601 Figueroa

601 Figueroa is a 1-million square foot office tower rising 52 stories to an octagonal glass crown establishing a striking architectural presence on the downtown Los Angeles skyline. An expansive open-air plaza located at ground level features a 36-foot high fire and water sculpture entitled "L.A. Prime Matter" by California artist Eric Orr. The building offers flexible office layouts and open space with above standard tenant improvements and outstanding views of Greater Los Angeles. The property is professionally managed by the on-site Colliers team with 24-hour security, engineering, and maintenance services for all tenants.
