843 N Spring St is a newly constructed ±122,380 SF creative office and retail building in the heart of Chinatown, Los Angeles. Designed by LEVER Architecture, the five-story mass timber (CLT) structure combines sustainable design with highly flexible, light-filled floor plates ranging from ±2,600 RSF to ±30,000 RSF.

The property features 12’–18’ clear heights, private outdoor decks, landscaped courtyards designed by James Corner Field Operations, operable glass, and a rooftop amenity deck with sweeping views of DTLA and the surrounding hills. On-site restaurant and retail, 141 secured parking spaces (2/1,000), valet, bike storage, locker rooms with showers, and touchless smart entry systems support a modern tenant experience.
