Mia leads the development of all industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects in the Nashville market. Her responsibilities include site selection, contract negotiations, project due diligence, governmental approvals, and predevelopment budgets for land closing. Mia has completed $690 million in transactions in her career and is exclusively focused on growing Pizzuti’s presence in the Nashville market across multiple product types.

Chris is responsible for the development oversight, lease-up execution, and operational and financial performance of the firm’s multifamily properties across Nashville and the state of Texas.

Lynley Hammes received her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Watkins College of Art. After running interiors or a local architecture firm for many years, she founded

LYNE, in 2013.

The River House. They specialize in highly customized hospitality, multi-family, and commercial interiors. To gain better control of their FF& A projects, LYNE expanded their services to include in-house procurement in 2019.

In addition to her leadership role in the studio, Lynley is actively engaged in design, and works on production of detailed construction drawings, curated art, bespoke lighting and furniture packages.

As Residential Practice Leader and Principal at Gresham Smith, Brandon Bell, AIA, has over 20 years of experience leading a variety of urban multifamily projects across the country for clients ranging from large national REITs to small regional developers. He has been involved with the design and construction of over 12 thousand units in 14 states nationwide—including more than 30 projects in Tennessee, including The Place at Fifth + Broadway and Parke West. Brandon’s deep passion for creating residential habitats is reflected in the functional, adaptable, and efficient spaces that he designs. His understanding of both local market conditions and changing generational trends allows him to provide design solutions that benefit both the client and the end user.

Greg has been with ADT since 2005 and is responsible for representing ADT's growing presence in the multifamily smart home and IoT space. Prior to joining the multifamily group, Greg held roles in residential sales, commercial sales, national account management. His knowledge of technology in the single family home, commercial, and multifamily space go back to the introduction of smart apps controlling and managing resident experiences.

Alex Porter assists publicly traded and privately held companies in the healthcare and financial

services industries in transactional matters involving the acquisition and disposition of real estate

assets. He also provides counsel to real estate developers and owners in the development of mixed-

use and multi-tenant office properties.

Andrew is a Partner, Head of Development at SomeraRoad, overseeing all aspects of the firm’s ground-up development platform with a current pipeline of multifamily projects, in excess of $1.5 billion in total cost. Andrew has over 15 years of experience in development. Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Andrew served as Vice President of Development for Mill Creek Residential Trust, where he led the development of 1,400+ residential units exceeding $600 million of development value. Andrew previously helped build RXR Realty's development platform, overseeing the construction of 1,400+ residential units totaling more than $700 million of value during his tenure. He also worked at Toll Brothers, Inc. and Ashley Development earlier in his career.

Andrew received a B.S. in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University. He lives in Nashville, TN with his wife, son, and daughter.

Dan is a Principal at STG Design and a licensed architect who brings over 18 years of experience in all

aspects of architectural design to our Nashville office. As a Principal and Architect in the Nashville office,

his focus is on the successful development planning, design execution, and management of each project.

Dan excels at prioritizing Owner goals in design, schedule, and budget while leading a team of talented

staff, consultants, and general contractors to achieve those goals. He is also involved with the local

chapters of several professional organizations including ULI and NAIOP; as well as the President Elect of

Sports 4 All Foundation, a local non-profit agency.

Ed also frequently serves as environmental counsel, performing critical due diligence assessments for

clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in the healthcare, wireless communications,

and other industries.

He has successfully resolved environmental compliance matters associated with mining and industrial

operations and commercial real estate development projects throughout the Southeast, including

local, state, and federal permitting as well as other issues that can delay or derail projects, including:
