Why This Matters

What you'll learn:

  • The industrial market is a clear winner from the last 18 months. How can developers and investors increase industrial options to match increasing demand outside of downtown Boston?
  • Which neighborhoods outside the urban core such as Fenway, Somerville, Everett and Newton are in high demand right now and what is appealing about these neighborhoods?
  • How are retail and hospitality developments, such as Faneuil Hall and the Seaport's New Omni Hotel prioritizing amenities and the in-person experience and what does this mean for their existing spaces?
  • How are emerging Boston's developments, such as Somerville's Union Square Project, prioritizing community development and the importance of location?
  • Which developers and asset classes are best positioned to leverage emerging communities and the 15-minute city model?

How you'll do more business: Further your business by gaining a stronger understanding the impact behind Boston's increasing industrial demand and prioritizing community development for upcoming projects. Gain exclusive access to how Boston's newest developments are pushing boundaries and setting new standards on the importance of location, the access to a 15-minute city and the opportunity this provides the retail and hospitality sectors.
