Notable Projects / Assets / Deals:

Lowney Architecture - Backed by two decades and 3,500-plus delivered beds of student-housing know-how, Lowney Architecture keeps raising the bar for California campuses. Guided by a Lowney-authored master plan, Orchard Park at UC Davis—delivered in 2023—re-imagined 19 heritage-orchard acres into 1,490 beds across 13 student-focused buildings, all sited to harvest sun, breezes, and bike flow while preserving every mature tree. In Norwalk, the forthcoming Cerritos College Student Housing Building will push that expertise even further with 404 affordable beds and 11 KSF of community space, utilizing modular construction to provide first-generation and housing-insecure students a supportive home by 2026.

Clark Pacific - UC Santa Barbara's San Benito Student Housing, The new San Benito Student Housing development will introduce apartment-style residences and an inclusive new hub for student life at the northwest corner of campus, all connected to the surrounding natural landscape. The first in a two-phase effort to substantially increase the number of student residences on campus by 2029, San Benito will provide housing and amenities for approximately 2,200 students over seven buildings by fall 2027. When complete, San Benito will be the first new student housing project delivered at UCSB in a decade.
