One Dallas Center is a 30-story, 612,438 SF, Class A office tower, situated in the heart of Downtown Dallas. One of five I.M. Pei designed buildings in Dallas, One Dallas Center is one of Dallas’ first vertical mixed-use projects, featuring 14 floors of office and 16 floors of residential. The building has a sophisticated, modern design and is situated on the 3.7-acre Pacific Plaza Park. With a walk score of 97, office building tenants are within a short of dozens of restaurants, while still offering an unrivaled 4:1000 parking ratio in a secure, attached garage.
