Cityview - Silva (now leasing): Silva is a newly constructed 221-unit, Class A multifamily community in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Northeast Los Angeles. Situated on a hilltop that provides 360-degree views of the city, Silva is the first institutional grade multifamily asset of its size delivered in the Silver Lake/Echo Park neighborhoods /// Belle on Bev (completed 2024): Belle on Bev is a 243-unit mixed-use project in Los Angeles’ Historic Filipinotown (HiFi) featuring modern apartments stylized with art deco design inspired by the area’s cultural and musical influence /// Apollo (under construction):  Apollo is a 265-unit community in Los Angeles’ South Bay. Slated to complete in 2025, the transit-oriented developed is located in a high-growth area of the South Bay near major tech, automotive and aerospace employers, including SpaceX, the Tesla Design Center and Ring.

Hines - West Edge: West Edge is a transformative, transit-oriented, mixed-use development situated within the creative heart of West Los Angeles. Opened in 2023, the property is West Los Angeles' preeminent live, work, play, destination. The project offers 217,000 square feet of creative office space with private landscaped terraces over five floors; 600 luxury apartments—known as The Residences at West Edge—with numerous on-site amenities; 80,000 square feet of curated retail including Gelson’s; and a vibrant one-half-acre open-air plaza with al fresco dining. The 4.8-acre site is the former home of the Martin Cadillac dealership and sits less than one block from the Expo/Bundy Metro station. It’s located within half a mile of the 10 Freeway and within one mile of the 405 freeway, with close proximity to Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Westwood, and Culver City.

The Michaels Organization - Jordan Downs: Redevelopment of an outdated 1950s-era low-rise public housing development in the Watts neighborhood of LA, in a coordinated partnership with HACLA. When fully completed, the revitalized neighborhood will offer over 1,500 new affordable and market-rate housing units, in addition to all new roads and infrastructure, including the new Century Blvd. The redeveloped community will also include a neighborhood retail center, ground-floor commercial and amenity spaces, a large community center, and nine acres of new parks throughout the center of the community, as well as job opportunities for residents and childcare options. New Harvest = 135 apartment homes in sixteen buildings. Oak Terrace = A six-story mixed-use building with 92 affordable apartments and ground floor commerical and community space. Sky = 81-apartment affordable housing community. Additional phases are in development. 

IntracorpAurum:  A new modern community of 178 apartments with best-in-class amenities including a rooftop entertainment pavilion, pool, and spa.  Located at 2055 Main Street, Irvine /// Gable House:  A new, mixed-use residential and retail development in with 218 units, amenities focused on living well, including Skydeck with pool lounge & fitness center.  Located at 22501 Hawthorne Boulevard, Torrance

Primestor - Our mission is to provide comfortable and affordable housing to our communities while  enhancing the quality of life for all of our residents through creation of safe and thriving  environments. Primestor’s mixed-use developments integrate quality residential units and  best in class retail destinations /// Norwalk Entertainment District & The Walk Residences: Norwalk Entertainment District (NED) is a public private partnership with the City of  Norwalk whereby Primestor is developing 80,000 square feet of retail alongside 370  units of quality rental housing, including 56 Affordable units for low income and  homeless Veterans and their families. The Affordable is financed using 4% tax  credits, tax exempt bonds, and commitments from local and state government.  NED will o4er a range in unit sizes from one to three bedrooms, general open space,  programming and supportive services /// Santa Fe Springs - Phases I and II: Primestor is developing 120 units of Affordable and permanent supportive housing  on 2+ acres in the City of Santa Fe Springs. The site is a public-private partnership  with the City of Santa Fe Springs, LA County, and Housing & Community  Development. Both phases are currently in predevelopment and set to secure tax  credits and start construction in the next 18 months /// The Lofts at Firestone: Firestone Lofts is a 76-unit development in the City of Norwalk proposed on 1.3  acres. The project is designed as factory built modular housing with highly e4icient  studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Residents residing in this property will be low  income and homeless households. It will be financed using local and state  proceeds and federal funds through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.  Adjacent to the residential property is a large retail transformation project along  historic Front Street /// Lynwood Mixed Use Development: Primestor is developing a mixed-use property on 4.5 acres in the City of Lynwood.  The site is a brownfield development bound by Fernwood Avenue, Alameda Avenue  and E. Imperial Hwy. Once completed, the property will feature a mix of retail and  housing options including: 15,000 of new community serving shops and restaurants with onsite parking. o 54 A4ordable rental units for low income and homeless households. The  project will use a combination of low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt  bonds and local and state funding +++ 20 for-sale townhomes with tuck under parking.

Jamboree Housing - Estrella Springs: Just completed, 89 unit motel conversion in Santa Ana for individuals and veterans coming from homelessness /// 101 East Pacific Coast Highway Long Beach: New deal in the pipeline, As part of the 2022-2023 round of funding, Jamboree Housing Corporation will receive $13.5 million for The 101. The project, named for its address at 101 E. Pacific Coast Highway, will include 52 one- and two-bedroom apartments above parking for 20 vehicles /// L.A. County affordable housing developments awarded $83M

Torti Gallas + Partners - The Village at Montclair: at the city’s Metrolink Station contains approximately 350 units and supportive retail on a 6 1/3-acre site. Currently under construction, it is expected to be delivered March 2025 /// State Street Village: on the site of the defunct Redlands Mall, just 1 ½ blocks from the city’s new Arrow commuter rail station. Torti Gallas is completing construction documents on one of several building blocks that make up the State Street Village by replacing the mall with an extension of the existing downtown and creating an energetic new district.   This new block has residential over retail on three sides and commercial on the fourth.  A parking garage is wrapped by the residential, retail and commercial components.  The project contains a diverse mix of uses:110 residential units, 50K sf retail, 12K sf of office space and a 527-space parking garage that also serves adjacent blocks /// Claremont South Village: redevelopment of a parcel of approximately 12 acres in Claremont, a major portion of the upcoming Village South Specific Plan. Only a quarter mile from the Claremont Metrolink and Future Gold Line Station. Currently, the site of industrial manufacturing and a long vacant car dealership, this vibrant and sustainable South Village neighborhood will be a unique distinctive place for the local community, while preserving local culture and heritage of Claremont Village by providing a mix of uses including housing, retail, office, public market, public plaza, and public green space. The project is being designed and developed with special attention to historic preservation and adaptive reuse; active mobility and connectivity; inclusivity and sustainability. The project will contain 207 dwelling units, 35,000 sf of retail space; 370 structured parking spaces.
