Cadie serves as Vice President of Investments & Development leading Confluent’s Office & Industrial platforms. Cadie has more than 13 years of institutional real estate experience ranging in asset management, acquisitions, and development.

Previously, Cadie was a vice president in Bow River Capital’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she was responsible for originating, structuring and managing real estate investments within the firm’s portfolios. Prior to joining Bow River Capital, she worked for EverWest Real Estate Investors as Director of Asset Management for the Mountain Region managing office and industrial product throughout Colorado, Utah, Texas, and Missouri.

Cadie started her career at AEW Capital Management in Boston where she rose to the title of Assistant Vice President. She worked as part of the Direct Investment team and her portfolio consisted of office, industrial and retail buildings located in several major markets throughout the U.S. including Boston, New York, New Jersey, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Dallas.

Cadie holds a M.S. in Real Estate Construction Management and a BSBA from the University of Denver where she played all four years on the Division I Women’s Soccer team. She is a member of NAIOP and ULI and is one of the 2024 Program Moderator for the ULI Partnership Forum.

Lindsay Brown is an executive vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and buyers. Lindsay establishes and maintains client relationships spanning multiple industries and markets. He strategically assembles the appropriate team of professionals to best service his client’s needs.

Lindsay has completed over $500 million in transaction volume spanning several million square feet. He has a unique approach to business and extensive experience in corporate facilities planning and relocation, specifically with oil and gas, law firm, and technology-related organizations. Prior to Hughes Marino, Lindsay worked at JLL in Denver for over twelve years, gaining an immense amount of experience within the markets surrounding the region and proving to be an invaluable resource to businesses across Denver.

Lindsay studied business at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He participates in The Courage Classic for Children’s Hospital and the Champions for Children Cycling Team. Additionally, he has served or is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado; the Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center; the Board of Advisors for the Western Energy Alliance; the former Chairman of Sweat Equity; the former Chairman of the Advisory Board, as well as an active member of the Executive Committee of the Alliance for Choice in Education (ACE).

When Lindsay isn’t in the office or giving back to his community, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys skiing, cycling and traveling.

Mike is a vice president for Holder Construction, a national construction services firm with experience all over the country and offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, San Jose, and Washington, D.C. Holder is consistently ranked as one of the nation's leading contractors in construction management. Holder’s $5 Billion revenue is made of projects in the aviation and transportation, corporate and commercial office building, cultural and performing arts, data and telecom, higher education, interiors and adaptive reuse, public assembly and hospitality, science and technology and special use markets.

Mike brings 25 years of experience providing leadership to Holder’s projects on the Front Range. Currently, he is involved with projects such as the Clayworks development in Golden, University of Denver STEM Horizons lab, Delta Sky Club at DEN, and QTS Denver Data Center. Additionally, he’s worked on projects for clients such as Apple, Hollywood Burbank Airport, Arizona State University, JPMorgan Chase, AMEX, and State Farm.

Mike is a graduate of Purdue University’s Civil Engineering program and is involved with organizations such as DBIA, NAIOP, and has sat on several advisory boards for construction programs at various universities.

As a partner at TRE, Amy Aldridge has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate as a licensed broker. Amy drives the company’s continued growth through an integrated approach to brokerage services. Amy’s extensive experience closing complex and challenging transactions has provided her with the expertise to find creative solutions for virtually any client real estate need – a skill she empowers her team to continually develop.

Leveraging a strong understanding of the Denver market, Amy has earned a reputation for providing superior client service and building lasting relationships with clients based on trust, respect and a complete understanding of their business goals.

Previously, Amy served as a vice president at JLL where she represented tenants and buyers in the Denver office market, specifically downtown and the periphery submarkets. She has expertise with multiple product types across the U.S. in both the public and private sectors.

Outside of her work at TRE, Amy is deeply involved in the community. She currently chairs the board for Social Venture Partners Denver and serves on the Fundraising Committee for Girls Inc. of Metro Denver. She is also very engaged in her alma mater, Colorado State University. In addition to serving on the CSU Everitt Real Estate Center’s Advisory Board, she mentors for CSU’s College of Business and is a member of the Green & Gold Foundation. Amy serves on the Board of Governors of the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation and is a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership.

Amy was honored among Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2021. She has also been recognized as a Top 25 GenXYZ finalist by ColoradoBiz Magazine, a Heavy Hitter finalist (Young Broker of Denver) by the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS, and as a Breakout Broker of the Year by JLL. Amy graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in business administration, with a double concentration in commercial real estate and real estate finance.

Janessa is responsible for helping Tenants with all aspects of their occupancy needs and strategy.

Prior to working at JLL, Janessa spent 10 years living in New York City and working on Wall Street. She started her career at Goldman Sachs, spending time in both Operations and Client Services working with Hedge Funds and Private Equity Firms. She then went on to work at Dynasty Financial Partners where she helped Financial Advisors with all aspects of starting and running their businesses. This is where she got her start in Commercial Real Estate as she helped her clients manage all aspects of their real estate.

A Denver Native, Janessa joined JLL upon her return to Denver in 2018. She won the CREW Rising Leader award in 2019. With a strong financial services background, she helps her clients with financial reviews, negotiations, and creative problem solving.

Janessa attended New York University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Economics and Romance Languages. Janessa also later attended New York University Stern School of Business for her Master’s of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Marketing and Management.

In her free time, Janessa spends time outdoors hiking, running, snowshoeing, skiing (both downhill and cross country!), golfing, tennis, and gardening.

Cullen is a Senior Vice President, Partner, and co-lead of rand*’s Denver office and oversees all business and project operations for the Mountain West region. His significant experience in project management and focus on team building makes him an ideal leader within the organization as well as an executive liaison for client, design, and construction management teams. He provides strategic direction and operational management to the field and office team while communicating at an executive level with the client regarding project progress, on-site issues, priorities, and end-user concerns.

Cullen graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and joined rand* construction in 2005 as an Assistant Project Manager in the Washington, DC office. Cullen’s tenure as Director of the Denver office has produced an average annual year-over-year growth of just over 30%. Over the course of his career he has delivered dozens of award-winning corporate, tenant interiors, restaurant, hospitality, and institutional projects across multiple states, but is most proud of the best in class environment and team spirit he directs each day at the rand Denver office. He has over 17 years of U.S. and international experience in development and design for

multifamily, office, industrial, and hotel/condo. David received a B.A. from Yale

Chris Payne has more than a decade of engineering, construction, development, and project management experience, spanning sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and heavy civil. At Riverside Investment & Development, Chris serves as Senior Vice President and leads all operations in Colorado including development, design, construction, and completion of projects. Chris recently oversaw the development of 110 North Wacker Drive / Bank of America Tower, a 1.5 million RSF and 55-story Class A office building in downtown Chicago. In 2021 he relocated to his hometown of Denver to oversee the development of 1900 Lawrence, a 700,000 RSF and 30-story Class A office building in downtown Denver. Chris received Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Lee Ferguson

Lee Ferguson serves as Senior Vice President in the Denver office of TCC. Lee focuses on sourcing and executing new office and mixed-use development and investment opportunities, along with multifamily opportunities for High Street Residential, TCC’s residential subsidiary, within the Greater Denver and Salt Lake City markets. Combining a background in both business and architecture, Lee is responsible for identifying new development and investment opportunities and plays a key role in the pursuit, analysis and predevelopment of ground-up development throughout Colorado and Utah.

Within the Denver office, Lee led the Denver Water Operations Complex redevelopment, where he was responsible for managing principal aspects of design, construction and specialty requirements of industrial and office development, amenities, and site infrastructure. In addition to sourcing new opportunities, he is currently engaged in the development of Central Park Station and the Residences at Olde Town Station. Prior to joining the Denver team, Lee worked in the TCC Houston office, focusing on the development of the TechnipFMC Campus at Generation Park where he was responsible for managing all aspects of design, construction and specialty requirements of office development, amenities and infrastructure portions of the campus.

During his 17+ year career, Lee has had the opportunity to develop a variety of projects with success at leading and managing all aspects of a development including pursuit and predevelopment, entitlements, design, bidding, negotiation, permitting, construction, stabilization, and disposition. He brings diverse business, management and development experience with a track record that has consistently steered projects through the development process on-time and under-budget. Lee holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas Tech University.

Riley King

Riley King, VP of Preconstruction, focuses on utilizing technology and industry knowledge to assess the specific needs of a client and ensures their project maximizes functionality while staying on time and on budget. Together with his team, Riley minimizes the complexity of construction projects through client collaboration and clear project forecasting.

A Michigan native with a lifelong passion for construction, Riley started at age 16 sweeping a broom on construction sites. He earned a BS degree in Construction Engineering from Western Michigan University. After moving to Colorado, Riley expanded his construction knowledge through large infrastructure projects specializing in power plants and waste management and later working as a federal contractor of projects from VA hospitals to aircraft runways. Joining i2 in 2016, he was drawn to its family-like culture and strong industry partnerships. Riley became an i2 Partner in 2023 and leads the preconstruction department, Riley values creating an environment for i2 employees to succeed, and being a part of building spaces for clients with quality and functionality that helps their business succeed. Riley is often seen with his German Shepard, Frida, a constant companion at the i2 office.
