Queensbury Theatre

Queensbury Theatre exists to serve the diverse community and culture of Houston by providing exceptional theatrical entertainment and education while creating an environment where Houston artists and teachers can do meaningful work. Located in the heart of the Energy Corridor and CityCentre, Queensbury is one of the few performing arts theater venues in West Houston. A 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 1956 and formerly known as Country Playhouse - Queensbury Theatre adopted its new name along with its new performing arts education wing, the Tribble School for the Performing Arts, when the doors were opened to its CityCentre venue in 2015.

Built on the belief that art can make a lasting difference in the lives of a community, and can be produced in quality and creative ways outside of the downtown district - Queensbury Theatre strives to offer a home away from home to Houston based artists and students of all ages, as well as a vibrant and well located community space for potential gatherings, meetings and rental events of all kinds.

For more information on Queensbury's programming or rental opportunities, visit us at: QueensburyTheatre.org (713) 467-4497 rentals@queensburytheatre.org

WHY THIS MATTERS

What You’ll Learn:

  1. Where is capital being deployed in today’s market? What are the most attractive opportunities and how are they being pursued?
  2. Supply chain issues have been a big issue in recent years. How is this impacting Houston construction projects, and the companies operating those projects?
  3. Will physical brick-and-mortar stores take on a greater role in 2022?
  4. In many parts of the country, it seems that capital can’t be deployed fast enough to build multifamily and industrial/warehouse space. What’s driving that and how does it play into the Houston area?
  5. What is driving industrial development at a national level? How is e-commerce impacting that? Will the re-opening of more brick-and-mortar retail stores in a post-COVID environment have an impact?
  6. How are local, state, and federal government policies impacting development trends?
  7. What are the most transformative Houston developments in the pipeline? How are developers differentiating their products? What amenities really matter to end-users?
  8. In the last 5 years, we’ve seen significant investment and development along the 290 corridor. What’s driving the demand there?

How You’ll Do More Business:  According to a recent CBRE market report, Houston CRE is maintaining a positive outlook, and the overall trajectory of the Houston commercial real estate market is positive. However, there is a disparity in performance between sectors. Gain exclusive insight into the sectors that are set to perform well. With the ‘return to the office’ trend predicted to accelerate over the coming months, and with the industrial & logistics sector on course to have its strongest year on record in 2022, how this will impact the economy? Hear directly from Houston’s major CRE owners and developers as they outline their vision and strategies being implemented to deliver commercially sustainable real estate. Discover how to best position your company to take advantage of the forecasted opportunities.
