Why This Matters

What You'll Learn:

  • What type of deals are getting financed and how growing competition is impacting the investment market.

  • How buildings are being repurposed to accommodate the demand for e-commerce users.

  • Is there the right stock, in the right location, at the right price?

  • Innovative approaches to mini distribution and fulfilment hubs and last-mile delivery in land starved urban centres.

How You'll Do More Business: Changing consumer behaviour has ramped up industrial market activity, creating a new wave of manufacturing, warehouse and distribution needs for occupiers. Investor confidence remains strong, with £15.7B expected to be invested in the sector in 2021, compared to £10.6B in 2020 as reported by Knight Frank, and new opportunities continue to come onto the market. Hear from leading investors and developers how industrial real estate will continue to evolve to meet space requirements and occupier demands, where capital is flowing from, and as this asset class continues on its growth trajectory, if it is sustainable.

Why You Should Attend: Bisnow events bring together the UK's most influential commercial real estate investors, owners, developers, lenders, occupiers, consultants and advisors for dynamic and unforgettable content and dedicated networking sessions. With the largest audience of CRE professionals in the world, no one knows how to help your business more than us.
