As Chief Executive Officer, Philip is responsible for leading Morgan’s strategic planning and growth across all business activities – development, acquisitions, construction and property management. Philip chairs the Executive Committee and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and Advisory Board. Since joining Morgan, Philip has been involved in the development and acquisitions of over 7,000 units at a cost exceeding $1.8B in Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado and Florida. Prior to joining Morgan, Philip co-founded BlueRoot Partners to take advantage of opportunities acquiring distressed real estate assets in Texas. His experience also includes evaluating real estate debt investment opportunities while at CBRE Capital Partners in New York and assessing student housing development opportunities while at Campus Living Villages. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania. Philip is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and is on the Multifamily Leadership Board for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Philip also serves on the Finance Committee for the Holocaust Museum Houston and is a member of Young President’s Organization (YPO).

Ryan Terrell is a Managing Director in Greystar’s Houston region and is responsible for operational oversight of a portfolio consisting of approximately 18,000 units, overseeing multiple directors and Regional Property Managers. He is also leads the Houston Client Services team and is responsible for the continued growth of Greystar’s existing 63,000+ unit portfolio throughout the region. He advises Greystar’s institutional and private clients pertaining to potential acquisition and disposition scenarios, anticipated pricing, operations issues, and current marketing trends. Ryan is also responsible for managing and growing Greystar’s relationships with key institutional firms nationally. Prior to joining Greystar, Ryan spent seven years with Hendricks and Partners' Houston office, where he was actively involved in the sale of more than $1.5B worth of multifamily assets. He is actively involved with the Houston Apartment Association, where he currently serves on the Finance Committee, the Political Action Committee, the Board of Directors, and will serve as President of HAA in 2026. He represents Greystar as an Emerging Leader on the National Multi-Housing Counsel and is a frequent speaker regarding the state of the multifamily industry at events throughout the city and state. Ryan is also an active member of the University of Texas Real Estate Finance and Investment Counsel. Ryan has an active real estate license through the Texas Real Estate Commission. He received his bachelor's degree in Government from The University of Texas and resides in Sugar Land with his wife of eighteen years and two children.

Mr. Kirton co-founded Buckhead in 1996, and has since been its Chief Executive Officer. He is also CEO and a founding principal of Funding Incorporated, an FHA and Fannie Mae-approved multifamily lender which originates, funds and services multifamily mortgages nationwide. Before founding Buckhead, he served as Manager of Commercial Lending for Main Street Mortgage, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, and as Executive V.P. of Citadel Mortgage Co., one of the nation’s first FHA-approved multifamily co-insurers and Fannie Mae DUS lenders. As a result of this experience, Mr. Kirton has an extensive knowledge of multifamily lending, financial operations, development and management. Mr. Kirton earned a B.A. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.

Philip Croker is Senior Managing Director for Rockefeller Group and heads the company’s new Southwest Region based in Houston, Texas. In this role, Mr. Croker is responsible for Rockefeller Group’s real estate acquisitions, new developments and operations in the Southwest, specifically Texas and Arizona. Mr. Croker was previously Senior Managing Director for Hines, responsible for the analysis and execution of acquisitions and new development projects in the Southwest Region, specifically Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. He joined Hines in 2005 and contributed to the development of more than 5 million square feet of commercial office space including projects such as BG Group Place, the Hilcorp Headquarters, 609 Main at Texas, Texas Tower, and T3 Eastside. He also successfully secured new business pursuits in Houston and Austin, including the 500,000-square-foot Marathon Headquarters project. Mr. Croker is very active in NAIOP Houston, currently sitting on the organization’s Board of Directors. He is also on the Boards of several charitable and civic organizations, including New Hope Housing, the Memorial Park Conservancy and BikeHouston. Mr. Croker holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University.

Cindy Pham has been a dedicated professional in the 1031 exchange industry since 2018 and brings a wealth of experience as a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 2003. She is an active member and designee of several prestigious organizations, including the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW). Cindy also serves as an executive board member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) in Houston. With an extensive background in IRC §1031 tax-deferred exchanges and comprehensive expertise in real estate transactions, Cindy has been involved in thousands of closings throughout her career. She is passionate about educating and supporting investors, attorneys, real estate brokers, agents, accountants, and financial advisors. As Chief Executive Officer, Brandt Bowden oversees Capital, Development and Construction efforts for Hanover Company. He is integral to the planning and execution of Hanover's corporate strategy. Brandt joined Hanover in 2002 as a Development Partner covering the East Coast. In 2009, Brandt headed Hanover's Capital Markets division and soon took on the role of Chief Investment Officer. As CIO, he oversaw the investment and financing of approximately $5 billion in apartment development. Brandt is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Multifamily Gold Council. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College, and currently serves as the Houston-area District Enrollment Director. In addition, Brandt serves on the Board of Trustees at The Kinkaid School.

Acho Azuike manages DC Partners' real estate development and investment activities including compliance with all EB-5 Program requirements. Mr. Azuike has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry with experiences ranging from real estate finance to real estate development. He graduated from The University of Texas with BA in Economics and received his MBA from Rice University Jones Graduate School of Business.

Henry Richardson is the founder and CEO of Define Living, a multifamily housing platform that integrates wellbeing into everyday residential life. Drawing on two decades at the intersection of health and business, Henry leads the design and operations of communities that embed movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and positive psychology into on-site programming, so both residents and the business thrive. Before Define Living, Henry founded DEFINE, a health and fitness brand that grew from a single studio in Houston, TX to more than 20 locations from Denver to Dubai. In high school, Guy took a course on Drafting, which sparked a lifelong love of architecture and a desire to build a career in construction. Guy began his career with Harvey Cleary building grocery store-anchored retail projects, which he still builds today, and has also garnered experience with high-rise, luxury multi-family, and senior living construction. Guy has embedded our value of servant leadership into his work for decades and takes immense pride in leading by example. He is a key member of our firmwide corporate safety and training committees, where he establishes company best practices, develops our training curriculum, and fosters the continued development of our employees and subcontractors. Guy is also focused on the future of his community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Westchase District of Houston and previously serving on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Center. Ricardo Blas is Resia’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this current role, he is responsible for providing the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. As the COO, Ricardo is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the President and CEO of Resia. Prior to joining Resia (formerly known as AHS Residential), Ricardo served as CEO of MRL Engenharia, a real estate company based in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, where he supervised real estate development, land purchasing, construction and apartment sales. From 1998 to 2007, Ricardo served as CEO of Blas Engenharia LTDA, which was his own real estate and construction venture he founded. Prior, he worked as operations and project manager for MRV Engenharia Empreendimentos SA, one of the largest homebuilders in the world. Resia is a division of MRV&Co (MRVE3:BZ). Ricardo has a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from UFMG- Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil and an MBA in finance and strategic management from Ibmec, one of Brazil’s top business schools. In his career, which has spanned 100 properties and 6,000 units in the Midwest region, Joe has played a critical role in more than $500 million in acquisitions, another $500 million in renovations, and $2 billion in financing. Prior to founding 3L, Joe rose through from intern to partner at BJB Partners, where he was central to the design and implementation of efficient-footprint and adaptive-reuse strategies. At BJB, Joe played a central role in designing and implementing the efficient footprint and adaptive re-use strategies he continues to innovate at 3L.

Evan Peterson is a Principal at Radom Capital, where he oversees development, design, and construction. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has led multidisciplinary teams in delivering more than one million square feet of mixed-use multifamily, office, retail, and master-planned projects. Evan is passionate about thoughtful development, place-making, design excellence, and collaboration. He has served as development lead on a variety of complex mixed-use initiatives, with a particular focus on creating transformational projects that strengthen and enrich communities. Krystyn Haecker, AIA is a Partner who joined Mirador Group in 2013. She specializes in leading Urban Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Commercial Projects, where she enjoys engaging with how people live, work and interact with their communities at different scales. To date, Krystyn has been responsible for delivering over 1 million square feet of built multi-family projects in Houston, TX, including signature projects Giorgetti Houston and The Sophie at Bayou Bend. Krystyn is also a Partner with Vedetta Design, an Interior Design Studio from the makers of Mirador Group. Krystyn currently has served in various capacities on the boards and committees of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Houston Chapter, and the Texas Society of Architects. Currently, she is serving as President-Elect for the Texas Society of Architects in 2025, where she leads the 8000 member organization. Krystyn is a licensed architect in Texas and LEED AP BD+C professional. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and received a Masters of Architecture from Virginia Tech. She was recognized as a Houston Business Journal Women Who Mean Business Honoree in 2024. With a career spanning over a decade, she has been instrumental in the development of more than 2,500 multifamily units across Texas. After relocating to the United States, she brought her financial expertise to the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as Assistant to the CFO. Over her career she has personally improved over 35,000 units – everything from new class-A construction to boarded up and shut down. Today, her Better World Companies operate nearly 5,000 apartments, have ownership in 1,300 and employ over 150 multifamily professionals. In 2022, her family-first style earned her company the distinction of being named Houston’s #1 Top Workplace. Terri is also a licensed real estate broker, serves on the Board of the Houston Apartment Association as an Honorary Life Member, is a strong advocate for the HAA Political Action Steering Committee and supports the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Advisory Committee. She enjoys teaching up-and-coming professionals for The National Apartment Association and is known for her fair, transparent and honorable approach. Terri is a native of Indiana and a proud Texan by choice.

Scott joined Partners from Marcus & Millichap, where he led the Southeast Florida division. During his tenure he grew the division from 24 to 70 agents and more than tripled bottom line profit. Prior to that role he spent six years as Managing Principal of the Southern California division for Waddell & Reed, a publicly traded, full service financial services company specializing in comprehensive financial planning. Scott has conducted numerous seminars for companies/institutions such as University of Alabama School of Business, UCLA Anderson School of Business, Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business, International Investor Conference Group, Inland Empire Economic Forecast Conference, Colliers, NAI Global, CBRE, Grubb & Ellis, ICSC, BIA, Keller Williams, Remax, Century 21, Sperry Van Ness, Marcus and Millichap, California Association of Realtors, CCIM and many others. Kate is the Senior Vice President of Community Partnerships for Texas. Mr. Steve Williams is a seasoned engineering and construction professional with over 28 years of experience across residential, commercial, and telecommunications projects. He frequently speaks at Multifamily conferences and events on innovation and trends in multifamily design and construction. A Board Member of DID Affordable Housing Foundation and Reward Third Ward, Mr. Williams is actively involved in community service and youth mentorship. As Vice President of CIVE, Inc., he oversees design, BIM, and construction, leading initiatives to implement BIM across all projects for accurate, on-time, and on-budget delivery. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Haresh Jethani is a real estate developer with over twelve years of experience, recognized for his strategic focus on the student housing sector. He began his development career delivering premium branded hospitality projects, including hotels for Marriott and Hilton, gaining deep insight into design, operations, and customer experience.
