Hans Brindley joined Prologis on October 2, 2019 as Market Officer

of the Houston office. In this role, Hans oversees operations and

strategic direction for Prologis’s 30 million square foot Houston

portfolio.

Prior to joining Prologis, Brindley served as Market Leader of Liberty

Property Trust’s 10.5 million square foot portfolio. In addition to

overseeing the operations of the Houston office, Brindley also led the acquisitions and development efforts for the portfolio. In total, during his 12-year tenure, was actively involved in over 5 million square feet of prime

industrial developments. Additionally, Brindley has completed roughly 20 million square feet in lease transactions.

Prior to joining Liberty, Mr. Brindley was a leasing and marketing director Houston office of First Industrial Realty Trust, where he was responsible for managing all leasing and marketing efforts for the company’s 6.5 million square foot industrial portfolio.

Mr. Brindley serves on the Board of directors of the Houston chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He’s a member of the Greater Houston Partnership, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and the LaPorte Chamber of Commerce. Brindley received his Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas, in Austin. Brindley resides in Houston with his wife, Lauren. Together Hans & Lauren are busy raising twelve-year-old triplet sons.

David Rasch is a Houston native who has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. He enjoys the high-activity, fast-paced style of construction management and feels tremendous accomplishment when his projects reach completion. During his tenure at Harvey Cleary, David has had the opportunity to work on the teams that erected several of our most notable projects, including Sugar Land Town Square, Anadarko Tower, and the Woodlands Waterway.

While working in a variety of market sectors, everything from hospitality to commercial office buildings to warehouses, David has learned the importance of perseverance. He believes that all projects have their own unique challenges, but with a good owner, designer, and construction team, most of these challenges can be overcome. David is also passionate about his community and has served as a member of the Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association and other community organizations.

When he’s not working on projects or serving his community, David cherishes spending time with his wife of 20 years and their four children. David also enjoys the great outdoors. He loves hunting, fishing, water skiing, and snow skiing in the mountains.

With over 22 years of land development experience, Mr. Ward has worked on a wide range of project types, sizes, and locations. Previously, Richard was one of the founders of CRC Real Estate for over 15 years and received

recognition as one of their Top Producers in development, sales and leasing in the Greater

Houston area. Before his tenure with CRC Real Estate, he served as an industrial sales and leasing

agent with The National Realty Group, Inc. for nine years in SW Houston. Notable clients include

Travis Covington serves as President of Griffin Partners Development, where he oversees the firm’s development team. He is directly responsible for the company’s continued expansion into industrial development within Griffin Partners target markets. Previously, Travis was Vice President of Development for the Houston office of Crow Holdings Industrial. While at Crow Holdings, he was responsible for site selection, pre-development, financial modeling, capitalization, construction, leasing and asset management/disposition across the Houston metro. He has nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience and has been involved in the development and capitalization of over 10.5 million square feet of industrial space.

Travis received his B.S. degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and his M.B.A degree from Rice University. He is a member of NAIOP and sits on the Houston Chapter’s Development and Construction Committee. He and his wife, Sarah, have two daughters. Travis enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, cooking, fishing, and playing golf.

Nazir spent more than 10 years of his career as a project manager in the Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, Denver, and Washington, D.C. markets. Completed projects include industrial and office master plans, as well as spec office buildings, corporate office buildings, and distribution, assembly, and manufacturing facilities. Nazir has demonstrated the ability to design and document buildings that are attractive, economical and durable. Evidence of his ability to develop designs that are efficient and cost-effective can be found in the numerous projects completed for his repeat clients.

With more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Brad Kluever leads First Industrial Realty Trust’s investment and leasing efforts in the Houston market and is also responsible for sourcing investment opportunities in several other key markets.

As Senior Regional Director/Market Leader for First Industrial Realty Trust, Mr. Kluever manages acquisitions, speculative and build-to-suit developments, and lease negotiations for the Company’s Houston portfolio. In addition, he works closely with regional directors in both Denver and Florida to source and execute new investment opportunities, including building and land acquisitions and developments. Mr. Kluever began his career at First Industrial serving as Regional Investment Analyst for the Central and East regions and reported directly to First Industrial’s Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder, Johannson Yap.

Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Kluever was Director of Asset Management for a private equity investment firm in the Chicago area.

Mr. Kluever earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Denver. He is a member of NAIOP and was a member of the organization’s Developing Leaders program from 2014 – 2018.

Mr. Rios serves as the Director and Market Leader for Central Texas and Colorado at Lovett Industrial. Austin is responsible for all aspects of Lovett’s projects in these markets including sourcing & evaluating new development and acquisition opportunities, entitlements, capitalization, leasing, and eventually project disposition efforts. He currently leads the execution of existing development projects in his covered markets totaling over 5.1 million SF and a pipeline consisting of over 3.5 million SF. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Rios worked at Broe Real Estate Group in Denver, CO. Mr. Rios holds a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Texas A&M University, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Matteson Hamilton joined Stream in 2009, and currently serves as Executive Managing Director & Partner for the firm’s Industrial Capital Markets division in Texas. Created in 2022, Stream’s Industrial Capital Markets division offers a full range of services including investment sales advisory, equity placement, and consulting. The team provides best-in-class service for clients by applying a powerful combination of data-driven strategies and focused industrial industry experience to each assignment. Matteson co-leads the Industrial Capital Markets team in partnership with Seth Koschak, and is responsible for strategic direction and oversight for Texas markets.

Prior to launching the Industrial Capital Markets division, Matteson led Stream Houston’s industrial division, overseeing all leasing, tenant representation, and brokerage activities. Matteson has represented many of the top institutional real estate owners in North America and played an integral role in growing the Houston office’s industrial leasing and management portfolio to more than 30 million square feet. Since Matteson assumed leadership responsibilities in 2014, the Houston industrial team has completed over 1,800 lease transactions exceeding $2 billion in value.

Since joining Stream, Matteson has consistently been a top producer in the firm and has been consistently recognized in the Partners Club (company-wide top 10 producers). He has been recognized for his performance across the industry repeatedly being named a CoStar Power Broker and Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter.

Matteson is active in the real estate community and currently serves on the NAIOP Houston Board of Directors. Previously he was the Chairman of NAIOP Houston’s Developing Leader Committee.

J.W. Fields

Mr.Fields is responsible for sourcing and executing new industrial development opportunities within Texas. Specifically, Mr. Fields focuses on site identification, market analysis, design team oversight, financial analysis, lease negotiation, and disposition management. He is actively involved in multiple industry organizations including NAIOP Houston, where he serves on the Development and Construction Committee and the Real Estate Center at UT-Austin as a member of the Advisory Council.

Before joining Constellation, Mr. Fields spent eight years at Trammell Crow Company where he focused on the development, leasing, and disposition of speculative industrial developments. During his tenure at Trammell Crow, he was responsible for the development and capitalization of over 4 million square feet of industrial space within the Houston market. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, he worked at J.P. Morgan in the Real Estate Banking group providing construction financing to institutional developers. Additionally, he previously served as an adjunct professor in the undergraduate real estate program at the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business.

Mr. Fields holds a B.B.A. in corporate finance and an M.B.A. in real estate finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

George provides counsel to purchasers and sellers in the acquisition of unimproved and income producing commercial real estate, as well as developers in all stages of the development cycle for numerous asset classes, including multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and age-restricted living projects. His real estate finance practice includes the representation of institutional lenders and borrowers in connection with debt and equity structured financing, including construction, mezzanine, and permanent loans, as well as representation of lenders and borrowers in workouts of distressed assets. As the Managing Shareholder of Winstead's Houston office, George is dedicated to preserving and cultivating the firm's culture. He is also focused on strategic areas of expansion within the Houston market to complement the attorneys in the Houston office and the needs of their clients.

George Farish serves as a Senior Vice President in the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company, focusing on the industrial sector. He is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and originating ground-up development and value-add investment opportunities. Additionally, George is engaged in market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, capital structuring, leasing, and asset dispositions. George holds a Master of Business Administration in real estate finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Tufts University.

George brings more than 10 years of real estate development and investment experience to Trammell Crow Company. He most recently served as the Senior Director of Development at Laguna Development Group, a South Texas-based commercial real estate firm specializing in land investment, residential development, and asset management. George has also worked on a wide range of real estate assignments for companies including Trademark Property Company, AT&T, and Invesco Real Estate.

Faron Wiley joined CBRE in early 2007 as a result of the company’s acquisition of Trammell Crow Company. In 1994, Mr. Wiley began his career with the Trammell Crow Company as an Industrial Project Leasing Agent. In 2000, he was promoted to Vice President. He was then promoted to Vice President of Industrial Brokerage in 2006, where he now manages a team responsible for marketing, project leasing, new development, tenant representation, and investment sales that delivers outstanding customer service while creating significant value for institutional, private and corporate clients. He has accepted and performed many turnaround and new development opportunities located throughout the Houston area. Mr. Wiley has also been responsible for leasing multiple new development opportunities that were lucrative for our clients including projects such as West Port Industrial Park, SW Techniplex, Air Cargo Center I, NW Place 2, Cole Creek Business Park and Lakeview Business Park. He has completed over 500 leases with a dollar value in excess of more than $200 million. Mr. Wiley is a strong negotiator with an eye on increasing the value of our client’s properties.

Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Mr. Wiley, performed finance, accounting and marketing duties in Exxon’s Alaska Interest organization. He also worked as a commercial lender for First Union Bank and grew the personal loan portfolio to over $20 million.
