this role, he is responsible for all

elements of investment execution in

the EMEA region, including

acquisition, disposition, asset

management, development,

redevelopment and asset finance.

He is a member of the firm’s

Executive Committee and chairs the

European Leadership Team.

Previously Rik was an experienced

fund manager and let for the

platform several core/core+ funds

across Europe.

Rik began his career in the real

estate industry and joined CBRE

Investment Management in 2004.

Before taking on his current

responsibilities, he worked in

various roles within the company,

including as a Director of the

company’s European Retail

Platform. Successively, he

transferred to the Nordics as Head

of Asset Management prior to taking

on the role of Country/Fund

Manager for that region at the start

of 2014.

Rik earned a postgraduate Master

of Real Estate degree from the

University of Amsterdam, as well as

a Master’s degree Real Estate &

Housing from Delft University.

Frederique Weber is Country Manager for the Netherlands at AEW, where she leads the firm’s Dutch platform, overseeing investment strategy, acquisitions, and asset management across sectors including logistics, residential, offices and retail.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment and portfolio management, Frederique brings deep expertise in navigating complex market dynamics, policy environments, and cross-border capital flows. Since joining AEW in 2016, she has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s institutional presence in the Netherlands and aligning its strategies with long-term ESG goals.

Prior to AEW, Frederique was Portfolio and Fund Manager at CBRE Global Investors, responsible for managing diversified property funds and investor mandates. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Equity Estate, JLL, and Royal Haskoning, developing a broad foundation in both investment and asset management.

She holds an Executive MBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Since 2014, she has been Joint Managing Director at M7 Real Estate, where she is responsible for the strategic leadership

of the Dutch organization.

Since the beginning of 2025, she also took on the role of Head of Real Estate Operations, with the aim of optimizing

the company’s operational processes and real estate portfolio.

With over 25 years of experience, Femke combines in-depth market knowledge with a hands-on approach to leading real estate teams and creating value for investors.

Melchert Duijve

Melchert Duijve is Vice President, Energy, Mobility, and Sustainability at Prologis. Since joining in 2019, he has built and scaled the European Energy team, introduced solar, storage, and EV solutions across 12 countries, and later worked in Denver as Global Sustainability Director to drive the company’s net-zero roadmap. In 2025, he returned to Europe to lead Prologis’ global energy and sustainability agenda. With a background in strategy consulting and a Master’s in Energy Science (cum laude) from Utrecht University, Melchert combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to advance sustainable real estate worldwide.

development of high-quality logistics and distribution centers. With a strong focus on

sustainability, innovation, and strategic locations, Panattoni supports clients ranging from

global e-commerce leaders to regional logistics providers. The company operates across

Europe, North America, India, and Saudi Arabia, delivering both build-to-suit and speculative

developments tailored to the needs of modern supply chains.

Jeroen Gerritsen is the Managing Director of Panattoni Netherlands and Belgium. He

established the Dutch office in Amsterdam in 2019 and recently expanded operations into

Belgium, where he now leads a growing team and an extensive development pipeline.

Together, the Dutch and Belgian offices now consist of 27 professionals working on the

continued growth of Panattoni in the Benelux region.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate development, urban planning, and strategic

management, Jeroen brings a broad and well-rounded perspective to the role. Before joining

Panattoni, he held senior positions at Goodman, Segro, Arcadis, and Corio, where he was

responsible for acquisition, development, and stakeholder management across the Benelux

region.

Under Jeroen’s leadership, Panattoni has successfully delivered logistics real estate across the

Netherlands, in key locations such as Heerlen, Roermond, Wessem, Almere, Ridderkerk,

Moerdijk, Almelo, Steenwijk, and Groningen. With the recent launch of the Belgian office, he

continues to drive Panattoni’s progress in the Benelux, with a strong focus on sustainable and

future-proof logistics solutions.

Julius is Head of Business Development at WiredScore, where he leads market activities across Germany, the Nordics and the Netherlands. Since joining in 2022, he has been instrumental in expanding WiredScore’s presence in new regions and building partnerships with major investors, developers and asset managers. With a background in project development, Julius brings hands-on industry experience to his role. His work focuses on advancing digitalization and sustainable innovation in real estate and smart buildings, helping to create future-proof and user-centric assets.

Dirk-Jan Gondrie MRE is a partner in Dentons' Amsterdam office and Head of the Real Estate practice in the Netherlands. He also serves as Head of the Firm’s Europe Real Estate group.

Dirk-Jan advises leading international and Dutch institutional investors and developers on matters related to logistics and data centers as well as residential, office, retail and hotel projects. He has extensive experience with real estate transactions involving acquisitions and disposals of both single assets and portfolios in the Netherlands and across multi-jurisdictional structures. His practice also encompasses property development, leasing, asset management and real estate-related restructuring.

In addition to his legal work, Dirk-Jan is a committed educator and lecturer at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate (ASRE), where he supports professionals working toward their Masters of Real Estate degree (MRE).
