River North
2200 Bowline Avenue is the recently delivered creative office building on the bank of the Cumberland River in Nashville's burgeoning River North neighborhood. River North is a dynamic mixed-use district poised to become a vibrant urban destination. This transformative development also features two residential buildings, The Oxbow and The Wayward, over 71,500 square feet of retail space, and a soon-to-be-delivered 4-acre public waterfront park. The district boasts a strategic location adjacent to Oracle's new 8,500-employee campus and close to East Nashville, Germantown, and Topgolf, offering unparalleled access to Downtown Nashville, major interstates, and scenic greenways. Future retailers at the project will include Shake Shack, Hoppin’, Salt Line, Thai Samauri, Body Rok, Sweet Truth Dental, River House Nail Salon, Pure Green, and Clean Your Dirty Face. As the first project to deliver in East Nashville's transformative revitalization, River North will seamlessly integrate with Oracle’s campus, significant infrastructure improvements including new roads and a pedestrian bridge to Germantown, the new Tennessee Titans stadium, and the broader redevelopment of the East Bank area.

Why You Can't Miss Our Biggest Nashville Event of the Year
What You'll Learn:
From major news on the East Bank and the Gulch to newer submarkets like Pie Town, what unique CRE opportunities are being unlocked in these neighborhoods and what's fueling the drive and interest?
With companies such as Oracle doubling down on its Nashville footprint, what other tenants do public officials and owners hope will follow suit, and what does this mean for Nashville's office scene?
What trends are the retail and hospitality sectors implementing to capture both tourists and residents in and around Nashville, and how do concerns regarding tariffs apply to Nashville's tourism engine?
Which new zoning, policies or plans are in place to help fuel Nashville's development momentum?
What role do mixed-use neighborhoods play in fostering community, new experiences and innovation in and around Nashville?
How You'll Do More Business: According to Cushman & Wakefield, Nashville's unemployment rate was 2.8% at the end of 2024, making Nashville the fifth-lowest market for unemployment out of 102 key metros and further demonstrating the market's stability. Expanding the city's office inventory by 781,962 square feet, investments by companies such as Oracle and Amazon demonstrate confidence in the Music City’s office sector, as well as confidence in overall business and economic opportunity. With more action coming to East Bank, the Gulch, the River District and several other Nashville submarkets, join Bisnow as we bring together the region's top experts making deals pencil, breaking ground and delivering projects changing the game in terms of placemaking and fueling new live-work-play destinations in the Music City.
Who You’ll Meet: Nashville's CRE experts, investors, owners, developers, lenders, brokers, public sector companies, city officials, architects, contractors, engineers, and property managers.
