George joined urbanbubble as Head of Co-Living in February 2023 having spent the previous six years mobilising and operating Build-to-Rent developments for leading owner/operators. George is responsible for the performance and growth of urbanbubble’s Co-Living portfolio and holds ARLA, IRPM and IOSH qualifications.

Susanna Rock is the CIO and Co-Founder of Gravity Co-Living.

Susanna started her career in the real estate private equity space in Milan, Italy.

Until 2019 she had been advising Crescendo Real Estate Partners, a diversified real estate private equity firm, with a focus on real estate financing and structuring and principal investing.

Before founding Gravity, Susanna was working for GAM, a Swiss asset management group where she executed and managed UK and European real estate debt investments across a broad set of asset classes with a strong focus on alternative asset classes and asset-backed operating businesses.

Susanna holds a Master of Science Honours degree in Real Estate from Cass Business School in London and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University of Milan.

Arnaud Malbos is in charge of Ivanhoé Cambridge's investment activities in Europe supervising a team of 9 real estate professionals, based in Paris, London and Berlin.

Mr. Malbos has 25 years of experience in the real estate industry in Europe in Office, Logistics, Retail and alternative uses.

He began his career with UNIBAIL-RODAMCO-WESTFIELD in the Office division, being notably in charge of Coeur Défense (from delivery to the syndication, securitization and sale) and Capital 8.

16 years ago he joined Ivanhoé Cambridge where he held various positions in investment and asset management and was responsible for numerous major transactions and developments in Europe involving numerous logistics, alternative, residential and office transactions, Manco acquisitions, developments, partnerships, fund investment, loan to own, MTO and capital increase on private and public companies.

As well as being a decorated Product Specialist, Commercial Director and Technical Innovator across the UK and Europe, Falk is also the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Utopi.

A prominent name in the IoT Technology landscape, Falk has an innate ability to solve every problem, and prides himself on finding solutions that contributed to exceptional growth for some of the biggest Telecommunications names across mainland Europe. As

the mastermind behind the Utopi Multisensor, he has spent the last 4 years curating the Utopi offering and has an unmatched knowledge of our Hardware and Smart Device catalogue.

Transactional construction lawyer with 25 years experience advising on the construction law aspects of acquisitions and disposals, regeneration, development and the provision of related infrastructure. He also advises development funders on construction law aspects of secured lending arrangements.

Sam has a particular focus on the living sector and on co-living developments.

Ilya is a highly accomplished construction and development professional, currently leading all UK development activity for pioneering hybrid hospitality concept The Social Hub, including overseeing delivery of the brand’s flagship property in Glasgow, which is due to open this year. Prior to this, Ilya held roles as Development Director and Head of Development UK at The Student Hotel (which became The Social Hub), as well as serving as Director at VINCI and a Member of the Board of Directors at TIKO Holding. Ilya’s expertise spans site acquisition, construction, asset management and valuation.

Helana brings over 20 years of expertise to the forefront of urban regeneration, championing projects that blend high-quality design with community-focused initiatives. As Senior Development Manager at Get Living, she spearheads the new Lewisham neighbourhood project – an initiative that is set to deliver over 600 homes, alongside vibrant commercial spaces and engaging public areas. It marks Get Living’s third neighbourhood in London, following the success of East Village in Stratford and Elephant Central in Elephant and Castle.

Prior to Get Living, Helena was an Associate Director at Grainger PLC, where she led several projects from acquisition to completion, including The Mint in Guildford, Fortune Docks in Canning Town, Brook Place in Sheffield. Her career also included time at HTJ Project Management as a Director, where she provided her expertise to various consultancy firms across London. In addition, Helana is a proud Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has earned an MSc in International Housing and Social Change from the London School of Economics.

Damien Sharkey is Managing Director of independent developer, HUB. He is keenly involved in all aspects of the business, leading the development process of its current £3.3bn pipeline from acquisition and funding through design, consultation, planning, procurement, and delivery to completion. An architect by background, Damien remains passionate about design and ensures maximum value through bespoke and thoughtful design, creativity, technical accuracy, and efficient delivery for all of HUB’s portfolio.

Andy has over 20 years of experience delivering diverse FF&E projects internationally, spanning the residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors. His meticulous attention to detail and extensive understanding of product and bespoke design are invaluable qualities that ensure the design aspirations of every project are realised. As a Consultant Manager in The Furniture Practice’s Shared Living team, Andy specialises in Co-Living & PBSA sectors . Andy has collaborated on a number of award-winning projects in the industry, including Folk Co-living’s Florence Dock, Sunday Mills and The Palm House.

Judy is a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate division and co-head of the firm’s Living Sector.

She advises investors, developers, landlords, banks and funding institutions on investment, development, and asset management, with a strong focus on the Living Sector. Working closely with the Banking and Finance team, she handles real estate finance transactions for both lenders and borrowers.

Passionate about the Living Sector, her expertise spans BTR, SFH, PBSA, student accommodation, later living, care, co-living, social housing, healthcare, sustainable finance, ESG and more.
