transaction table, Mitch brings a business-oriented approach to his legal practice. As an attorney, he has advised institutional and entrepreneurial real estate owners, managers, lenders, corporate real estate users and foreign governments. As an asset manager, he was responsible for the management of a national portfolio of office, retail, industrial and residential properties.

Michael J. Pembroke is primarily responsible for the leasing and marketing of Russo Development's existing 3 million square foot portfolio and new development projects throughout the region with an emphasis on Russo's mission critical development initiatives. He also serves an integral role in the company's operational and strategic planning objectives. Since joining Russo in 2002, Michael has completed transactions totaling more than 4 million square feet including build-to-suit developments for clients such as the New York Stock Exchange, JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Pepsi Bottling Group and SunGard among others. His achievements include maintaining a portfolio occupancy level of more than 97% during his tenure. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Delaware and is a member of 7x24 Exchange, the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), the Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokerage Association (IOREBA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

As President of Solar Landscape, Mark F. Schottinger oversees the company's transactions (including leases, power purchase agreements, and financing), project development, regulatory matters, and public policy. Prior to joining Solar Landscape, Mark practiced law at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Washington, DC. He earned his law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Virginia. Mark grew up in New Jersey with Solar Landscape’s founders and is passionate about bringing clean energy to low-income communities.

Chris J. Murphy focuses his practice on real estate development. A partner in the firm, Chris leads both the Land Use, Zoning and Redevelopment, and Tax Credits and Incentives practice groups. As the leader of the firm’s statewide Land Use, Zoning and Redevelopment practice, Chris has been involved in transformational development projects throughout New Jersey, and regularly represents institutional developers in connection with obtaining approvals for industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, retail, and commercial projects before local, county, and state boards and agencies. In addition, Chris leads the firm’s Tax Credits and Incentives practice, where he has helped clients procure close to a billion dollars in tax credits and incentives offered through the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) and other state and local government agencies. Chris is the co-author of the Financial Incentives Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Transactions in New Jersey (2019, 4th Edition), published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, a division of the New Jersey State Bar Association. His insight on the topic of real estate development has been featured in both regional and national publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Real Estate NJ, ROI-NJ, and NJBIZ. Chris received his law degree from Rutgers Law School, and a master’s degree from the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations. He received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Kean University. An avid competitor, Chris competed professionally in both ice hockey and boxing prior to starting his career as an attorney.

Mr. Lewis is Chairman and founder of Wharton Industrial, a fully integrated investor and developer of last mile, urban infill and larger distribution facilities located along the Eastern Seaboard, Florida and the Southeast United States. Wharton Industrial is a platform company of New York-based real estate investment firm, Wharton Equity Partners, which Mr. Lewis founded in 1987. In forming Wharton Industrial in 2017, Mr. Lewis sought to capitalize on the secular change in industrial real estate brought on by the emergence of e-commerce. Since that time, Wharton Industrial has acquired and developed over 4.5 million SF of warehouses. Notable transactions include the development of a 988,000-SF bulk distribution facility in Atlanta, GA which was leased to Phillips van Heusen before completion; the acquisition of a 283,500-SF former subway repair facility in Philadelphia, which was completely renovated into a last-mile distribution center, leased to Amazon and sold in November 2020; and the development of a 617,000-SF bulk distribution warehouse located in Ocala, FL, which was leased to Amazon and sold to a REIT at the highest per-square-foot price ever achieved in the market in June 2020. Nick Dupuis is a member of the Realterm Investments team working to source, negotiate, and close deals in the Northeast region of the United States. Prior to joining Realterm, Nick began his career working in valuation and advisory at the Altus Group. Nick holds a BA from the University of Vermont.

Mr. Wolfe is the Managing Partner in the Property Tax Department at Skoloff & Wolfe, PC, where he focuses his practice on representing taxpayers in significant real estate tax appeals and property tax related matters. He has extensive experience in all types of property tax appeals, including hotel, multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties. Mr. Wolfe frequently counsels clients on the property tax implications of the development, acquisition, and disposition of significant assets. He also counsels clients with respect to property tax exemptions and PILOT agreements. Mr. Wolfe serves on the Board of the National Association of Property Tax Attorneys (NAPTA) and as the Co-Chair of the Real Property Tax Practice Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Wolfe has a track record of obtaining significant assessment reductions on behalf of his clients. Examples of those assessment reductions include: • Reduced hotel assessment from $188 million to $131million; • Reduced multi-family assessment from $116 million to $67 million; • Reduced office assessment from $115.5 million to $90million; • Reduced supermarket anchored center from $66.9 million to $46 million; • Reduced nursing home assessment from $36 million to $10.1million; • Reduced big box retail assessment from $21.3 million to $13.4 million; • Reduced office assessment from $27.8 million to $6.5million. Mr. Wolfe began his career as an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk and Wardwell in New York. While at Davis Polk, he focused his practice on regulatory investigations, securities litigation and banking disputes. Mr. Wolfe is a member of the American Bar Association House of Delegates and is the Co-Chair of the ABA’s Diversity & Inclusion 360 Presidential Commission. As a young lawyer, Mr. Wolfe served as the Chair of the ABA Young Lawyers Division, the ABA’s largest entity with more than 130,000 members. Mr. Wolfe received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, and graduated from Cornell University with distinction in all subjects.

Marc is a director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. Marc specializes in industrial investment advisory throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut and has been involved in more than $3.2 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Before working at HFF, Marc worked at WCGM as a Real Estate Associate. His primary focus was consulting for banks and institutions in the valuation of commercial real estate. He also focused on extensive market studies for developers of ground-up projects.
