Daniel Klein is the President of Klein Enterprises, a 4th generation developer, owner, and operator of commercial real estate throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Daniel began his official career in real estate leasing and development in June of 2004. However, he first began familiarizing himself with the industry in the summer of 1996, assisting the maintenance crew sweeping parking lots and cleaning the centers. In his role as President, Daniel is responsible for the company’s overall performance, managing debt & equity, leasing, asset management, development & acquisitions, with a focus on sustaining the company’s existing portfolio while continuing long-term growth. Daniel is an active member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), a network of young, passionate corporate presidents, CEOs, and managing directors who look to exchange ideas and work practices. Additionally, Daniel is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. In the community, Daniel serves on the Board of Trustees and is Chair of the Facilities Committee for The Park School; is a member of the Board of Directors for the University of Baltimore Foundation; and is on the Board of Directors for The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore. Before joining Klein Enterprises, Daniel worked as a broker and real estate investor in Massachusetts while studying at Boston University, where he earned his BS in Communications with a concentration in economics. He holds a Real Estate Broker’s License in Massachusetts, as well as a Real Estate Salesperson’s License in Maryland. As the fourth generation of experience, Daniel carries with him, into this next decade of success, some cherished advice from his late grandfather, Philip E. Klein, “Always remember that talent gets you nowhere, if you don’t apply yourself and put in the hard work to produce something”. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys exploring the world, spending time outdoors, listening to music, and chasing his children – Mia and Philip – with his wife, Anna.

Michael Ricketts is the Director of Commercial Markets for Gilbane Building Co.’s Maryland office. As a senior executive with 30 years of experience in real estate development, design and construction he has a broad understanding of the Baltimore market. Working primarily in the Baltimore Washington region, Michael’s experience includes a wide range of transformative projects from institutional projects to residential mixed use. Previously, Michael was the president of BRC Development Group, a real estate development and consulting company specializing in commercial real estate development and construction management. He has lead numerous development construction contracts for projects in excess of $1 billion and more than 6 million square feet including the McCormick Headquarters in Cockeysville, Legg Mason and Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore and Park Place in Annapolis Maryland.

Mr. Gibbons became Chairman of the Board in October, 2010. Since joining the company in 1999, Mr. Gibbons has overseen the acquisition, finance, leasing, development and management of over 8,000,000 square feet of award-winning mixed-use and revitalization projects with a value in excess of $1.2 billion. Major Greenberg Gibbons projects led by Mr. Gibbons include: Ground up development of Village at Waugh Chapel and Waugh Chapel Towne Centre in Anne Arundel County, MD The redevelopment of Hunt Valley Mall, now known as Hunt Valley Towne Centre in Baltimore County, MD Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole in Annapolis, MD Edgewater Village Center in Anne Arundel County, MD Woodmore Towne Centre in Prince George’s County, MD Towne Centre Laurel in Laurel, MD Foundry Row in Owings Mills, MD Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, he was a Partner and member of the management committee of Fedder and Garten, P.A., a Baltimore, Maryland law firm. Mr. Gibbons earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the boards of Sinai Hospital, Hospice of the Chesapeake, and the University of Maryland at Baltimore. In 2013, Mr. Gibbons received the Distinguished Citizens Award from the Boy Scouts of America’s Baltimore Chapter for exemplifying strong community leadership and personal integrity. Most recently, he was named to the State of Maryland’s Private Sector Economic Development Commission, a group formed to recommend strategies to help map the future growth of Maryland’s economy.

Steven Siegel is a partner at Weller Development Company. He has over 20 years of development, finance, and public policy experience with expertise in executing public-private development transactions and financings. Prior to joining Weller Development, Mr. Siegel served as a senior advisor at Sagamore Development Company before joining the company full-time. As executive vice president, Mr. Siegel led the execution of the Port Covington project by overseeing the master planning and entitlement, public and private financing, strategic planning and communications, and policy and lobbying teams. Previously, Mr. Siegel was founder and president of Davey Street Partners, a real estate development and advisory firm focused on public-private projects in the Washington metropolitan area. Prior to Davey Street Partners, Mr. Siegel served as Director of Development in the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development in Washington, D.C. where he managed D.C.’s $13 billion, public-private real estate development portfolio. Mr. Siegel also served as Vice President of Acquisitions for a Mid-Atlantic multi-family developer where he led the pursuit, acquisition, financing, and development of over 1,000 multi-family residential market rate units.

With more than 20 years of experience as an architect and designer, Dustin Watson, has overseen projects ranging from small retail repositioning projects to shopping malls, town centers, large scale urban mixed-use development, high rises, and resort destinations worldwide. He is best known for creating dense, richly detailed, sustainable, mixed-use environments, streetscapes, and neighborhoods with layers of texture, designed to work together to create a true experience and a memorable sense of place. As the founder of inPLACE Design, he is passionate about designing spaces that are both memorable and engaging. Tackling some of the largest, most prestigious planning and mixed-use retail assignments worldwide, Watson’s work spans the globe to include projects from the Ridgmar Mall redevelopment in Fort Worth Texas, Wayward Smokehouse/Curious Oyster in White Marsh Maryland, and the award-winning project Royal Venya Resort in Bali Indonesia. He works closely with developers who understand the importance great places have on the value of their assets. As a global expert who is passionate about designing spaces that are both experiential and inspiring, he is a frequent speaker at top industry conferences and contributing author for numerous trade publications. Additionally, Watson is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the American Institute of Architects, and serves on the board of the Neighborhood Design Center.

Kevin McAndrews is Atapco Properties’ President and has primary responsibility for Atapco’s development and investment strategy and execution. He joined Atapco in 2002 as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development and was promoted to President in 2011. Kevin began his career with Trammel Crow Company in Texas in 1983 and has held senior management positions with Philadelphia’s Toll Brothers, New York’s The Harlan Company and ran his own commercial real estate company for five years. His experience throughout his career has covered a broad spectrum of commercial real estate investment and development activity. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brown University and Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Terri Harrington is a Senior Vice President with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services. Terri’s commercial real estate career spans almost two and a half decades with a variety of leasing experience including executive suites, mixed-use, office, retail, and new development in both suburban and urban properties. Terri began her career with a national developer responsible for both leasing and building operations and understands both sides of the leasing transaction process. Over this extensive career, Terri successfully leased some of the most challenging projects in downtown Baltimore including the conversion of the Federal Reserve Bank and American Urological buildings from single user to multi-tenant office buildings. Terri was also responsible for the lease transaction to bring the first supermarket to the Central Business District. Terri most recently worked on the new development project of Harbor Point and was responsible for the recent lease up of Class A office building, One South Street. Terri has consistently been one of the top leasing brokers in the Baltimore market and has been involved in some of the city’s more notable leasing transactions. In addition to her career in commercial real estate brokerage, Terri is active in economic development and strategic planning efforts to affect positive change in the communities where she lives and works. She serves on numerous boards and committees including the Downtown Partnership, Greater Baltimore Committee’s Leadership Program, and the Charles Street Development Corporation. In addition, Terri serves on the Advisory Board of The University of Baltimore’s Real Estate & Economic Development Program and the Bon Secours Health Systems Foundation Board.

Patrick Latimer joined JLL in 2011 as a Research Analyst focused on the analysis of the Baltimore office market. After developing a deep expertise across the office sector, Patrick’s responsibilites grew in 2013 to take on coverage of the Mid-Atlantic industrial market, and in the process creating an embedded team of research experts in Baltimore. In 2015, in additon to leading those areas, Patrick assumed responsibility of heading our Maryland research platform across office, industrial and residential. Tracking and analyzing Maryland’s commercial real estate market and economy, Patrick supports and advises clients ranging from investors, tenants and public-sector entities on market trends and conditions. Patrick has 10 years of market research experience specialized in Maryland. Before joining JLL, Patrick conducted commercial real estate research at the CoStar Group and performed research and trading support for structured debt products at ZAIS Group. At ZAIS Group, Patrick built and analyzed cash flow models and IRR projections for portfolios ranging in size from $200 to $600 million, and collaborated directly with senior management to analyze and create materials for risk management. Patrick received a Bachelor’s in Finance and Operations Management from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
