  • From debt to equity to everything in between, how are today's multifamily deals getting financed?

  • What are government officials doing to ensure affordable housing options? Why should developers consider affordable housing?

  • How can the industry meet "the missing middle" and provide for the evolving tenant class?

  • What amenities are tenants seeking in today’s residential units? How have tenants’ needs shifted, and what is anticipated for the future?

  • How are today's developers reconsidering tomorrow's floor plans, designs, and more?
