Summary

  1. Denver has 4.8M SF of industrial space under construction, 3.7M of that being spec. Demand is high, but is it high enough to meet supply?

  2. With new end users moving towards e-commerce models, what pitfalls are they running into? How can you best educate your clients?

  3. How will the "Central 70" I-70 improvements affect logistics? Will we see a significant impact on industrial growth?

  4. With growing demand for cold storage, will we see speculative development in Denver?

  5. With high demand, and available land for new product, is outside capital making a growing presence in Denver?
