Mr. Peruri has been involved in over $ 5 billion in transactions during his career and over $1 billion in transactions while at Oxford. He is involved in multiple facets of the business including investor relations, deal origination, acquisitions underwriting, due diligence, project financing, project design, entitlements/planning, construction, and property operations. He is responsible for investment opportunities across the real estate spectrum and also in the corporate private equity area. Prior to joining Oxford Capital Group, LLC, Mr. Peruri worked in acquisitions and asset management at Sam Zell’s Equity International, focused primarily on real estate related platform investments in South America and Asia. Mr. Peruri began his career working in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley in New York City. Mr. Peruri graduated with an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, was a recipient of the Pension Real Estate Association Scholarship and the Robert Toigo Fellowship, and served as teaching assistant to Professor Jeremy Siegel. He also holds a B.S. in Finance from the College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating with Highest Honors and awarded the Bronze Tablet, and completed the yearlong General Course program at the London School of Economics.

David Kuperberg

David Kuperberg, is Managing Director of Real Estate for Majestic Hospitality Group, a Los Angeles-based development and consulting firm that brings a strategic and hands-on approach to working with hotel developers and owners. With expertise on a global basis across every phase of the development process, including site selection, hotel programming, design and construction, brand selection and negotiations and capital raising, Kuperberg offers a comprehensive perspective that supports both creative vision of a project and its financial viability. He joined Majestic Hospitality from Hyatt, where he was responsible for the continued growth and success of the lifestyle portfolio following Hyatt’s acquisition of Dream Hotel Group in February of 2023. David was previously Chief Development Officer for Dream Hotel Group and following the acquisition, was among the select executives incentivized to integrate and expand the Dream brand within Hyatt’s global portfolio. Also, he served as Senior Vice President of Development for Virgin Hotels prior to joining Dream Hotel Group in 2013.

Kuperberg began his hospitality career in 2004 as Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions with Wyndham Hotel Group, where he oversaw the acquisition of Ramada International from Marriott, which included over 200 hotels and resorts worldwide and was responsible for establishing the company’s international growth strategy. Kuperberg earned a graduate degree in management from Yale University and his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. Kite’s professional experience in commercial real estate design and construction began in 1980 with John Carl Warnecke and Associates, Century City. His work focused on major commercial and institutional projects in California and Nevada including Hyatt Convention Hotel, San Diego, Neiman Marcus Department Stores (Beverly Hills, Las Vegas and San Diego) as well as Thomas & Mac Special Events Center, at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

A California licensed Architect, Brian served as Design Principal for Hotel Nikko (now SLS Hotel) and authored the renovation master plan for Beverly Hills Hotel. Additionally, he oversaw repositioning of the one million square foot Great Mall of the Bay Area in Milpitas for Florida based Swerdlow Group. More recently, he directed expansion of Hotel Bel Air spa and villas and served as Principal-In-Charge of Tom Bradley Terminal Renovation completed in 2010.

Brian launched SRK Architects, Inc. in 2012, with renovation of Los Angeles Athletic Club as well as reconstruction of the famed San Pedro Elks Lodge. Currently, the firm is under contract to renovate Los Angeles Tennis Club and luxury resorts in Sonoma, Calaveras and Riverside Counties, respectively.

Graduate of the University of Southern California, Brian is a past board member of Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation, member of the Urban Land Institute and was recently inducted into Lambda Alpha International, an invitation only land-use economics society.

Elizabeth Levin is a Manatt Real Estate partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office.

She is experienced in a wide range of complex real estate transactions,

including complex leasing, development, construction, acquisitions, dispositions

and joint ventures. Liz works with owners, tenants, operators, developers,

lenders and investors across a variety of industries, including retail, media,

hospitality, technology and energy. Clients turn to her for her ability to manage

large real estate projects with long-term relationships, such as build-to-suit

leasing, multiyear construction projects, management and development

agreements, publicly funded developments, and joint ventures and other

partnerships. She is a trusted advisor to longtime clients on the development

and leasing of assets as diverse as historic entertainment venues, research and

development laboratories, large office towers, hospitals, and shopping centers.

She has represented tenants in every major market in America and in many

international markets. If you’re viewing the skyline of New York, Los Angeles,

likely viewing at least one project Liz has negotiated on behalf of her clients.

Liz’s practice includes the growing field of sustainable and renewable real estate development. She

lenders and developers in tax credit- and incentive-funded real estate development projects, and advises

owners and users of all types on “greening” their real estate portfolios.

A recognized authority in structuring complex real estate strategies, David advises a diverse client base that includes ultra-high-net-worth investors, family offices, 1031 exchange buyers, and institutions such as REITs, private equity funds, and commercial banks. He partners with both active and passive investors to facilitate the acquisition, disposition, financing, and repositioning of income-producing assets across the U.S.

Since joining Pegasus in 2005, David has played a pivotal role in scaling the firm into one of the country’s leading independent platforms for retail-focused real estate advisory. Prior to Pegasus, he was a Financial Analyst at Universal Music Group, where he supported corporate finance and M&A efforts across UMG’s global label portfolio.

David holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California and is an active supporter of several philanthropic organizations in Los Angeles, including the Jewish Federation, Milken Community School, and the Israel Economic Forum. He lives in Brentwood with his wife and two children.

Tim Welsh has served as our Chief Development Officer since June 2024. Prior to joining El Pollo Loco, Mr. Welsh was the Senior Vice President of Design and Construction for TriMark's South and West US Regions. TriMark is the industry leader in food service design and commercial kitchen construction. Before his time at TriMark, Tim was the Chief Development Officer of Crunch Fitness and QDOBA® Mexican Eats. His extensive experience also includes leadership roles at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Sweetgreen, and Walgreens. Throughout his career, Mr. Welsh has led growth strategies, franchise sales, prototype development, remodel programs, and facilities maintenance. Mr. Welsh is a registered architect and started his career owning a private practice specializing in multi-unit restaurant development. He holds an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in Architecture from The Ohio State University.

Harrison Taylor is a Director of Development and Leasing at ALMQUIST. In this role, Harrison plays an integral role in sourcing unique best-in-class tenants within each of the projects as well as overseeing the overall development process. In addition, through Harrison’s years of experience in the electrical and alternative energy industry, he has taken the lead on analyzing alternative energy investments and ensuring existing investments are producing and performing. Harrison also oversees parking strategies at each of the projects to maximize the overall guest experience. Harrison received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California, where he was also a 4-year collegiate varsity athlete on the Rowing Team. Harrison also holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License.

executive with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. His expertise includes

project management, lease negotiations, and strategic planning for diverse property portfolios,

such as regional malls, lifestyle centers, and office spaces. Greg has a proven track record in

driving asset repositioning and redevelopment, optimizing occupancy, and generating revenue.

He has successfully led leasing teams at major companies, including The Irvine Company, Simon

Property Group, and General Growth Properties, overseeing large-scale projects and enhancing

retail environments to meet market demands. Greg holds a California Real Estate Broker

License and has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since

1990.

Jaysen Chiaramonte is a licensed sales agent with KWP Real Estate, specializing in retail leasing and investment sales. He currently represents over 300,000 square feet of commercial space across greater Los Angeles and closed 24 deals totaling over $38 million in transaction value in 2024. Jaysen’s clients include regional developers and institutions as well as private capital owners.

Prior to joining KWP Real Estate, Jaysen served as Director of Revenue Operations for Signpost, a customer communications software company. In his role there, he oversaw the revenue operations team and was responsible for sales analysis, attainment reporting, compensation reporting, optimization of all selling tools, and lead generation. Over nearly 7 years there, Jaysen guided business strategy through his valuable insights into the inner workings of the sales engine.

Elise participates in marketing and client relationship activities, including recently published an article in the ULI Magazine about 475 S. Lake Avenue, the former I. Magnin building in Pasadena, where RDC served as architect for its historic restoration and adaptive reuse into a mixed-use destination with Erewhon, Tia and Bella.

James practices in all aspects of general real estate law with an emphasis on the representation of private and institutional real estate investors and lenders, such as opportunity funds, investment banks, developers and operators, in connection with joint venture transactions, real property financing, workouts and restructurings, and acquisition and disposition of commercial projects, including hotels, resorts, residential developments, office buildings and retail centers. He has worked on numerous transactions relating to all aspects of the hospitality industry.

He received his J.D. degree from New York University School of Law in 2003 and B.A. degree in History and International Relations from Stanford University in 2000.
