Her approach combines spatial narrative and sensory detail to create environments that embody an organisation’s culture while feeling intuitive, tactile and emotionally resonant.

Tajal’s pioneering work on Capital Group’s headquarters in Paddington set a new benchmark for experience-led workplace design, winning both national BCO and FX awards. Her multi-layered work on the new Formula One headquarters in London further advances immersive design through the integration of technology, atmosphere and brand storytelling. Other key milestones include the BCO London shortlisted projects for Westpac and Marsh McLennan.

Her perspective on workplace design reflects a shift towards spaces that respond more intelligently to human behaviour, with greater emphasis on connection, adaptability and organisational culture. It’s a focus that also informs her leadership approach, which is rooted in trust and autonomy, giving teams the freedom to develop bold ideas that move the profession forward.

Tajal is committed to creating wider positive social impact through her work, particularly by supporting underrepresented communities. She led the pro bono design of a permanent home for Impact Dance, a London-based arts and youth development organisation, and continues to support them through charity events and fundraising initiatives.

Mr. Wolstenholme formed Trilogy Real Estate LLP as a UK-focused

investment and development management business in 2015. His

principle responsibilities include the creation and management

of Trilogy’s projects.

Prior to founding Trilogy, Mr. Wolstenholme was Investment

Director at Resolution, where he was responsible for the

acquisition, strategic business planning, procurement, and

letting of multiple office, retail and residential schemes. While

at Resolution, Mr. Wolstenholme was personally responsible for

13 transactions, investing over £300m of equity with a gross IRR

of over 28% and a 1.9x cash multiple. Mr. Wolstenholme spent 14

years at JLL where he gained a wide range of professional real

estate experience, most notably advising a range of UK institutions,

developers and international corporations on the funding of major

real estate undertakings.

School of Architecture, UCL and a qualification in Chartered

Brent Cross South is one of the largest and most exciting regeneration projects in the capital. In addition to the commercial space, it will feature a new station Brent Cross West, 6,700 new homes, parks and sport facilities, student accommodation, as well as, retail, leisure and restaurants. The new Grade A office space for more than 25,000 people will help transform the area into a thriving destination with a strong daytime and night-time economy.

Piers, who was at Savills for 23 years, has been part of the leasing team for some of Greater London’s largest and most internationally renowned workspace schemes, including Chiswick Park, Wembley Park and Ruskin Square in Croydon. Piers’ role also included representing international occupier clients delivering acquisition and disposal services to achieve their strategic goals.
