WHY THIS MATTERS

What You'll Learn

  • With Denver's tourism and business travel dynamics evolving, what role does the city’s broader economic landscape — driven by tech, healthcare and aerospace — play in shaping hospitality demand?

  • How is the shift toward experiential travel influencing hotel amenities and guest services in Denver, and what unique offerings are resonating most with travelers?

  • Denver's retail investment sales reached $226.4 million in Q3 2024, up significantly from $73.7 million in Q2. What types of investors are most active in Denver's retail market, and what properties are they targeting?

  • How are Denver developers addressing the unique needs of residents, workers and tourists within single projects to create cohesive, multifunctional environments?

  • The trend toward community-oriented mixed-use spaces is growing in Denver. How are developers integrating public spaces, cultural elements and community programming to enhance placemaking?

How You'll Do More Business: Denver’s commercial real estate sectors — hospitality, mixed-use and retail — are undergoing dynamic changes, creating opportunities for growth and innovation. Retail availability has hit a record low of 4.7%, while mixed-use projects face rising costs and labor shortages that challenge developers to deliver vibrant, community-oriented spaces. In hospitality, full-service hotels in business hubs thrive with stable occupancy rates, but economy hotels have seen a 170 basis point drop due to declining transient travel. By attending this event, you’ll gain critical market insights, connect with key players and uncover actionable strategies to expand your business in Denver’s evolving CRE landscape.

Who attends: Owners, developers, operators, investors, public officials, general contractors, brokers, architects, tenants, engineers and professionals moving Colorado’s commercial landscape forward.

Why should you attend: Bisnow events bring together the biggest power players in the industry so you can identify opportunities, build your network and expand your business. With the largest audience of commercial real estate professionals in the world, no one knows how to help your business more than we do.
