WHY THIS MATTERS

What You’ll Learn:

  • How Denver’s construction, development, and design market is evolving and why collaboration between public and private partners is critical for moving projects efficiently, reducing risk, and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Best practices for navigating Denver-specific permitting, labor, and regulatory challenges to keep projects on schedule and maximize return on investment.
  • Embracing innovation in building practices, advanced materials, and emerging technologies is essential for improving project timelines, controlling costs, and meeting sustainability goals.
  • How thoughtful, human-centered design can capture the Mile High City’s identity, create meaningful community connections, and enhance long-term value in both commercial and mixed-use developments.
  • Which neighborhoods, project types, and market trends are defining Denver’s development frontier and shaping the city’s skyline, streetscapes, and community fabric.

How You’ll Do More Business: Learn from Denver’s leading developers, architects, engineers, and general contractors about how multi-party collaboration, innovative construction techniques, and strategic design approaches are producing results on the ground. Walk away with actionable insights on how to identify the right projects, apply new technologies, and deliver spaces that meet tenant, investor, and community expectations.

Who You’ll Network With: Developers, owners, operators, architects, engineers, GCs, design studios, sustainability specialists, material suppliers, city officials, and other professionals actively shaping Denver’s built environment.

Why You Should Attend: Bisnow events bring together the biggest power players in the industry to help you identify opportunities, build your network, and expand your business.
