Why Attending This Event Matters

What You'll Learn:

  • Where the greatest investment opportunities lie in the UK's commercial real estate market to diversify your portfolio and maximise returns.

  • How top deal makers are securing debt and finding value in the current economic environment.

  • The current and future construction and development trends across urban centres in the UK.

  • How to design a flexible office space that is attractive and attainable for the maximum number of potential tenants.

  • Looking to the future: understanding upcoming trends for UK real estate in 2024.

How You'll Do More Business: Despite the challenges posed by the current economic environment, investment and development in UK real estate has weathered the storm in 2023. According to BNP Paribas Real Estate, Investors spent £18.5B on UK commercial real estate in the first six months of 2023, less than half the volume transacted in the same period in 2022 and a third below the ten-year average. However, strong fundamentals, along with a forecast signalling changing macro-economic factors, has prompted optimism for the UK's outlook in 2024. Hear from our expert speakers on the opportunities and challenges of investing and developing in the UK; how to secure debt in light of rapid price increases; how to capitalise on construction trends and manage issues of inflation, supply chain variables and a rise in costs; and how to navigate the world of work, in an environment where people do not need to go into the office anymore.
