Danielle Blake is currently a Vice President of Development with Marcus Partners where she is leading the development of 310 Northern Avenue in Boston’s Seaport District; a proposed life science/R&D development totaling approximately 868,000 rentable square feet. Just prior to joining Marcus Partners, Danielle worked for Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., where she was a Vice President in their Development and Construction group working on new development and repositioning projects within their Greater Boston life science and technology campuses including the delivery of 100 Binney Street. Prior to that, she held positions at Northstar Project & Real Estate Services and Spaulding & Slye/Jones Lang LaSalle. Danielle received a B.S.B.A. from Babson College and is currently a member of CREW Boston.

Dana has over 25 years of experience as a General Manager across the US, Canada and Mexico with the last 9 years focused the US Northeast market. Dana has extensive experience in sales, finance, project management, marketing, and service management. Dana’s experience working with customers in state and local government, education, commercial property, life science and healthcare along with his real-world experience in financing, construction and service delivery has developed an awareness of issues customers are dealing with that has helped shape the direction and product portfolio for the Northeast business.

Dana has led sales, development and construction teams on projects totaling over $750 million throughout the Northeastern U.S. He has led and monitored activities to assure projects are delivered on time and meet all financial commitments. Upon construction completion, he facilitates proper handover to Siemens or customer service personnel to insure ongoing maintenance and sustainability of the facility(s) and remains active in supporting outreach programs that enhance the communities’ economic development and STEM education programs.

With over 21 years of experience in construction management, Alyson Winters Kavanagh brings a range of knowledge for the biotech construction market in the Greater Boston area. As Senior Project Manager at Wise, she is currently in charge of managing over $123M of life science projects, as well as mentoring Assistant Project Managers and interns. Before joining the Wise team, Alyson served 13 years at Gilbane Building Company as a top Project Manager, four years at J.F. White Electrical Division and one and a half years at CWC Builders where she honed her market specialties in office/lab fit-outs, occupied downtown commercial renovations, historic restorations, entertainment, and transportation construction. Through the course of her construction management career, she has overseen construction for top industry clients such as Nan Fung Life Sciences Real Estate, Scorpion Therapeutics, TD Garden, Capital One, Fidelity, MBTA/Keolis, Massport, and Rue La La. Alyson received her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and is MA CSL, OSHA-30, LEED AP, CPR Certified.

John Hynes is the CEO and Managing Partner of Boston Global Investors. Prior to the formation of BGI in April, 2010, Mr. Hynes spent ten years as CEO and Managing Partner for Gale International and served as the driving force in the company’s aggressive expansion both domestically and in Asia. During his tenure at Gale, Mr. Hynes was the deal originator and managing Partner for the successful development of One Lincoln (now known as State Street Financial Center) and initiated Boston’s Seaport Square project. He also secured the massive New Songdo City project, a US $35B, 100 million square foot master planned city near Seoul, South Korea, one of the largest private real estate projects in the world today.Prior to joining Gale, Mr. Hynes spent ten years as a broker with the Codman Company and RM Bradley & Co. and ten years as the local development partner with Lincoln Property Company. During that time he participated in more than three hundred leasing and sales transactions in the Boston market totaling over six million square feet and developed three office projects totaling two million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of one billion dollars.

Currently, Mr. Hynes is focusing on the development of the 6M SF mixed-use Seaport Square project which is to be completed within this decade. John remains committed to and active within the Boston and Cape Cod communities and sits on the board of several non-profits and professional organizations. John is a graduate of Harvard College where he captained the 1980 hockey team.

Dave Wilkinson joined Camber Development in March 2021 as Managing Partner.

Dave serves a critical role in strategizing, analyzing, and executing on the firm's investment and development strategy and ensuring the team is delivering to the highest standards.

Prior to Camber, Dave spent nine years at Tishman Speyer, most recently serving as Managing Director - Head of Boston Asset Management, Property Management, Development, and Leasing. In this role, he managed all aspects of the firm's $3 billion real estate portfolio in Boston, developed the mixed-use Pier 4 project, and played a pivotal role in launching Tishman Speyer's global life science venture, Breakthrough Properties. Prior to Tishman Speyer, Dave's real estate career began in Acquisitions at Beacon Capital Partners.

Dave is a Board Member and member of the Executive Committee of A Better City

("ABC"), a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing Greater Boston's economic health, competitiveness, equitable growth, sustainability, and quality of life for all communities. Dave holds a BA in mathematics and economics from Wesleyan University and can be found coaching his kids sports or on a north shore beach with his family when he is not working.

Douglas J. Manz is a Partner and the Director of Development at The HYM Investment Group, LLC. HYM is currently leading the development of over eighteen (18) million square feet of mixed-use development in Greater Boston, including Bulfinch Crossing (Government Center Garage Redevelopment) and Suffolk Downs. Mr. Manz previously served as a Development Partner for JPI and Vice President of Development for Northland Investment Corporation where he focused on the permitting and development of high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise multifamily projects. Prior to that, he held various positions with Leggat McCall Properties in Boston. In 2013, Mr. Manz was appointed to and served on the City of Cambridge Transportation Advisory Committee and is a member of ULI and NAIOP. Mr. Manz is a graduate of Cornell University and the Harvard University School of Design.

Peter Schubert, FAIA is a Design Partner at Ennead Architects. Peter has spent over thirty-years designing award-winning office, commercial life science, vertical laboratories, R&D and innovation centers, academic science, mixed-use residential, hospital and hotel projects in the US and around the world. Fusing a passion for urbanism with iconic architecture that integrates local culture, history and context, he creates purposeful buildings and civic spaces. His work includes: Center East: The New York Blood Center, on the Upper East Side; The Cove Jersey City, a 3,000,000 SF commercial science-led mixed-use development; DIVCO West’s Parcel U project at Cambridge Crossing in MA; and the Alexandria Center for Life Science at East River Science Plaza, the first ground-up commercial lab project in New York City. Ennead has close to 5,000,000 sf of ground-up commercial lab projects across the Northeast. The firm is responsible for projects in the New York area as diverse as The Standard Hotel Highline, the new Koch Research Center at MSK and The Rose Planetarium.

Chris brings 30 years of client leadership, project management, planning and design experience to academic and corporate scientific research facilities. He embraces every aspect of the design process, partnering with clients to translate science and technology needs into the ideal physical environment. It's a truly collaborative process of listening, synthesizing ideas, and building consensus. His goal is to arrive at design solutions that are as prototypical as the research itself.

Chris has a particular interest in the ever-changing paradigm of research facilities. The cross-pollination of research disciplines, convergence science, and high-performance building systems and assemblies working in concert with the architecture, are key considerations for Chris in understanding the next generation of laboratory design.

Chris joined EYP in 2015, and is the co-leader of EYP's national science & technology practice, and is responsible for leading some of the firm’s most sophisticated research facilities.

Charlie Murphy serves as an Associate Partner at JB&B, where he heads up the firm’s Boston office.

Since joining the firm in 2008, he has led the design and development of HVAC, plumbing and fire

protection systems across multiple project types.

Charlie’s experience in higher education includes numerous buildings at the Columbia University

Manhattanville campus, SUNY Cobleskill Center for Agriculture and Natural Resources, and NYU Langone

Health’s Science Building. He has also been instrumental in the expansion of JB&B’s Science &

Technology practice in Massachusetts.

Charlie’s passion for sustainability and a low-carbon future has inspired him to push the envelope on

traditional higher education design and develop unique solutions for each of his projects, including the

design of low-carbon lab buildings. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering

from Loyola University Maryland.

Dr. Margulis has more than 25 years of science and business development experience in the Life Science industry and is currently a Chief Operating Officer at Mansfield Bio-Incubator, building an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Southeastern Massachusetts. Trained as a cellular and molecular biologist, his accomplishments include 12 authored scientific papers and numerous abstracts. In business development, Dr. Margulis increased sales by 200% within two years in the US and Canada, placed the Capital Equipment instruments into world-class academic and biotech/pharma accounts in the Boston area, and created a life science entrepreneurial ecosystem at Mansfield Bio-Incubator from scratch. He was critical in securing $4M money ($2M from Massachusetts Life Science Center and $2M from a private foundation) for Mansfield Bio-Incubator's 15,000 square feet expansion, which was completed in Q1, 2022.

Curtis Cole is a leader of the Boston Life Science Practice, a team of life science-focused real estate advisors providing expertise-driving innovative solutions for life science clients across New England and beyond. A 30-year expert in the industry, Curtis employs his in-depth market knowledge and deep experience representing life science companies providing thoughtful strategies across the life science, pharmaceutical and biomanufacturing sectors. Colliers’ National and International capabilities is served through the National Life Science Practice Group where Curtis is a key member of the group’s leadership.

Tzveta Panayotova is a senior laboratory planner with nearly two decades of experience delivering complex scientific facilities for global clients. Tzveta uses her extensive knowledge of design requirements, sustainability and lab standards to create efficient and engaging spaces that help researchers collaborate and discover. Her projects encompass higher education, corporate R&D and government buildings with typologies spanning from bioscience/biomedical to chemical and engineering facilities. Recent lab buildings she has helped plan and design include a pharmaceutical fit-out and consolidation for Sanofi in Cambridge, Mass., a large-scale government Covid testing site in the United Kingdom, and the Center for Artificial Intelligence & Human Health at Mt. Sinai in New York City. An active member of the laboratory community, Tzveta is involved in the AIA New York Science & Research Facilities Committee and Boston Life Science Events. She serves on the HOK’s Mentorship Committee and is a member of SEFA Labs, NY Builds Bio+ and the Association of University Research Parks.

As Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Jackie manages and directs the company’s Customer Organization, consisting of Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, Communications and Government Affairs. Her primary focus is establishing a customer-centric mindset across the organization to better align sales and customer service and network densification.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Jackie is a strategic global executive who has a passion for leading teams to exceed ambitious marketing, sales and financial targets. She has served as head of multiple divisions for large energy companies, including Enel X (formerly EnerNOC) and National Grid.

Jackie is also a founder, former president, and current board member of the Boston Chapter of the Women’s Energy Network. She earned her MBA in Management and Finance from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, as well as a master’s degree in Public Administration in Energy Policy & Management from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. She received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Columbia University.
