500 N Brand

500 N. Brand and 550 N. Brand (formally known as @theBrand) are two dramatic Class A, high rise office buildings owned by Granite Properties. 500 Brand consists of 23 stories while 550 is 21 stories, both with dramatic, unobstructed views. There is a beautiful outdoor work environment (the YARD) in between both buildings that is perfect for lunch, meetings and collaboration. Tenants of either building can utilize the new, state of the art, fitness center (MOVE) with no additional cost. On the 6th floor of 500 N. Brand, there is a conference facility (MEET), which enables tenants to save money by not having to build a large conference room in their space. The building lobby and customer lounge is thoughtfully appointed with seating options, wifi access, meeting tables, catering area and a new Starbucks. The Granite property team is best-in-class and as an ownership, Granite’s asset management team is quick to respond, nimble and in touch with market. Granite truly considers its customers to be partners and is eager to watch them succeed. Currently, Granite is building a dozen spec suites, ready for your customers to enjoy.
