Kayla joined Majestic in July of 2018 as a member of the Hospitality Strategic Planning and Development team and has continued to elevate her involvement and leadership of cross functional disciplines including leading our flagship award winning project in Texas, The Hotel Drover. The Drover has been recognized by Condé Nast, Forbes and even Travel and Leisure as one of the Top Hotels in the World and currently has over 1 Billion impressions in the media space and over 265 nationally published articles. It was Kayla’s leadership in branding, programming, design and project management throughout the pandemic that has positioned her to now take on a key leadership position in multiple projects breaking ground in 2022 including the $35m redesign of our Silverton Casino Hotel’s 300 rooms, the programming and design of our new $110m Silverton Ranch Casino/Marriott Hotel project in Pahrump, NV, and the programming and design and branding of two luxury multifamily projects totaling $210m in Fort Worth and Las Vegas. In total she is currently managing over $325m in new lifestyle developments.

John L. Zogg, Jr. serves as managing director for Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC. Mr. Zogg manages the leasing efforts in the Dallas and Houston markets of over 2,300,000 square feet. Mr. Zogg serves on the board of various local civic organizations including Executive Committees of Uptown Public Improvement District, Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation, Downtown Dallas and The Rise School of Dallas. He is a member of The Dallas Assembly, Urban Land Institute, City Center Tax Incentive Finance District, as well as the Downtown Connection Tax Incentive Finance District. Mr. Zogg is vice chairman of the AT&T Cotton Bowl and a founding member of the Advisory Council to the Center for Real Estate Finance at the University of Texas at Austin, Business School. In 2002, Mayor Laura Miller appointed Mr. Zogg to the Dallas Inside the Loop Committee. Mr. Zogg was named #1 Office Leasing Agent in Dallas/Fort Worth by the Dallas Business Journal in 1995 and again in 1996. Mr. Zogg joined Crescent Real Estate Equities as vice president of leasing and marketing in May of 1994. In 2004, he was promoted to managing director in Crescent’s Dallas Region. Mr. Zogg served as managing director until Crescent was sold to Morgan Stanley in 2007. Prior to rejoining Crescent, Mr. Zogg worked at Silverstone Capital Group. From January 1989 to May 1994, Mr. Zogg served as vice president of the commercial real estate group for Rosewood Property Company, responsible for marketing and leasing office space in the Dallas and Denver areas. Prior to joining Rosewood, he worked as marketing manager of Gerald D. Hines Interests. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Zogg holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Dallas.

Joseph F. Pitchford serves as managing director for Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC. His responsibilities include project identification, development, and execution company-wide. Mr. Pitchford has more than twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in real estate development and project management. Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Pitchford served as senior vice president and regional director with Concord Eastridge, Inc. and as vice president and regional partner with Hines, where he organized and opened Hines' Arizona office. Mr. Pitchford received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame and his Master of Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Forrest Cook serves as a Senior Vice President in the Fort Worth office. He is responsible for project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, acquisition/disposition services, and development services for the firm’s Industrial Division officing in Fort Worth. Since joining Stream in 2016, Forrest’s market knowledge and unparalleled level of service have played an instrumental role in closing more than 15,000,000 square feet of industrial, flex, land, and construction transactions, which accounted for over $925,000,000 in transaction volume. Forrest attended Texas A&M University, where he received his Master of Real Estate from Mays Business School and an undergraduate degree in Finance and Real Estate.

Norman’s interest in architecture began at an early age. He gravitated toward health facility design because it offers the opportunity to comfort and support people who are going through traumatic experiences. Norman oversees the health facility design studios for HKS’ south central region. He has managed projects of all sizes, from large, complex academic medical centers to small community clinics. To Norman, each has the same objective: to understand the client’s needs and deliver a project that exceeds expectations.

Susan Arledge, SIOR, currently serves as a Senior Managing Director in the company’s Dallas office. Arledge has over three decades of experience advising corporate clients on location decision-making, having worked with notable companies to identify and establish real estate locations including headquarters sites, distribution/e-commerce and manufacturing centers, customer support/shared service centers, back office and tech support operations. Susan specializes in securing real estate locations for clients globally, focusing on a proprietary Total Cost Analysis model that identifies all labor costs, transportation costs, incentive opportunities, and real estate costs. She focuses on finding locations that reduce attrition, increase productivity and allow clients to remain competitive by finding a labor force that meets their unique needs. Arledge has received numerous professional honors throughout her career. She was the recipient of the prestigious “Stemmons Service Award,” given annually to a Dallas commercial broker that best represents the industry’s standards for business success and community service. Arledge has served as President of the SIOR North Texas Chapter, the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association and as Chair of the Go Red for Women Luncheon in Dallas. She maintains the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation and has been honored as one of the Dallas Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters.” Arledge is a frequent speaker and author whose insights are often highlighted in publications including D CEO, D Magazine and Bisnow. Prior to joining Newmark, Arledge served as Executive Managing Director at Dallas-based commercial real estate firm ESRP. Arledge’s prior experience included being the Managing Principal for Cresa Dallas and The Staubach Company.

Jim Watry is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Texas Live!, one of the largest and most exciting sports-anchored developments in the country. The project, located in the heart of the Arlington Entertainment District adjacent to Globe Life Field, Globe Life Park and AT&T Stadium, features over 200,000 square feet of best-in-class dining and entertainment space, a 5,000-capacity outdoor event pavilion, as well as Live! by Loews – Arlington, TX, a 300-room upscale hotel with 35,000 square feet of convention, meeting, and special event space. Mr. Watry brings more than 20 years of experience in the dining, entertainment, and hospitality industry to this role, as well as a long history of community and philanthropic involvement. Prior to Texas Live!, Mr. Watry served as Chief Operating Officer of Ballpark Village, a dynamic sports-anchored dining and entertainment district in St. Louis, MO adjacent to Busch Stadium, as well as District Manager of the Kansas City Power & Light District, a vibrant nine block dining, entertainment, retail, residential, lifestyle and office district in the heart of downtown Kansas City, MO. A native of St. Louis, Jim graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. He earned the first level introductory Sommelier designation in 2003 and second level certified Sommelier designation in 2006.

Ese Aihie is an Entrepreneur and CRE industry expert with over 15 years in real estate. Serves as President for Admiral Legacy Companies which includes Venture X Castle Hills, a premium flexible office space provider and Founder/CEO for Work Innovators, a media production and marketing company focused on amplifying the voice of businesses and communities. Current/Past experience includes, office/collaborative work space, single –family development, mixed-use development, P3, land procurement, community outreach, contract negotiations, business development. Ese transitioned into real estate full-time after an 18 years career in Workforce Mgt. & Technology Management in Fortune 100 organizations. My experience with real-estate, passion for people, and community led me to the commercial real estate space pod i play in today. Enriching people’s lives through communities; by creating environments and experiences is critical to how she approaches the projects or investments she works on. She is actively involved in and understands the value of communities, and the different neighborhood dynamics. Her community involvement proves her to be not just a real estate professional, but also trusted advisor and partner. She is known for her integrity and equanimity in difficult situations. She is an active member of the nonprofit Urban Land Institute (ULI) as a Council & Facilitator of UrbanPlan for Education Committee. An advocate for small businesses serves on several boards and Leadership Councils including the Board of Directors at The Colony Chamber of Commerce, the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council, The Scott Murray Scholarship Fund, and Texas Real Estate Council.(TREC) Master’s in public management from University of Texas Dallas and bachelor's degree in law (BL) Faith, Family and Fun-Travel are key areas of her non-work life. Married to her life and business partner Andrew and they have 3kids together.

Andy is a native of Tampa, Florida and graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Marketing. He began his career in commercial real estate with the Florida Commercial Development Association and then joined Grubb & Ellis of Florida as a commercial real estate salesman in the downtown Tampa market. In 1992, he joined the Tampa Downtown Partnership as its Director of Marketing and Business Development. Andy served Shreveport, Louisiana’s Downtown Development Authority for six years as its Executive Director and while there was instrumental in relocating City Hall back to downtown, created a new public parking management program and authored the downtown strategic plan. Andy was Chairman of the United Way of NW Louisiana in 2001. Andy was also the President of Downtown Shreveport Unlimited and the Downtown Shreveport Development Corporation. Andy joined Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. (Texas) as President in 2003. DFWI is Fort Worth’s downtown advocacy organization and it manages the downtown planning process, two Public Improvement Districts, the downtown Tax Increment Finance District, two city parks, the MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival and Parade of Lights. DFWI recently developed the JFK Tribute in Fort Worth and is currently working renovate and reopen Heritage Plaza. Andy is a past Chairman of the International Downtown Association, President of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth and serves on the Board of the National Civic League.

Milton has been designing, directing and master planning since 1986 and previously served as MAA’s Director of Design since 1997. His extensive experience covers a multitude of building types and sizes, each carefully tailored to a unique client, budget, site and city. Corporate clients include USAA, Dr. Pepper/7-Up, Weatherford International, and Bell Helicopter Textron Corporation. Office development clients include Trammell Crow, Stream Realty, Lincoln Property Company, Brandywine, Endeavor, and Bandera Ventures. Projects include The Park at Barton Creek and Barton Skyway I, II,III, and IV in Austin, Texas. Historic restoration, preservation, and adaptive reuse of existing urban architecture has become a specialty and passion. Projects in downtown Dallas include the Interurban Building, Atmos Lofts, Gulf States Building, 1414 Elm, 211 Ervay, Mosaic, Statler Hilton, 1505 Elm, 500 South Ervay, Corrigan Tower and Tower Petroleum. Internationally, Milton has worked in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.; Aberdeen, Scotland; Tripoli, Libya and China for corporate and private clients. Recent work includes master plans for mixed-use and government facilities in Niamey, Niger and Abuja City, Nigeria. Specialty projects include several private residences, churches, restaurants, and retail. Clients include Saltgrass Steakhouse, Babin’s Seafood and Sweet Tomatoes, etc. Hospitality projects include the Marriott Autograph at Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas; El Tropicano Hotel, San Antonio, Texas; Marriott AC Downtown Fort Worth, Texas; Marriott Redmond, Washington; Marriott Courtyard New Braunfels, and The Colony, Texas; W Aloft Denver, Colorado and Chicago, Illinois; the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas; and Southlake Town Square, Southlake, Texas. Key hi-rise multi-family projects include 21 Rio in Austin, TX; Royal Court in Charlotte, NC; and 1401 Elm in downtown Dallas, TX. Additional residential includes Southlake Town Square in Southlake, TX. Southlake Town Square consists of retail, residential and office components designed for Cooper Stebbins.

Drawing on this diverse expertise, Ross works to create exceptional mixed-use developments that nurture intuitive internal connectivity and integrate with the existing urban fabric. His projects include Bishop Arts, Hidden Ridge, Toyota Music Factory, Legacy West, and Preston Hollow Village. An active member of the Dallas Urban Land Institute, Ross holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington’s School of Architecture. --

John Holt is a founding Partner of BridgeCap. John graduated from Baylor University and later received his MBA from Rice University. John co-founded and worked as a Partner of Woodside Capital Partners, a real estate fund manager. During this time, John was part of an acquisitions team that sourced a value-add CRE portfolio in which $178 million in equity was deployed. John also worked as Vice President of C-III Realty Services, a real estate investment banking subsidiary of C-III Capital Partners, where he sold $3 billion of commercial real estate and CMBS collateralized debt. John also acted as Director of Structured Finance at Karlin Real Estate, a direct real estate lender.

Zach Sams joined Kensington Vanguard in November of 2016 after serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Fidelity National Title’s Dallas/Fort Worth division from 2012-2016. Zach is focused on expanding KV’s footprint in the D/FW, Texas, Arizona and National markets. From selling real estate for to business development roles at prominent local and national title insurance companies, Zach has been active in the in the real estate market since 2005. Prior to the title industry, Zach attended The Golf Academy of America in San Diego, then spent two years playing professional golf on various mini tours in Southern California. Zach is a Veteran of the US Army. Zach lives in Argyle, TX with his wife Amber and their two boys 11&13. In his free time Zach enjoys playing competitive amateur golf and traveling with his wife and kids.

Chris Wallace has been President/CEO of the Commission since June, 2018. Under his leadership, the NTC is quickly building its strength and capacity uniting prominent leaders to tackle the greatest challenges for our 13-county region. Today, the NTC manages the region's legislative advocacy at the state/federal levels and is a resource for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to joining the NTC, Wallace served as the President/COO of the Texas Association of Business. For 10 years, he served as President/ CEO of the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber. Wallace graduated from Texas Tech University from the College of Media and Communications. He was named an outstanding alumnus in 2008. In 2019 and 2020, Wallace was named among Dallas' 500 most powerful business leaders in DFW by D CEO Magazine.

Ryan is Co-Founder and managing partner of Street Realty, formerly Dodson CRE. He began his commercial real estate career in 2002 in partnership with his father, Jerry Dodson, when the two began their 20-year run as active developers and investors in and around Tarrant County. As managing partner at Street Realty, Ryan’s day-to-day roles include project capitalization, acquisitions, project management, and strategic planning. Ryan has received numerous awards and recognition for his involvement in transformative projects in downtown Arlington, and Fort Worth’s Near Southside. In his career Ryan has participated as a principal developer & investor in well over $400,000,000 worth of commercial real estate transactions. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (1999) with a degree in marketing & public relations, served 10 years as board member of Downtown Arlington Management Inc, including Chairman, served 8 years on the City of Mansfield Planning & Zoning commission, two years as Vice Chairman, served ten years as board member of the Arlington Children’s Toys Inc., served on the North Texas chapter of the Urban Land Institutes small scale development product council, and is currently serving as a board member on the Fort Worth Real Estate Council. Ryan lives in Fort Worth, TX with his wife of 23 years Jessica. Ryan & Jessica have three children, two are currently in high school in Fort Worth, and his oldest is a Freshman at the University of Oklahoma. Ryan and his family enjoy travelling, golfing, hunting, and snow skiing in Colorado.

A 35-year veteran of commercial real estate, hospitality and casino gaming, Craig Cavileer delivers a rare depth and breadth of experience in high profile, highly successful retail and resort projects. Craig serves as CEO of Silverton Casino Hotel in Las Vegas and as EVP of Majestic Realty Co. in Los Angeles. Since joining Silverton in January 1998, Craig has been responsible for the strategic development and operations of the resort, as well as the development of its 100-acre mixed-use, entertainment/gaming/retail destination. Craig has directed the investment of more than $300m at the resort, including multiple expansions of the casino, restaurants, entertainment, the award winning 117,000-gallon saltwater aquarium attraction and the 165,000 sf flagship Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World. Innovative in its design, Silverton remains the only award winning casino/resort where large format lifestyle retail is seamlessly integrated into the gaming/entertainment experience. Recent developments at Silverton include the development of a $90m, 400-unit timeshare-hotel property located at the resort. This 4 Star all-suite resort added to the broad offerings of Silverton. Other recent developments include the addition of Panera Bread, Cracker Barrel, Blaze Pizza and Starbucks. Opening in August 2019 is the new $50m-150 room Hyatt Place Hotel. Craig’s additional accomplishments and career highlights include: • Served on the design and development team for Staples Center in Los Angeles on behalf of Majestic Realty Co. • Served as EVP at Majestic since ’93 where he has developed more than 2.5m sf of retail and entertainment projects. • Currently leading the development of the $120m Fort Worth South Business Park in Texas. • Currently leading the development of a $200m mixed-use, retail, office and Autograph Collection hotel in the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District. • Currently leading the development of the new Silverton Ranch / Marriott Hotel in Pahrump, NV located at the Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch. Craig is an active member of the community serving in a variety of leadership roles. In addition to being a board member and treasurer of the Nevada Ballet Theatre, he is a Trustee of the UNLV Foundation, a member of the Leadership Council for the Smith Center for the Performing Arts, Nellis AFB Support Team (NST) board member, Honorary Commander of the 820th Red Horse Squadron, a member of the Nevada Resort Association and is a frequent speaker for the Urban Land Institute, G2E and ICSC. Craig holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas.

As EVP Development with Southern Land Company (SLC), Karla works with all SLC groups to achieve high quality and design, reduce costs, and accelerate delivery of SLC’s multifamily projects across the U.S. She is the trusted leader of SLC’s Development, Multifamily Interior Design and Design Management Divisions. Karla is passionate about efficiency and effectiveness, and always looks for ways to deliver both. An essential part of her role is creating and regularly updating sets of company standards to help ensure. SLC’s high quality, high design, and exceptional resident experience are attained with every project. As SLC’s multifamily portfolio continues to grow, Karla’s company standards also improve internal and external processes, communication flow, and brand consistency. Karla holds AIA, CSI, and CDT designations.

Samantha brought her diverse design and construction experience to Texas after growing up in the Cotswolds region of England and practicing there for five years as a Registered Architect. At Bennett Partners, her passion for the preservation of notable buildings and the natural environment led her to a senior designer role for historic Fort Worth Stockyards projects such as Mule Alley, RFD-TV studios and the Old Gringo Boots store. Previous work included the Disney Wilderness Lodge in Florida and Skywalker Vineyards in California. Samantha strives to use architecture to balance the built and natural environment. She received a BA in Architecture from Portsmouth University and a Diploma in Architecture.

With more than a decade of experience representing owners and investors in complex business transactions, Ryan Goins focuses his practice on the acquisition, development, financing, operation, and disposition of commercial real estate properties. Ryan’s practice encompasses a wide range of high value real estate transactions, including restructuring and distressed asset proceedings. In addition, he served as in-house counsel for a privately held energy and investment company, where he concentrated on realizing the owner and end-user’s vision in mixed-use real estate development matters. Representative Experience Acquisitions and Dispositions: Represents owners and investors in acquisition and disposition transactions, with extensive experience in multifamily, retail, manufactured housing, single family rental portfolio, self-storage, and industrial assets.
