Alex Valente serves as a Senior Vice President for the Los Angeles Business Unit of Trammell Crow Company. Alex focuses on all multifamily opportunities within Greater Los Angeles for High Street Residential, TCC's residential subsidiary. In his role, Alex is responsible for identifying new development and investment opportunities, debt and equity partnerships, entitlements and community outreach, design, construction and leasing. Prior to joining TCC, Alex worked for The Ratkovich Company, a Los Angeles-based developer. Alex focused his time working on three Ratkovich assets: The Hercules Campus at Playa Vista, a 28-acre 530,000-square-foot creative office and studio campus, 5900 Wilshire, a 30-story 491,000-square-foot office building in Miracle Mile, and The Alhambra, a 1,000,000-square-foot office campus. Prior to The Ratkovich Company, Alex worked for Thomas Safran & Associates, a Los Angeles-based affordable housing developer. Alex focused his efforts on the development of The Renaissance at City Center, a 150-unit multifamily project in Carson, California and Canyon Creek, a 75-unit tax-credit, senior multifamily project in Calabasas, CA.

Managing Director: Head of Portfolio Management and Co-Head of Investments for Veritas Investments and has over 20 years of industry experience. Mr. Reuter focuses on multifamily portfolio management and investment activities for the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Veritas, Mr. Reuter held senior positions at Swift Real Estate Partners, The Green Cities Company, and Prologis. Mr. Reuter holds a BA from UCLA and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Jake Michaels holds the position of Vice President at Geolo, focused on new multi-family, hospitality, and real estate technology investment opportunities across Geolo's acquisitions and development platform along with strategic, firm-level financial analysis and forecasting. Michaels joined Geolo from the Real Estate Syndicated Finance Team at Wells Fargo Securities, where he worked as an Investment Banking Associate and closed approximately 110 transactions, representing $33 billion in volume across all real estate asset classes over four years at the bank. Prior to his tenure at Wells Fargo, Michaels gained internship experience in hotel acquisitions, development, and operations with premier hospitality firms, such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Michaels graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. from the School of Hotel Administration.

Sierra Atilano joined BRIDGE Housing as Executive Vice President – Head of Development and Southern California in October 2022. In this new role, Ms. Atilano is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of BRIDGE’s real estate development activities across all regions, and provides day-to-day leadership in Southern California. During her career of 25+ years, Ms. Atilano has developed more than 3,130 apartment homes in 17 cities across three states, and one million square feet of commercial retail. Prior to BRIDGE, she was Chief Executive Officer of Skid Row Housing Trust, a respected developer, manager and operator of permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless individuals in the Los Angeles area. Ms. Atilano began her career at one of the largest Real Estate Investment Trusts, Lincoln Property Company, where she gained a firm foundation in leadership and portfolio oversight, then joined a construction company specializing in multifamily new construction and rehab projects. She subsequently worked for several family-owned developers such as Cal-American, Korda Construction and Miller Family Companies, where her unique experience in project and portfolio management earned her a reputation as a problem solver and an asset to the finance and development teams. Later, at Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation and Watt Residential, she applied her expertise in finance and portfolio management to affordable housing. Over the last 12 years, Ms. Atilano honed her asset management and development expertise working for developers AMCAL Residential and Skid Row Housing Trust.

Corey Hall (Los Angeles) joined KKR in 2022 and is a member of the Real Estate team. Mr. Hall is responsible for sourcing and executing debt investments across KKR’s real estate credit strategies. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Hall was a senior vice president at Brookfield, where he oversaw originations throughout the western U.S. for the firm's series of real estate credit funds. Prior to that, he was a managing director at Cantor Commercial Real Estate, where he focused on the origination, structuring, and disposition of both fixed and floating rate securitized debt. He began his career at Deloitte within the financial advisory services practice as part of the firm's real estate consulting team. Mr. Hall is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Real Estate Development & Finance. He is a member of Urban Land Institute and is an active member of the University of Southern California’s Lusk Center for Real Estate.

Aman Patel is a leader in manufacturing and engineering for modular construction, with a decade of experience designing products, setting up factories, and implementing systems that enable large-scale, eƯicient, and high-quality housing production. He currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at Model/Z, where he was the first employee and played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision and operational framework. From day one, Aman laid the foundation for success along with defining the product and manufacturing strategies. He oversaw the selection and fit-out of the company’s first factory, ensuring it met stringent manufacturing requirements for capacity, layout, equipment, and supplier proximity. At Model/Z, Aman has led the development of a highly optimized 1-bedroom modular unit through the application of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles, achieving significant weight reductions and eƯiciency gains. He established the company’s CAD, PDM, and PLM systems, built high-performing products and manufacturing engineering teams. His leadership extends to product validation, process optimization, and the design of assembly line to further increase throughput and reduce labor costs. Aman is also leading the creation of a first-of-its-kind software tool designed to streamline the entire cradle-to-grave process of housing development—from property identification and design to permitting, manufacturing, and installation. This platform has the potential to unlock the true scalability of modular housing by removing key bottlenecks in development, dramatically reducing costs and accelerating project timelines from years to months. Before Model/Z, Aman held senior manufacturing and engineering roles at multiple modular startups, including CRATE Modular, Impact Housing, Universal Standard Housing, and RAD Urban. In these positions, he developed end-to-end manufacturing strategies, optimized plant layouts, implemented Lean and Six Sigma practices, transitioned companies from 2D to 3D CAD workflows, and integrated digital MES/QMS solutions to replace paper-based processes. His eƯorts consistently resulted in measurable gains in productivity, quality, and cost-eƯiciency. Aman holds a Master’s in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Passionate about transforming how housing is built, Aman’s work has directly contributed to the manufacturing of over 2,500 modular units in California. His blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and innovative problem-solving positions him at the forefront of industrialized construction—bridging the gap between cutting-edge design, scalable manufacturing, and end-to-end development solutions.

Oliver Anderson joins us as Head of Real Estate Banking for UMTB USA and brings experience from such banks as Wells Fargo, Union Bank and Cathay Bank. Oliver has led custom credit, term, bridge and construction lending teams covering major US MSA’s over the past 20-years.

Zack specializes in designing insurance strategies for large-scale real estate owners, developers, and property management firms across the U.S. His team represents portfolios between 5,000–20,000 units. With a background rooted in analytics and advocacy, Zack focuses on solving problems most brokers don’t touch – valuation alignment, risk engineering, and portfolio leveraging that directly protects NOI and investor outcomes. Konstantin Daskalov is an accomplished Senior Executive of Development & Construction with 16 years of diverse experience in all phases of the development process, leading professional teams through entitlements, design development, GC selection, budgeting, scheduling and construction execution of large ground-up, multifamily, affordable, mixed-use, hospitality and healthcare projects with full P&L responsibility. As the Vice President, US Operations, Konstantin is spearheading all the firm's Operations in the US, and Directing: Marketing; Sales; Business Development; Architecture / Developer / Construction Partners & Lenders; Project Entitlements & Approvals; Project Delivery; Product Erection & Assembly and Business Plan Execution. Previously, as Founder & President of Daskoney Properties, Konstantin led all operations for the firm, overseeing acquisitions, development and construction management staff with full P&L responsibility for multi-family projects, while he was also an Executive Consultant for SOLA Impact on their large multifamily and affordable housing efforts. Prior to that, as VP of Development & Construction with a major real estate investment & development company, Konstantin has directed all development and construction operations for a large portfolio of hotels and office assets across the US with annual development budget of over $75M. Previously, as VP of Development for a national condominium developer, Konstantin has directed and successfully completed several ground-up multifamily, high-rise projects in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Chicago with average construction cost of $200M each and delivered great investment returns expediting construction and unit sales. Konstantin started his career as a Project Manager for a General Contractor and later as Director of Construction successfully completed the construction of large multifamily projects in Chicago directing PMs, and Contractors. Konstantin Daskalov holds a M.S./MBA degree from Northwestern University, as well as, a BS in Civil Engineering and a BA in Business Management degrees from Calvin University. He is a proud member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and variety of other professional organizations in Real Estate and Construction Management, and is a speaker and participant for numerous professional panels.
