The 1.4 million square foot Class A tower boasts full height windows with unrivaled floor-to-ceiling heights ranging from 13 to 18 feet. Silverstein Properties has completed a $60M capital improvement program to modernize the building. The renovation breathes new life into over 35,000 SF of common area spaces throughout the building.

The renovation includes:
- A complete redesign of the lobby and entrances
- New day-to-night food and beverage options, from casual grab-and-go eateries to fine dining and catering
- A full elevator modernization
- Bolstered meeting and collaboration spaces
- The 54th floor has been reintroduced as The Vista: a hospitality-inspired destination exclusive to building tenants, featuring curated food and beverage options, event and conferencing spaces, flexible workspaces, and meeting and pitch rooms (15,000 SF of amenity space.)

Mr. Miszkowicz oversees property acquisition, financing, and disposition. Prior to founding Harbor, Mr. Miszkowicz held acquisition roles with AEW, Bixby Land Company and The Bascom Group. His responsibilities included property identification, market assessment, contract negotiation, asset management and disposition of real estate assets. Mr. Miszkowicz acquisition background includes office, industrial, retail and multifamily development and redevelopment totaling over $996M in acquisition volume across 14 US markets, and $812M in disposition volume across 7 US markets. He played an active role in the asset management of a $440M portfolio of commercial assets.

Mr. Miszkowicz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Entrepreneurship and International Business from Loyola Marymount University. He is a member of the NAIOP Young Professional Group and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. He has appeared as a guest speaker at Loyola Marymount University and University of Southern California.

Zach joined Hackman Capital Partners in 2018 and serves as Asset Manager of the firm’s Television City Studios and Radford Studio Center assets. In his role, Zach leads the effort to entitle and redevelop these properties, including selecting and managing project consultants, design and site planning, developing project budgets, as well as securing future tenancy and navigating capital markets transactions. Zach has also been integral to launching and growing the firm’s Changing Lenses initiative, which seeks to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in the entertainment industry, by providing historically underrepresented communities with job training opportunities in below-the-line production roles.

Prior to joining the Firm, Zach worked for Tishman Speyer in New York. Zach earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and his JD/MBA from Harvard University.

Marty leads Lowe’s Los Angeles commercial activities, identifying and overseeing opportunities in the greater LA Basin. In addition, he oversees value-add office property acquisition activities and oversees the company’s hospitality-inspired property management service nationally. In this role he is responsible for Lowe’s ongoing commercial property acquisition activities, targeting properties that can be repositioned through operational and/or physical improvements. He also oversees the company’s office property operations subsidiary, Hospitality at Work. Lowe’s expertise and spirit of hospitality are the foundation of the program, where the combination of operating rigor and hospitality-inspired experience creates superior office environments where people want to come and stay. As MAD Studio’s Creative Director, Eduardo assumes

As Senior Vice President of Development Management with TCC, Andrew is primarily focused on public private partnerships, his current projects are with the Los Angeles County and Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital. Andrew’s primary responsibilities are related to project execution, including; design management, project permitting, and construction management. With a passion for the built environment and a multi-disciplinary background spanning general contracting, architectural design, and building trades, Andrew provides key support to the vertical phases of development within the SoCal – Los Angeles market. Prior to joining TCC, Andrew served as a Preconstruction Estimator with Lendlease Los Angeles, where he was instrumental in the pursuit and planning of multiple high-rise residential construction projects across the Los Angeles region, totaling over $1 billion in combined project value. Andrew also spent 5+ years working on custom home projects as both an Architectural Designer and a Carpenter.

Sam Pepper is responsible for office and

mixed-use projects, leading large project teams and overseeing all aspects from entitlements

and pre-development through construction. With over 12 years of commercial real estate

experience, Sam has established diverse expertise in architecture, project management,

leasing, development, entitlements, portfolio strategy and acquisitions. Throughout his career,

Sam has played a crucial role in many notable Projects such as Pier 17, a premier

entertainment destination in Manhattan, 550 State Street, New York’s first all-electric skyscraper

and the Westside Pavilion in Westwood.

Sam received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Virginia, a Master of

Real Estate Development from MIT and is a Licensed Architect. Since September 2023, Sam

has hosted Building LA, a bi-weekly podcast focusing on the buildings and projects shaping Los

Angeles, featuring interviews with the key individuals driving them forward.

As the Downtown Los Angeles Alliance's Executive Director, Nicholas ‘Nick’ Griffin spearheads the organization’s efforts to

attract new businesses, retailers, investors and residents to what has grown to become

one of the nation’s most dynamic urban centers. Hailed the “next great American City,”

by GQ Magazine, Downtown LA has experienced unprecedented growth over the past

16-years, in large part due to the efforts of the DTLA Alliance's economic development team.

Prior to the DTLA Alliance, Nick spent more than 25 years in business development in the real

estate, media/entertainment and technology industries. For the previous 10 years, Nick

was a leading commercial leasing and sales broker in New York City, where he was

responsible for more than $100M in transactions. Prior to his rise in real estate, Nick

spent a decade as a marketing and sales executive in the creative media and

technology industries. Nick is a graduate of UCLA and holds an MBA from Ohio State

University.
