Tim Axilrod

Tim Axilrod is a Partner of the Investment Sales division of SHOP Companies. Tim joined SHOP Companies in 2014 as an initial member of the investment sales team. He is a retail investment specialist, focusing on the disposition and acquisition of multi-tenant shopping centers and single tenant net leased retail properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Market and Texas. Tim prides himself on creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships by working closely with clients in every facet of the transaction from the proposal process to closing. He has an efficient system of thoroughly evaluating retail assets using detailed market knowledge and in-depth financial analysis to bring clients the best value in all of their real estate transactions. Prior to joining SHOP Companies, Tim was an integral member of the investment sales team at United Commercial Realty (UCR), now CBRE, in Dallas. He has worked directly on completion of retail investment transactions in excess of eight hundred and fifteen million dollars ($835,000,000). Born and raised in Dallas, Tim returned after four years in attendance at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he received his bachelors in Economics and Minors in Business and Political Science. Tim is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). He is also a member of The TouchDown Club of Dallas and a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star.
