Lisa Strope is a Partner with TA Realty and leads the research efforts for the firm. In this role, she works closely with senior leadership to craft the strategic house view, drive thought leadership initiatives and monitor domestic and international capital markets. She also partners with the firm’s investment and portfolio management teams to advance the firm’s analysis and forecasting across property types and regions. 

She has over 25 years of experience in real estate research, investment, and development. Prior to joining TA Realty in 2020, she spent six years at JLL. Her responsibilities included oversight of the national research platform for life sciences, healthcare and seniors housing and the New England research team. Prior to JLL, she served as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Business School where she focused on the study of investment trends in real estate.

She holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She is a former Board Member, CREW Boston, and an Adjunct Real Estate Faculty at Babson College.

Daniel is responsible for leading all capital market activities at CC&F. This includes securing capital for new and existing real estate projects and negotiating joint venture, operating, and loan agreements with investors and lenders. Additionally, Daniel helps identify, underwrite and close potential development and acquisition projects and provides on-going investment analysis for properties within the firm’s portfolio. In complement to these responsibilities, Daniel provides debt placement services through his affiliate AIP Investments, Inc. (www.aip-investments.com).

Prior to CC&F, Daniel was a Founding Partner of Andean Investment Partners, a real estate firm focused on investments and developments in Lima, Peru. Prior to Andean, Daniel worked in acquisitions and asset management at Taurus Investment Holdings, an international private equity real estate firm headquartered in Boston. Daniel received a B.A. from Colgate University and is currently an M.B.A. candidate at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

David Keiran is Chief Financial Officer at Senné. David leads all of the company’s financial activities, working with CEO William Senné to develop and manage acquisitions, developments, capital structures, investor relations, and corporate strategy execution. David joined Senné with over 30 years of institutional, commercial, and residential investment industry experience with significant expertise in real estate accounting, taxation, risk management, capital sourcing, finance, investment acquisitions, development, management, and dispositions. He is also well versed in investment underwriting and analysis, acquisition due diligence, asset and portfolio management, regulatory compliance, investor relations and reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Danielle Gonzalez concentrates on commercial real estate law. She represents national and local clients in

connection with the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of retail centers, office buildings,

industrial parks, multi-family residential properties, self-storage centers, parking facilities, and raw-land

developments throughout the United States. Danielle possesses vast experience advising on commercial

leasing, and represents both landlords and tenants on leases covering all real estate asset classes. She

represents sellers and purchasers with the acquisition and disposition of numerous types of real property.

She counsels borrowers in connection with secured financings, including acquisition loans, refinances and

defeasances. Danielle also has experience counseling retail clients on the development of shopping center

pads for brand-specific uses, including the negotiation of ground leases, CC&Rs, easements and design

guidelines. She also has experience with acquiring, developing and financing self-storage centers. Finally,

she counsels owners and managers in the negotiation of property management, as well as parking facility,

agreements.

Ken brings over 30 years of wide-ranging architecture experience with diverse building and construction types. Through his deep domain expertise, Ken has developed a unique leadership style combining business savvy, strategic thinking, hands-on problem solving, and thoughtful development of individuals and team dynamics. Ken intentionally fosters a collaborative project approach which builds and supports all team members for smooth, on-time, on-budget projects: a proven strategy for success. Ken has earned his strong reputation based on an exceptional track record of outstanding results for his clients.

Krista Bourque is a Principal at Global Design Firm, Stantec, where she leads its Branding and Experiential Design studio. For over 20 years, Krista has been working at the intersection of brand and built space to create distinct places that people love. Krista and her team formulate brand strategies and campaigns for residential properties across the country; strategies that inform everything from what a building is named, to how its interiors are designed, what its website reveals and most importantly, how it feels when you first walk through its doors. The resulting properties are infused with a unique and memorable brand identity that sets them apart from competitors and drives long term value.

Crystal has been coordinating all aspects of design projects from schematic design to construction administration throughout her over 25 year career as a corporate interior designer.

Crystal harnesses her extensive experience as the lead interior designer for workplace corporate technology clients. She has been project lead designer on projects ranging in size from 1,000 sf to 2,000,000 sf. She is responsible for coordinating clients, design teams, and consultants, ensuring that designs adhere to corporate standards and achieve the organizational vision. Beyond her extensive knowledge in real world cost effective sustainable and universal design concepts, she taught these concepts in her role for many years as an adjunct professor at Endicott in Beverly MA.

Dan has almost 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, first with Liberty Mutual and

then Poulos Insurance. He spent his first four years with Poulos Insurance as a top producer and

earned a partnership in the firm in 2011. He assisted in starting the first BNI Chapter in

Chittenden County, where he spent 12 years in various leadership positions and was BNI

Vermont’s Member of the Year in 2014.

After NFP acquired Poulos in 2014, Dan took on more operational responsibilities and managed

the sales team for the New England market. In May of 2019, he was promoted to his current

role as senior vice president, where he manages the entire P&C Sales team for the Northeast

Region, cultivating a productive and lively sales culture.

Dan is also heavily involved in the insurance industry and his local community. He is a past

president of the board of directors of the Vermont Insurance Agents Association, serving on the

board since 2016, and he assisted in forming the first Young Agents Committee in 2014. Dan

also serves on the Board of CSB Youth Hockey, Shelburne Little League and formerly the

Vermont Builders and Remodelers Association.

Dan enjoys spending time with his family doing almost anything outside and coaching his two

sons in a variety of sports.

Mr. Bigby joined Trinity Financial in 2001 and is the Managing Director of Development for the

company. He has a wealth of experience in multi-family housing development. During Mr. Bigby’s

tenure at Trinity he has overseen the development of more than 1,500 units of housing. He enjoys

an excellent rapport with public and federal agencies and with the communities in which he has

worked. He has an aptitude for creating successful public / private partnerships and exhibits a

strong ability to manage the complex financial structures needed to complete large scale

development projects.

Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Bigby worked in the field of affordable housing development and

management. He worked in various capacities for Boston area non-profit organizations where his

responsibilities included the management of several supported housing programs as well as property

oversight ensuring compliance with state and federal housing quality standards. Mr. Bigby holds a

Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Eric Robinson, AIA, LEED AP is the Principal and Co-Founder of RODE Architects, a Boston-based architecture and design firm. He has more than two decades of experience designing projects that seek to strengthen communities while enhancing the built environment. Eric founded RODE Architects with Kevin Deabler in 2005, and he brings to the firm an integrated, design-oriented focus. Eric’s dynamic approach to design has enabled the firm to flex its capabilities in an array of project types including residential, institutional, industrial, urban planning, and hospitality.

RODE’s residential portfolio is grounded in the tenet that well-designed housing should be available to everyone and includes many affordable housing projects in Boston and the surrounding areas. Eric is currently leading the design of two seminal affordable housing buildings. 3368 Washington Street, in collaboration with The Community Builders and Pine Street Inn, will include 140 support housing units dedicated to housing the formerly homeless population along with 62 low/mod income-restricted units. Additionally, he is leading the design process for 52 New Street, the first project to be approved under the City of Cambridge’s new Affordable Housing Overlay zoning. This project will blend affordability with sustainability, including 106 deeply affordable family-oriented units that will seek certification under the Passive House International standard.

Matt Grosshandler, Bald Hill Builders' VP of Operations, has more than 28 years of residential and commercial building experience. Matt is responsible for providing senior-level management and oversight to all Bald Hill Builders' projects, aligning project operations with company goals. Matt is a past President and Executive Board Member of the Friends of Hebrew Senior Life, where he is a Trustee and serves on the Real Estate Task Force. Through his work with Hebrew SeniorLife, Matt has actively been involved with the development of several Affordable Housing projects, currently the St. Therese Residences in Everett, MA. As a leader in adopting new building solutions, Matt was invited to participate in a study with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Department of Housing to consider modular construction as a more widely accepted practice. Michael Kim is an award-winning architect, leading a practice which spans residential, commercial and institutional clients. He has served on several public boards including a term as Chairman of the state Designer Selection Board. He is the recipient of thirteen PRISM Awards and named in the final DESIGN 100 by Metropolitan Home Magazine. His design was the subject of a case study in the book Universal Design for the Home, He was the ASID featured speaker on residential accessibility. Michael Kim's work has appeared in over two dozen publications and television broadcasts, including “New England Dream Home” and “This Old House”. President Jordan Warshaw is a 25-year industry veteran. He began his career as a real estate and zoning attorney and spent the next 15 years working at Boston real estate firms The Druker Company and The Davis Companies prior to founding Noannet in 2011. Mr. Warshaw is a current or past board member of The Winsor School, Boston Center for the Arts, Stop Handgun Violence, Topf Center for Dance Education, Voice of Reason and Westwood Girls’ Softball, is the Chair of Winsor’s Facilities Committee, a member of the Roxbury Latin Alumni Leadership Giving Council, and has coached more youth soccer, softball and baseball teams than he can count. He is a member of various real estate-related professional organizations, and has been a speaker on multiple occasions for NAIOP, REFA and Bisnow.

Mr. Warshaw is a graduate of The Roxbury Latin School, Yale University, and the University of Virginia School of Law. While not in the office, he can usually be found either on the sidelines of one of his three children’s games, mountain biking through Noannet Woodlands with his faithful golden retriever Lollipop, hiking around Noannet Pond with his wife Nicole, or banging away on his drum kit.
