Conor is a seasoned communications strategist adept at packaging complex issues for the media, policy makers and the public, with a client portfolio that spans across Issues Management Group’s public affairs, real estate, corporate, and crisis practices.

He has served as the statewide communications director and spokesperson for ballot questions in support of the world’s leading automakers and technology platforms, and as the lead media relations strategist for publicly traded and privately funded real estate developers.

A talented writer, and a quick study, Conor excels at penning well-crafted written material for the C-Suite, and compelling pitches for top reporters. A seasoned media relations expert, he maintains deep relationships with leading journalists across local, trade, and national media on behalf of his clients.

Before joining Issues Management Group, Conor consulted with clients in biotech, insurance, finance, energy and real estate on communications, media, and government relations. He also served as director of communications for the campaigns of Congressman Stephen F. Lynch, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan, and several legislative and mayoral candidates.

Earlier in his career, Conor was director of communications for the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and a legislative aide to Representative Thomas P. Kennedy at the Massachusetts State House. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Old Colony YMCA and served for seven years on the Board of the Good Samaritan Medical Center.

Conor has a bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University and a Master of Science in Public Affairs from the McCormack School of Policy Studies at the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Joseph “Joe” A. Larkin directs the development activities of MP Boston, including all permitting, planning, commercial leasing, asset management, programming, and more. For the last 20 years Joe has worked in a changing Boston and seen what makes this city great, and now has a unique perspective on urban development and a vision for the heights to which Boston can rise in the future.

Joe has been closely involved in the development and management aspects of large-scale urban properties in Boston including 10 St. James Avenue in Boston’s Back Bay office complex, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Towers, One Charles Condominium, the redevelopment of 179 Lincoln Street, Millennium Place, the successful redevelopment of the landmark 1912 Burnham Building and the adjacent Millennium Tower Boston in Downtown Boston.

Joe now oversees the development of Winthrop Center, located in the heart of Downtown Boston. .Set to be completed in spring 2022, Winthrop Center will feature innovative office work space, residential units, retail, dining, and commercial space, along with a curated public gathering space. The $1.35 billion-dollar development is the largest private investment for a single project in Boston and will create a compelling presence on both the skyline and at the pedestrian level. As a result of Winthrop Center’s development, a wide array of neighborhoods and communities in Boston will receive monetary contributions from the City of Boston including Boston Common, Franklin Park, South Boston’s Old Colony public housing complex, Emerald Necklace, and East Boston’s Orient Heights public housing complex.

Prior to joining MP Boston, Joe was the District Manager for Westinghouse Credit Corporation Real Estate Investment Unit. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Boston University.

Mark Yanowitz, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP, UCSL has over 30 years of experience in architectural design and construction management for residential, commercial, and mixed use projects specializing in high performance, energy efficiency, and low impact (green) building solutions. Synthesizing his architectural design and construction management expertise enables Mark to provide value in design and development projects through the phases of Site Evaluation, Land Planning, and Market Feasibility Studies. With his diverse and cross-discipline background, Mark drives tangible benefit in both leading and advisory roles with any design or development team. He is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects and the Boston Society of Architects, attained an LEED Accredited Professional status and holds a Construction Supervisor license.

Savannah Weeks is communications manager for Shaw Contract, a commercial flooring manufacturer and has 7 years experience in the commercial interiors industry. In her role, she is responsible for communications with customers and employees, with a focus on the brand's People Together, Planet Forever sustainability mission.

AnnLouise is a seasoned senior leader with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry with a strong focus on construction projects and workplace experience. As the Senior Manager of Real Estate at SimpliSafe, she oversees a portfolio of over 225k sqft of space, including the state-of-the-art HQ at 100 Summer Street in Boston. This beautiful, functional and modern workplace embraces a post-pandemic hybrid work model, offering non-assigned seating, state-of-the-art AV technology, and a variety of workspaces to promote collaboration. A private roof deck is currently under construction and scheduled to be ready in Fall 2023, adding a refreshing and inspiring space for employees.

John Boyle is Executive Vice Chair of Cushman & Wakefield (CWK), one of the largest publicly traded commercial real estate services firms in the world, with over 58,000 employees. A nationally recognized industry leader in the field of Tenant Representation, John serves on the firm’s Global Advisory Board, one of the twelve

producers in the firm to do so. John leads the Tenant Representation Practice for Greater Boston. In 2023 John was recognized with the Company’s Inaugural “Visionary Award” named in honor of Cushman & Wakefield’s late

With over 38 years of commercial real estate experience, John has been involved in thousands of transactions with an aggregate value in the billions. John has had significant focus in the area of strategic global, multi-market, portfolio-wide representation, having completed transactions in most major US cities and with significant experience executing leases in India, China, Europe and other international markets. He is included in many publications including the Boston Globe, Wall Street Journal and other publications.

Relative to his Boston market, John has received the Commercial Brokers Association of Massachusetts (CBA) Broker of the Year, “McCall Leadership Award,” an honor one can receive only once in a career, for demonstrating “the highest level of ethical standards and a career as an industry leader.” Additionally, John received CoreNet New England’s “Global Service Producer Award”, the highest honor a tenant advisor can receive in New England. John was elected President of the “CBA”, part of the oldest real estate association in the US, founded 1886, in 2012. No other broker advisor has received all three of these distinct Boston honors.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), John was a Principal with Cassidy Turley, prior to that, John was a Founding Partner of FHO Partners which was later sold to Cassidy Turley before that, and John was a Principal of Trammell Crow Company.

Marilyn has over 20 years of experience focusing on building a better workplace environment for organizations and employees. As a principal and designer, she has developed strategies that engage, educate, and empower organizations and employees to design compelling workplace environments. She has partnered closely with leadership teams and key stakeholders to understand goals and requirements and developed solutions that advance workplace initiatives and drive positive culture change and outcomes. Marilyn leverages this experience both within TRIA and with the firm’s clients.

Austen Holderness serves as Carr Properties’ Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer

and oversees all ground-up development activity at Carr Properties, from deal acquisition through the

stabilization of each asset, including oversight of all matters related to design, development,

construction management, and joint ventures. His responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating new

development opportunities. Prior to joining Carr Properties, Austen distinguished himself as a Senior

Development Associate at CarrAmerica Realty Corporation. During his career he has managed $2.75

billion (five million square feet) in commercial real estate development. Austen received his Bachelor of

Arts from the University of North Carolina and his Master of Business Administration from the Darden

School of Business at The University of Virginia.

John Hynes IV joined the BGI team in 2014. Prior to his role as Project Executive of the 10 World Trade commercial development, John oversaw numerous Seaport Square projects, totaling over $150M of development in 3-years. He has also helped lead BGI’s new business efforts, and serves as the primary point of contact for project approvals with City and State agencies. Before BGI, John spent 4 years working in the finance and construction industries in Boston, North Carolina, and Miami. John holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and lives in South Boston.
