Steve Graham brings together a rare combination of expertise in architecture, construction, development and leasing. His career has embraced all of these talents and interests resulting in development experience focused on the largest and most-complicated commercial development challenges. Before launching Stellar Development Steve spent the previous 10 years as the Vice President for Destination Development for RED Development. Steve contributed greatly to the leasing, development and strategy behind some of RED’s biggest shopping centers, including The Legends Outlets of Kansas City, The Promenade at Chenal and The Legends at Sparks Marina. Steve’s success lies in forging strong relationships with everyone from anchor tenants to community leaders, and from his wealth of knowledge of public financing structures and how to create successful public/private partnerships. Steve received a BS in engineering and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and his Masters in Architecture from the University of Kansas. Steve is well known in the destination attraction industry and is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars related to tourism-driven retail development.

Mark Bulmash joined the Howard Hughes Corporation in June 2011 as Senior Vice President, Development where he oversees the Central and Southeast regions’ retail and mixed-use portfolio. Over the course of his 31-year career, his teams have developed over 6,000,000 square feet in new retail and mixed-use developments and redevelopment of existing properties at a cost of $1,450,000,000. He has spent time in asset management, leasing, market research, financial analysis, construction and development. Since joining Howard Hughes, he has overseen Riverwalk, a 260,000 sf expansion and redevelopment that opened in 2014 and won an ICSC design and development Gold Award in 2015. Bulmash current oversees the current redevelopment of Landmark Mall into an urban mixed-use project with an initial 2.0 million square feet of retail, multi-family residential, office and hotels; Circle T, a potential mixed-use project with 1.0 million square feet of office, retail, a hotel and multifamily residential; and Monarch City, a 260-acre master planned property with a proposed 10 million square feet of office, retail, multifamily, hotels and a major community park in Allen, TX. In May 2009, Mark established Bulmash Real Estate Advisors, LLC (BREA) to consult for lenders, owners, developers and municipalities on retail and mixed-use projects. Prior to creating BREA, Mark Bulmash was Senior Vice President, Development at Forest City Enterprises, which he joined in May 2005 where he oversaw new projects for the Forest City Commercial Group’s East Coast Division. His teams managed the following projects: The Promenade Bolingbrook in Bolingbrook, IL, a main street- style center just west of Chicago; The Shops at Wiregrass in Pasco County, FL, a lifestyle center north of Tampa; The Village at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, FL, an urban mixed-use project anchored by a luxury thoroughbred horseracing complex; and White Oaks Village, a power town center in Henrico County in metropolitan Richmond, VA. Bulmash spent 17 years at The Taubman Company, which he joined in 1987. He held positions in property management, leasing, market research, financial analysis and construction. He was appointed to the Development Group as Director in 1992, then Vice President in 1997, and finally Group Vice President in 2001 where Bulmash spearheaded the development of the following Taubman projects: The Shops at Willow Bend (Plano, Texas) and The Mall at Wellington Green (Wellington, FL). He also directed major renovations and/or additions to regional shopping centers, including Briarwood (Ann Arbor, MI), Lakeforest (Gaithersburg, MD), Twelve Oaks (Novi, MI), Stamford Town Center (Stanford, CT) and Woodland (Grand Rapids, MI). In the mid 1990s, Mr. Bulmash spent two years working for Related Urban Development (formerly The Palladium Company) as Senior Vice President, Development. While there, he led the development of The Palladium, an urban mixed-use project in Birmingham, MI and other proposed mixed-used projects in Boston, MA and Bellevue, WA. Earlier in his career, he worked in strategic and business planning for the Turner Construction Company in Philadelphia. He also practiced architecture and planning with Clarke & Caton, a Trenton, N.J.-based architecture firm. Mr. Bulmash is a member of the inaugural class of ICSC's Certified Retail Property Executives (CRX). He is the chair of ICSC’s US Design Jury and an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Mark Bulmash holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan, a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Jason Haun is Vice President of ZOM Living where he is responsible for pursuing and overseeing multifamily development activities in the South & Southwest regions. Over the past 15 years, he has directly overseen the ground up development of more than 3,200 residential units and over 1 million sf of commercial space. Prior to joining ZOM, Mr. Haun was a Sr. Development Manager at one of the nation’s largest affordable housing developers. He also Co-Founded a build-to-suit retail development firm and prior to that was a developer with one of the nation’s largest privately held shopping center developer/owners. Mr. Haun holds dual degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Eric Stanley began his career in 1981 managing his family's real estate development business in Dallas. In 1986, he joined Bright Realty as a manager. Mr. Stanley joined Trammell Crow in 1989 as a Tulsa-based senior property manager, responsible for the Bank of Oklahoma high-rise tower in excess of 1.5 million-square-feet. He also served as president elect of Tulsa's Institution of Real Estate Management organization (IREM) and vice president of Tulsa's Building Owners and Management Association organization (BOMA).

Tom Philley, Executive Vice President of Construction, oversees construction throughout the United States mainland. Beginning his career immediately after graduation from college, he started as a field engineer. Tom rose through the ranks, honing his skills and specializing in military housing. Today he continues to work with the military, government authorities and public-private partnerships, building housing and ancillary facilities. Tom has also worked with private developers building mid to high rise multifamily housing, retail shopping centers, as well as public universities. Tom attended Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor in Civil Construction.

Bill Guthrey isn’t a fortune teller, but he does read tea leaves, figuratively if not literally. “As a company that develops master-planned projects, KDC is reading the tea leaves to determine the future path of growth. We’re reading the market and creating places that will meet present and future demand.” Bill’s primary responsibilities at KDC include the marketing and management of KDC’s Land Ventures, which include over 500 acres of prime office, industrial and mixed-use land positions located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and nationally. He focuses on establishing joint ventures with land owners who need a partner with master planning, development and land marketing experience. “I love my job. I’m always meeting new people, and the product is always evolving. Every client has a unique challenge, and I’m lucky that I can be part of the solution.” Bill joined KDC in 1995 to market and develop the site of the former Greater Southwest International Airport/Amon Carter Field in Fort Worth, Texas. That project, CentrePort Business Park, is now home to some of the nation’s largest companies. All in all, Bill’s experience at KDC encompasses the development and leasing of office, industrial and data center projects totaling over 2.5 million square feet and the development or sale of over 1,000 acres of land. “What’s fun about development is watching engineers, architects, and planners get together in one room to answer a question or fulfill an existing client need. It’s fascinating to see how form follows function.” A devoted family man, Bill makes his home in Dallas with his wife, Suzan, and teenage daughter, Josie. His son, Reggis, works in oil and gas, and his other daughter, Grace, is studying architecture. Away from the office, Bill is active in his church and involved with mentoring youth in a faith-based setting. He also enjoys tennis, golf, and volunteering with Builders of Hope, a non-profit housing developer that delivers quality affordable housing to needy families in Dallas. His dream is to work for a non-profit and help people with their housing needs.

As Managing Director, Susan Arledge focuses her efforts on providing tenant-focused real estate brokerage and site selection services for clients locally, nationally and globally. D CEO Magazine – Dallas 500 for 2016, named her one of DFW’s 500 Most Powerful Business Leaders, and in 2012, she won the prestigious Stemmons Service Award. Arledge is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and is a former private pilot and Dallas native. She has two children, David and Kelly.

John C. Terrell is the Vice President of Commercial Development and is responsible for the strategic direction in development, acquisition, leasing, property management and natural gas exploration/production on nearly 18,000 acres of land. He leads the strategic planning, marketing and implementation of business initiatives for commercial land development and redevelopment as well as provides direction and oversight of the airports Land Use Analysis and Land Use Master Planning processes outside the central terminal areas. Mr. Terrell has over 30 years of real estate experience and an extensive background and knowledge in real estate sales, marketing, property management, development, leasing, economic development, and government relations. Mr. Terrell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a certificate in Asian Business Studies. He holds an International Airport Professional (IAP) designation, being recognized by ACI and ICAO as having achieved highly rigorous standards for expertise in the field of airport management. He also served as Mayor for the City of Southlake, Texas for six years.

Elizabeth Mow leads the project delivery, maintenance, and system and incident management departments, all in support of the planning, design, construction, maintenance and operation of the NTTA’s toll roads. Mow joined the NTTA in 2008 as the director of project delivery. In this role she was responsible for directing the day-to-day activities of the $4 billion Corridor Expansion and Capital Improvement Program from the planning stage through construction on all new turnpike and capital improvement projects. Under Mow’s leadership, the NTTA team successfully delivered many large tollway projects, including the Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge, Sam Rayburn Tollway, the conversion to all-electronic toll collection, and the President George Bush Eastern and Western extensions. The NTTA project delivery department has a proven track record for delivering projects on time and on budget. Mow has more than 14 years of professional experience in the field of engineering and management. She is experienced in all phases of program delivery, including the development of long and short range planning, project development and the NEPA approval process, project management, design, right-of-way acquisition, environmental permitting, utility coordination, construction contract administration, and construction inspection. Before joining the NTTA, Mow’s professional experience included time as a consultant where she served in many design and management roles. As a design engineer, her primary focus was in bridge design, where she worked on a variety of large scale transportation projects around the country. Mow is a graduate of the University of Toledo in Ohio, where she received her bachelor's degree in civil engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.

Jason K. Burress was appointed to the McKinney Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors in 2015.  Mr. Burress was elected Chairman of the Board for 2016-2017 after serving as Secretary/Treasurer in 2015-2016 and have served as the Chairman since 2016. Mr. Burress is the founder and managing partner of Burress Law, PLLC, Green Sea Ventures LLC and runs the family’s 65 year old ranch and beef production company.  Mr. Burress served on the McKinney Community Development Corporation from 2009-2013 and was Vice Chairman for 2012-2013.  He is a 2010 graduate of Leadership of McKinney and served as the Chairman of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce’s Government and Legislative Issues Committee in 2012- 2013.
