Reon Roski serves as CEO of Majestic Realty, a position she was appointed to in May 2022. A

Board Member since 1997, Reon joined the company as Senior Counsel and Managing Director

in 2007. Reon is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations and is instrumental in the

continued growth of Majestic’s portfolio.

Reon is the granddaughter of the company’s late founder, Edward P. Roski, Sr., and daughter of

its current President and Chairman of the Board, Edward P. Roski, Jr.

Prior to coming in-house, Reon served as a highly-respected real estate attorney for two Los

Angeles-based law firms where she managed numerous large, complex and innovative real

estate transactions, averaging more than 18 million square feet of transactions per year.

A graduate of both the University of Southern California and Loyola Law School, Reon

completed extensive studies abroad, including graduate school in China.  Fluent in Mandarin,

Reon worked for the Chinese government on real estate matters.

Reon has been named one of the “Women at the Top” by Commercial Real Estate Women

(CREW) and one of Bisnow’s LA Power Women.  She is a member of YPO, Chief Executives

Organization, The Real Estate Roundtable, and NAIOP. Reon is a Vice Chair of the Board of

Directors for Exposition Park and the California Science Center, and Chair for the California

Science Center Committee. She is a member of the Board of Leaders for the USC Marshall

School of Business, the USC President’s Leadership Council, the Board of Directors of the Lusk

Center for Real Estate at USC, and the Keck Medicine of USC Board of Councilors. Reon also

serves on the Board of Directors at Loyola High School and the Board of Directors for Operation

Walk.

Jason Gremillion

Jason Gremillion serves as the Senior Vice President of Development for Wonderful

Real Estate where his focus is on sourcing, executing, and overseeing current and new

development opportunities for the Wonderful Industrial Park, North Meadows Business

Park, and Crossroads Business Park.

Mr. Gremillion’s diverse experience encompasses 20 years of commercial construction,

real estate development, and investment. Over this time, Mr. Gremillion has developed

an exceptional track record in all aspects of commercial real estate including

acquisitions, dispositions, market analyses, entitlements, development, and asset

management.

Mr. Gremillion received his Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of

Southern California and his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering

Management from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, Mr. Gremillion

is a combat veteran, serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps, and is a

Purple Heart recipient.

When not at work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and horses at their family

ranch, traveling, and participating in veteran outreach and assistance.

Joe Williams

Link Logistics

Joe Williams is Link’s senior vice president, Development, for the West Region. He is

responsible for the acquisition and entitlement of new development projects in the

Southern California, Northern California, Seattle, Las Vegas and Phoenix markets.

Joe joined Link in 2020, bringing significant development and industrial real estate

experience. He previously spent several years overseeing Southern California

acquisitions and development for both CRG and DCT Industrial. Before moving to

the development side, he spent more than seven years as a Southern California

industrial real estate broker with Colliers International and CBRE.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Master of

Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California. He lives

in Costa Mesa with his wife and young daughter, and enjoys golf, bicycle rides and

family trips to the beach.

Philip Tsui serves as Senior Vice President for Trammell Crow Company and is responsible for the execution of industrial development and investment activities for the Los Angeles Business Unit. In this role, Philip is responsible for managing the entire development process including sourcing, site analysis, land acquisition, due diligence, financial underwriting, project design, programming, construction management, leasing activities, and disposition. Philip has delivered over 4 million square feet of industrial and office product in Greater Los Angeles. Philip received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and his Master in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Brian Brennan graduated from Creighton University with a degree in Biology. He later

went on to become a certified EMT. After moving back to California, Brian began his

construction career. Over the last twenty years, Brian has been involved in

Design/Build, Design Assist, and Design Bid Build projects ranging from a variety of

Industry sectors. Brian has also had the pleasure of working with Sean on his

development opportunities expanding his knowledge of entitlements, subdividing land

and bringing in the necessary infrastructure. Brian is a highly focused individual who

can easily navigate City requirements, Utility companies and provide great value in

getting what needs to be done actually completed. Brian is an active participant in

ACRE, ICSC and Fullerton Cares Autism Charity.

He represents primarily developers and investors, and maintains a diverse practice that includes development projects, acquisitions and sales, financing transactions, leasing, and joint venture transactions. In the past year, he was the lead lawyer on over $3.75 billion in transactions. He has received many accolades. Most recently, he was recognized as one of twenty-seven national influencers in the industrial real estate sector by GlobeSt. In November 2020, he was honored both as Los Angeles Real Estate Attorney of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal and as one of the top 50 real estate attorneys in the United States by Connect Media. He is also a recipient of the State Bar of California’s Wiley M. Manuel award for pro bono services. Mr. Schlehuber has led Rexford Industrial’s property acquisition efforts since joining in 2009. He is also a member of Rexford’s Investment Committee. To date, Mr. Schlehuber has led the acquisitions team through 131 property acquisitions totaling nearly $2 billion and adding 17.2 million square feet to Rexford’s portfolio. Mr. Schlehuber has over 20 years of property investment and finance experience including acquisitions, dispositions, asset and construction management and leasing throughout California. Prior to his time at Rexford, Mr. Schlehuber was an Investment Officer at First Industrial Realty Trust, another publicly traded Industrial REIT. Additionally Mr. Schlehuber spent time working in investment banking and financial consulting at Relational Advisors (formerly Batchelder & Partners) and Arthur Anderson. Mr. Schlehuber is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois-Inactive). He received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Greg Woolway joined Bridge in 2016 and oversees all of the firm’s acquisition activities in California. He leads all aspects of the development process, specifically including acquisition, leasing, and disposition. Prior to Bridge, Greg spent nine years involved in acquisitions, development, and management of industrial and office projects throughout Southern California.

Greg has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Policy and Development from the University of Southern California. Greg has his California Real Estate Brokers License and is a member of the NAIOP Inland Empire and San Francisco Bay Area Chapters.

Rishi Thakkar

Los Angeles-based industrial real estate development and investment firm Dedeaux Properties expanded its team with the addition of Rishi Thakkar and Brandon Bank. Thakkar joined the firm as Director of Investments, while Bank joins as Project Manager.

Thakkar brings more than 20 years of real estate and finance experience. He will serve as point person for the company’s investment activities, negotiating JV agreements, sourcing and negotiating lender term sheets and handling project/construction management, including arranging for entitlements and project approvals. He is currently overseeing Dedeaux’s development of a 40,000-square-foot distribution facility in Rialto and a transportation facility on 8.25 acres in San Bernardino.

Thakkar most recently served as President of RVT Capital, a full-service real estate firm. He began his career at Rockwood Capital and has also worked at firms such CIM Group and Sabal Capital.

Prior to joining Dedeaux, Bank was responsible for formulating and executing WeWork’s real estate strategy and growth in the Southwest United States.

Carrie Nikols

Carrie is CEO of The Nikols Company, which is Manager of Nikols Mortgage Fund, LLC, a private commercial real estate construction & bridge lender providing $5-40 million loans on California properties. She directly leads all loan originations and structuring, and oversees closings, loan servicing and loan payoffs. She has led Nikols Mortgage Fund since 2008, closing over $1.3 billion of loan commitments. Carrie’s commercial real estate experience, which spans more than four decades, ranges from institutional permanent lending and large balance bridge loans to smaller bank and private money construction and tailored transactions. As the top producing Region Manager for DaimlerChrysler Capital Services, Carrie originated and was responsible for a portfolio of $10 to $75 million highly leveraged commercial property bridge loans, all handled as agreed with no defaults. She has also pioneered various loan structures and product types including mezzanine loans, tax-exempt bond letter of credit enhancements with taxable tails, assisted living facilities, self-storage facilities and single-tenant biotech properties. Carrie has also written approximately 50 income property and residential subdivision appraisals as a state certified appraiser and MAI candidate. She holds a California Real Estate Sales license and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration-Real Estate Finance.

Prior to joining Realterm, TJ held acquisitions and asset management positions at Berkeley Partners and Bristol Group where he was responsible for strategic direction and acquisitions across the industrial risk spectrum. TJ began his career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch. TJ received a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College.

Ken Fields, a partner in Greenberg Glusker’s Real Estate Practice Group, practices all aspects of real estate legal transactions, including buying and selling individual properties and multi-property portfolios, construction and development and leasing of industrial, retail, and office properties, and permanent, construction, mezzanine, and other real estate secured loans. Ken's clients include industrial, retail, and office building owners and tenants, commercial brokerage firms and real estate investors and syndicators.

He has assisted clients in buying or selling billions of dollars’ worth of real estate assets, has negotiated leases affecting billions of square feet of space, and has helped clients raise hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate syndications. Ken frequently represents owners and tenants in single-tenant "big-box" leases. Ken understands his clients' business objectives and strives to help achieve those objectives in an efficient and cost-effective manner. He maintains a business-like and deal-oriented approach, focusing on what is important to his clients. Among the many other transactions Fields handled in 2020, he partnered with his clients to close four of the ten largest industrial transactions in Southern California, with those four deals alone totaling approximately $750,000,000.

In 2021, Ken was recognized as a top 10 real estate attorney in California by Connect CRE in their annual Lawyers in Real Estate Awards. Ken has also been recognized in real estate law in both Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. He received his B.A. from UCLA and his J.D. from Loyola Law School. He is a Founding Member and member of the Advisory Committee of the Conejo Valley Boys and Girls' Clubs, and has previously chaired the Legal Committee of Heal the Bay.

Prior to joining Scannell Properties, Jay was a senior development manager for Panattoni Development Company and was an office tenant rep broker with JLL in Orange County. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Jay served six years in the U.S. Navy in support of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom as a supply officer in logistics/supply chain management.

Jay is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he earned a Bachelor of Science with Merit in Economics and was a member of the Division I Varsity Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams. J. David Hitchcock is a Shareholder in the Los Angeles office of Buchalter, a member of

the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Cannabis & Hemp

Industry Law Group. Mr. Hitchcock’s practice focuses on real estate acquisitions and

dispositions, loan originations, loan workouts and restructurings, loan sales, secured

real estate finance, joint ventures, and general real estate matters. Recently, Mr.

Hitchcock has represented clients acquiring real property to rezone and lease for

cannabis production. He has extensive experience representing clients in all areas of

the real estate market – private equity funds, real estate developers, core and value-

add real estate owners/operators, public school districts, as well as publicly traded

REITs.

Before returning to the practice of law in 2011, Mr. Hitchcock was a Vice President with

an international private equity fund, in charge of a $1 billion portfolio of distressed

commercial real estate mortgages and non-performing real estate collateral. Before

joining the fund, Mr. Hitchcock ran his own real estate development and mortgage

brokerage company.
