Why You Should Attend this DFW Property Management Real Estate Event

What We’ll Cover:

  • Tenant Experience & Retention Strategy: How property teams are shaping service culture, communication protocols, and day-to-day experiences that directly influence renewals and occupancy stability in 2026.
  • On-Site Workforce & Staffing Models: Approaches to hiring, retaining, and developing maintenance, operations, and frontline staff in a competitive labor environment, and how organizations are rethinking career paths and workload expectations.
  • Budget Pressures & Cost Control: How rising insurance, utilities, payroll, and vendor costs are impacting operating budgets, and the decision-making frameworks property leaders are using to prioritize spending and preserve NOI.
  • Maintenance Operations & Building Performance: Best practices for preventive maintenance, work order efficiency, vendor coordination, and operational consistency across multiple asset types and portfolios.
  • Technology & Workflow Efficiency: Which operational tools actually improve response times, visibility, communication, and performance,  and which ones add complexity without results.
  • Owner & Operator Alignment: How owners and property management teams are collaborating to define success, communicate asset strategy, and align expectations around performance, capital planning, and tenant outcomes.

How You'll Do More Business: DFW remains one of the nation’s most active and complex property management markets, with more than 8.1 million residents and one of the fastest growth rates among large U.S. metros. This growth creates constant pressure on building operations and tenant expectations. At the same time, operating pressures are intensifying across Texas and DFW. Insurance policy costs in Texas rose by 55.4% between 2019 and 2024, putting pressure on operating budgets.

Utility expenses are also under pressure: the state recently experienced record-setting electricity demand, peaking at 85,558.98 MW in 2024, which is a sign of mounting stress on energy infrastructure and rising costs. In the office market, conditions are beginning to stabilize as absorption improves and vacancy shows early signs of easing, signaling a gradual recovery after several years of elevated empty space. Beyond office, other major property types are shaping performance across DFW. Retail vacancy remains near historic lows, highlighting strong tenant demand across neighborhood and service-oriented centers. And many owners maintain mixed portfolios that include retail, multifamily, office, and light industrial assets, creating growing demand for property teams who can deliver consistent tenant experience and operational performance across all asset classes. Together, these pressures are pushing property teams to double down on renewals, service delivery, and retention to protect occupancy and NOI.

Join Bisnow as we explore how DFW property teams are retaining tenants, developing talent, protecting NOI, and aligning with ownership priorities in 2026, and what the most resilient portfolios are doing differently

Who You’ll Meet: Owners, asset managers, property managers, regional operations leaders, maintenance directors, tenant experience professionals, third-party management firms, in-house property operations teams, and industry partners shaping how buildings are staffed, run, and experienced across North Texas.
