Eric and his team are currently responsible for overseeing marketing and leasing efforts for numerous office projects within the Houston area. Eric is focused on maximizing value for his clients by maintaining an acute understanding of the market and how each client can maximize their investment value. Eric was Houston’s overall Top Producer in 2018 and he has achieved this 20 separate years at Transwestern. Eric was awarded HBJs Top Landlord Representative in 2017 and has been Transwestern’s #1 overall producer nationally three separate years, and he has been Top 5 nationally for eight years. Eric was the recipient of the prestigious HOLBA Landlord Representative of the Year Award, which is voted on by the Tenant Representation community in Houston. Also, Eric was voted one of Real Estate Forum’s Top Brokers in the Nation. He has also received Project Leasing Deal of the Year multiple times. In addition, he was again named one of CoStar’s “Power Brokers” in Houston for the last 20 years and Houston Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitter” designation the last 21 years. Eric is an active member of numerous Board of Directors and charitable organizations. Eric serves on the Board of Directors of Transwestern. Eric has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Texas in Austin and holds a Texas real estate license
