Andrea co-founded Elevation and is focused on fundraising, strategy and management. Prior to co-founding Elevation, Andrea set up and headed HCP, Inc.’s (currently known as Healthpeak Properties, the US listed healthcare REIT) European office based in London. Before this, Andrea was a senior member of the Goldman Sachs financing team in London, where he spent 12 years providing capital to healthcare corporates and private equity funds across Europe. During his time at Goldman Sachs, Andrea developed a broad range of skills in the field of financing, portfolio management and restructuring with a specific focus on healthcare financing. Andrea is a CFA Charterholder and holds an M.Sc., summa cum laude, from L. Bocconi University.

Ms. Stamate-Rocha joined Patron in 2011, and focuses on healthcare, education and affordable housing related investment opportunities, with responsibilities including origination, execution, due diligence, execution, asset management and business plan implementation. Prior to joining Patron, Ms. Irina Stamate-Rocha worked in investment banking at Rothschild, Macquarie Capital Advisers and Fortis Bank (Brussels). Ms. Stamate-Rocha’s experience includes the origination and execution of transactions for private equity and infrastructure funds. Ms. Stamate-Rocha holds a Masters in Finance degree from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School and she obtained a Bachelor in Economics from the Academy of Economics, Bucharest.

Anne is Co-Head of Social Infrastructure and joint Fund Manager for AlphaReal’s Social Long Income

Fund (SLIF) as well as segregated mandates. She is responsible for delivering bespoke solutions for

our institutional investors.

Anne has a first-class BSc Honours from Reading University and is a Chartered Surveyor and falls

within the Senior Managers and Certification Regime. She recently completed the Financial Times

Board Director Programme.

John is Commercial Director for the Commercial Real Estate team at Aldermore. He is responsible for developing new propositions and enhancing the customer journey to meet growing demand. John has 30 years’ experience in the industry having previously worked in a number of national roles at Bank of Scotland, CYBG and NAB.

Jack is an Associate Director in the Transactional Risks team at Gallagher and advises clients on the structuring and placement of W&I and tax insurance policies in a wide range of industries and jurisdictions.

Holly advises on development and repositioning opportunities, from low intervention through to large-scale regeneration and master planning. A Chartered Surveyor with experience across development, asset management, and investment she joined Ellandi in 2021 from Aviva Investors, where she worked across asset classes with a focus on development investment. At Aviva, Holly was able to develop her strong analytical capabilities to help inform investment decisions. Holly is passionate about delivering real sustainable change for communities in town centres across the UK, spearheading projects that integrate cutting-edge healthcare facilities seamlessly into the fabric of town centres. Holly is a member Revo and sits on the BPF development committee.

Elad has 30 years of experience in the design and management of

complex and challenging projects, creating diverse environments that

range from High Containment and GMP facilities to high-end hotels,

research campuses and award-winning corporate headquarters.

His approach is always user focused, designing from the inside out.

Integrating extensive science, technology, and technical experience

with construction know-how in a collaborative working environment to

produce forward looking and efficient projects.

Elad is committed to realising project goals through design excellence.

He will bring his experience of managing interdisciplinary teams and

multiple stakeholders to the project, strengthening the process and

decision making.

Rachael is the Architecture Studio Director for the HDR, a global design firm. With a deep understanding of the multifaceted health environment, Rachael’s career spans +20 years across North America from patient care to planning and leading the delivery of complex health infrastructure projects. With a focus on improving the landscape of healthcare with tangible and practical solutions from a patient to system level, Rachael is focused on enhancing the delivery of health care through strategic and innovative infrastructure solutions.
