With many years of experience in architectural and interior design, Yvette has delivered projects in both the private and public sectors. After joining tp bennett in 1992, Yvette quickly became a key designer in the practice, working on mixed-use, retail, residential, refurbishment and commercial projects, and overseeing designs from concept to completion.

Yvette's clients include PwC, O2 Telefónica, Muse Developments, Kier Property, Reignwood, The Parliamentary Estates, the NHS and The City of London Corporation, and her projects range from speculative office developments to sensitive historic refurbishments, strategic masterplans, hotels and residential projects. Yvette likes to balance commercial insight with design excellence to ensure a successful and enjoyable project experience for all.

James Goldsmith is Head of Leasing at AXA IM - Real Assets. He has worked on some of

London's most progressive schemes, including Apple's first UK flagship in Regent Street,

Central Saint Giles, Television Centre and The Shard. And now Twentytwo, which will deliver

1.35million sq ft of social workspace in the heart of the City of London. He maintains a strong

belief in market research and how broader social and economic issues influence occupier needs

and objectives. During his 25-year career in Central London, James has executed many high-

profile and award-winning transactions as both an adviser and a principal; operating within the leasing, asset management and development markets.

Mel Reeves is Workplace Operations Manager for The Crown Estate’s London & Regional strategic business units.

In this role, Mel oversees the day-to-day management and operations for all The Crown Estate’s workplaces, and also plays an instrumental role in the design and function of its new spaces. Mel is committed to creating spaces that respond to today’s agile workforce, and our customers changing expectations, and that genuinely support people to live, work and feel better.

As a principal director of interior design at TP Bennett, with more than two decades at the practice, Tajal’s works is driven by a clear ambition to ambition to move workplace design beyond function into experiential environments that connect people to purpose.

Her approach combines spatial narrative and sensory detail to create environments that embody an organisation’s culture while feeling intuitive, tactile and emotionally resonant.

Tajal’s pioneering work on Capital Group’s headquarters in Paddington set a new benchmark for experience-led workplace design, winning both national BCO and FX awards. Her multi-layered work on the new Formula One headquarters in London further advances immersive design through the integration of technology, atmosphere and brand storytelling. Other key milestones include the BCO London shortlisted projects for Westpac and Marsh McLennan.

Her perspective on workplace design reflects a shift towards spaces that respond more intelligently to human behaviour, with greater emphasis on connection, adaptability and organisational culture. It’s a focus that also informs her leadership approach, which is rooted in trust and autonomy, giving teams the freedom to develop bold ideas that move the profession forward.

Tajal is committed to creating wider positive social impact through her work, particularly by supporting underrepresented communities. She led the pro bono design of a permanent home for Impact Dance, a London-based arts and youth development organisation, and continues to support them through charity events and fundraising initiatives.

Jenny is passionate about all things real estate, especially the impact on real estate investment, development and financing brought about by our changing world. She led the Fladgate Brownfield campaign to promote the opportunities for clients presented by brownfield redevelopment.

Jenny acts for a number of developers creating bespoke solutions to assist them in maximising value from their assets and promoting efficiency of process. She has significant experience acting for lenders, especially alternative funders and private banks, working with their teams to support them in delivering the highest possible service to their clients by creating solutions which mitigate and quantify lender risk to enable deals to proceed at speed.

Isabel joined Shaftesbury in April 2021 to establish and implement the strategic direction of the company’s 400,000 sq ft of office space across the West End.

As Head of Offices, Isabel continually develops Shaftesbury’s workplace proposition and pursues innovative ways to support Shaftesbury’s occupiers - whether they are a fast-growing start-up or an established global brand. In 2021, Shaftesbury launched a new fitted workspace concept, Assemble, and became a pioneer as the first commercial Landlord to offer a digital leasing experience across the portfolio.

Isabel oversees several ongoing office refurbishment and development schemes to repurpose buildings within the portfolio to meet the strong demand for high quality, office accommodation within the West End. Within her role, Isabel is focused on strengthening the innovative network of like-minded businesses and enhancing occupier experience by investing in new amenities within Shaftesbury’s villages, for example, the Carnaby Office Cycle Hub.

James is the Chief Product & Technology Officer at essensys. A natural entrepreneur, serial co-founder and technology leader, he has a passion for creating innovative products in elegant and inspiring ways. He’s responsible for leading the vision and strategic direction of the essensys technology portfolio

Richard has spent his entire career in technology sales. After completing an MBA, he went on to become the MD of IT services business MCW Group Ltd, providing IT networking, technology and training service. Clients included M&S Financial Services, Unilever and Shell Research. In 2008 Richard took the opportunity to sell the company and joined the acquiring business, Keycom PLC, becoming Sales Director and joined the PLC board, listed on AIM. Notable clients included University of Edinburgh and Aspire Defence.

For the past ten years, Richard has specialised in technology for multi-tenanted workspaces and is now a leading expert in the sector. He is currently Sales and Marketing Director at technologywithin, the UK’s leading provider of technology for flexible workspaces and CRE landlords. technologywithin provide fibre internet, reliable WiFi, telephony and workspace management software in over 400 buildings to more than 15,000 end clients.

Harriet is a commercial property lawyer, who regularly works with individuals, developers and investors in Wales, the South West and across the UK. She helps them resolve their property issues and commercial needs as quickly as possible, often within the tight timescales of the client.

Harriet has specialist expertise in the energy sector and enjoys the dynamic nature of the industry. Future planning is a passion of Harriet’s. She thrives on works with organisations to help them assess the changing landscape, demands and environmental responsibilities of their workspaces, and helping them comfortably achieve the changes the need to make. Most recently, she has guided many business on planning and adjusting to new post-pandemic changes that have arisen.

Every business is unique, and Harriet works closely with her clients to evaluate all factors, from building location and layout, to the facilities and amenities within. She has a commercial way of working, which means she can consider those factors and the future requirements of a business, and advise on creative solutions that will allow them to adapt and grow with as little interruption to their business as possible.

Maria Wiklund is an Associate in the Insights and Intelligence team within CBRE Investment Management. She is responsible for the property and economic research covering the UK and the Nordics, including investment specific research and ongoing reporting. Further, Maria contributes to the semi-annual forecasting that influences the investment strategy for CBRE Investment Management. She is an internal DE&I committee member, as a Women’s Network group representative and also a current member of the Society of Property Researchers.

Maria joined CBRE Investment Management in 2019. She joined the industry in 2017 after earning a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from Linkoping's University, in Sweden.

Makoto Fukui is an Investment Manager for Schroders Capital Real Estate, responsible for

investment mandates from global strategic partners, and the management of the firm’s Central

London portfolio. He joined Schroders in 2016 and is based in London.

Previously, Makoto was a Head of UK Investment for Mitsui Fudosan where he joined as a graduate

in 1996, and was involved in investments and developments in Japan, US, and Asia across all major

real estate sectors.

Mr. Wolstenholme formed Trilogy Real Estate LLP as a UK-focused

investment and development management business in 2015. His

principle responsibilities include the creation and management

of Trilogy’s projects.

Prior to founding Trilogy, Mr. Wolstenholme was Investment

Director at Resolution, where he was responsible for the

acquisition, strategic business planning, procurement, and

letting of multiple office, retail and residential schemes. While

at Resolution, Mr. Wolstenholme was personally responsible for

13 transactions, investing over £300m of equity with a gross IRR

of over 28% and a 1.9x cash multiple. Mr. Wolstenholme spent 14

years at JLL where he gained a wide range of professional real

estate experience, most notably advising a range of UK institutions,

developers and international corporations on the funding of major

real estate undertakings.

Mr. Wolstenholme has a degree in Architecture from the Batlet

School of Architecture, UCL and a qualification in Chartered

Surveying (MRICS), as well as a diploma in Finance from the

Securities Institute.

David Hawkins has been a partner in the real estate team at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP for over 10 years specialising in investment and development transactions across all sectors. Projects David has been involved with include the joint venture funding of the extension to the Westfield London Shopping Centre, the development of a 36 story mixed use tower opposite the Barbican and the development of Europe’s largest newly opened deep water port at London Gateway in Essex. David is involved with a number of industry bodies and sits on the City of London Law Society Land Law committee.

William White is an Associate Director at IN2, within the Environmental and Sustainability team.

He is responsible for managing and delivering a range of services and analysis including Computational Fluid Dynamics, Daylight Analysis, Thermal Modelling, Natural Ventilation Strategies, Post-Occupancy Evaluations, Indoor Environmental Monitoring, Compliance Modelling, Overheating Modelling, Energy Strategies, Energy Master Planning, and various assessment methods. William is also a qualified BREEAM Accredited Professional and has over 12 years of experience working in Building Services and Sustainability consulting.

Olga is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Ekkist, a built environment consultancy specialising in health and well-being. She is a Chartered Surveyor, WELL AP, WELL Faculty member and member of the RICS Eastern Region Board.

Olga specialises in consulting on the WELL Building Standard and was one of the first consultants in the UK to gain WELL AP and WELL Faculty status. She regularly speaks at events and conferences on the topic of health and well-being and is a member of several thought leadership groups, including the Construction Leadership Council’s health and well-being metrics group for Smart Buildings.

James established Faircroft Real Estate in 1999 in partnership with Arrowcroft purchasing in excess of £100m of transactions.

During the credit crisis he was involved in the creation of a substantial asset management business dealing with distressed assets on behalf of a variety of financial institutions before becoming CEO of Arrowcroft when the company purchased Faircroft in 2013. James left Arrowcroft in 2014, to create a multi-family real estate investment business.

James sits on the Regional Policy Committee of the British Property Federation and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Richard is an Architect and Project Manager with 25+ years’ experience across a number of sectors, including regeneration master planning, residential, commercial, sports and leisure. As an Architect, Richard was involved in the master planning of Regents Quarter in Kings Cross and Salford Central in Salford. And completed a number of commercial office buildings in London including Procession House in the City and Windsor House in Victoria, both for The Heron Corporation. He also acted as client side advisor and space planner on Palestra in Southwark.

As a Project Manager, Richard applies his varied experience to managing the planning and design process across a variety of complex projects. Most recently the detailed design and tender process for 40 Broadway in Victoria. Working closely with the design team to deliver a first class office building for Tellon, that meets current ESG goals.

Graham is a Board Director at RIBA award winning architectural practice 3DReid and oversees a number of Build to Rent driven mixed-use and urban renewal projects across the UK, working for a number of the largest names in the sector.

Sophie is the Founder and Director of Keyah Consulting. She works with companies across the built environment to develop their approach to Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations. Sophie is a multidisciplinary expert whose career spans central government, business and academia. She brings this expertise to her additional roles as a Non Executive Director at Trustek, a Trustee for Groundwork London, a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology’s Healthcare Sector Executive, and as a member of the Urban Health Council. Sophie also established the ESG in real estate group on LinkedIn which now has well over 1,000 members.

Piers Nickalls recently joined Argent Related to take forward the leasing of Brent Cross South’s three million square feet of commercial space as part of a new town centre for London. Brent Cross South is one of the largest and most exciting regeneration projects in the capital. In addition to the commercial space, it will feature a new station Brent Cross West, 6,700 new homes, parks and sport facilities, student accommodation, as well as, retail, leisure and restaurants. The new Grade A office space for more than 25,000 people will help transform the area into a thriving destination with a strong daytime and night-time economy.

Piers, who was at Savills for 23 years, has been part of the leasing team for some of Greater London’s largest and most internationally renowned workspace schemes, including Chiswick Park, Wembley Park and Ruskin Square in Croydon. Piers’ role also included representing international occupier clients delivering acquisition and disposal services to achieve their strategic goals.

Kally joined essensys as Chief People Officer in February 2022 to lead the global talent strategy. Kally brings a wealth of experience from working with large IT Services businesses such as Zebra Technologies, where she was most recently Vice President of Global Talent, and Xerox as HR Director. Kally was named on the Ethnic Minority Role Models List 2021 – Top Senior Executives. The list, supported by Yahoo Finance, showcases business leaders who are breaking down barriers at work, and working hard to smash the ceiling for ethnic minorities.

Dolunay Dogahan is an Assistant Project Manager at CO—RE, working on the developer’s central London office schemes including 120 Fleet Street and Lansdowne House. With a background in architecture, Dolunay has a deep understanding of design.
