David founded LV Collective in 2012 with the vision and passion to help shape the future of Austin’s real estate landscape. David is married to his wife, Lauren, and they reside in Central Austin with their two children.

Endeavor Principal Nelson Crowe is responsible for leading the

company’s multifamily acquisition and development team, overseeing

site selection, entitlements, design, consultant coordination, construction,

project capitalization and asset management.

Currently, Nelson is working on the development of multifamily and mixed-use projects in Austin,

Nashville, Dallas Fort Worth, Salt Lake City and Denver totaling 13,000 units and nearly $3 billion in total

capitalization.

Prior to joining Endeavor in 2016, Nelson spent eight years at Forestar Group, where he served as Vice

President of Multifamily. In 2010, he was a founding member of the organization’s multifamily group,

which developed and/or managed more than 4,000 units in Nashville, Austin, Dallas, Denver, Charlotte

and Houston, with a total capitalization of $600 million.

Nelson previously worked for Crow Holdings, a private equity firm that focuses on direct real estate

investment through equity funds for the Trammell Crow family and its capital partners. While there, he

worked on the capital placement of an $850 million equity fund.

Kevin Burns is the CEO of Urbanspace, a multi-faceted company specializing in project development and

marketing, real estate sales and leasing, interior design, modern furnishings, logistics and hospitality.

2025 marked the year that The Modern Austin Residences, a luxury 56 story condo tower and Kevin’s

most recent development, delivered in the Rainey Street District. His newest hospitality concept,

Modern Bar, recently opened on the ground floor of the tower.

Since founding Urbanspace in 2000, Kevin’s firm has served as the exclusive sales and marketing

brokerage on highly successful projects including The Modern, 44 East Ave, The Independent, Seaholm

Residences and numerous other projects in the Austin area. True to his lifelong enterprising spirit, Kevin

opened his first hospitality concept, Codependent Cocktails + Coffee, next to Urbanspace at the base of

The Independent. Additionally, he developed a boutique hotel on the water in the form of two luxury

sailing catamarans, Seahome I and II, as well as a luxury ski house vacation rental in Park City featuring

six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and modern furnishings.

For the past three years, Kevin has been named to Austin Business Journal’s Power Players list,

recognizing individuals who have made significant impacts in Austin and their industries. Kevin remains

actively involved in real estate, topping over $1.5 billion in sales throughout his career and earning

Austin Business Journal’s Top Realtor award in 2020. He is a multi-year member of Elite 25, Austin’s top

Kevin is an urban community advocate and an active contributor to the Shoal Creek Conservancy, Austin

Marcy Phillips joined Crescent Communities in 2025 as Managing Director of Central and North Texas, bringing more than 25 years of multifamily and mixed-use real estate experience. She provides visionary leadership for the region’s platform, guiding strategic growth, site acquisition, entitlements, capitalization, design, and execution to deliver exceptional communities and long-term value.

Prior to Crescent Communities, Marcy previously held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Development at Ryan Companies and Vice President of Development at AMLI Residential. She is a Founder and CEO of MRP Delta Investments, LLC. Her extensive development portfolio spans major markets—Austin, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, and Kansas City with total market capitalization exceeding $3 billion.

Marcy is a recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry, actively engaged with organizations including ULI, RECA, NMHC, and CREW Network. In 2022, she was named one of ATX’s most influential trailblazers in CRE. She was a finalist for the Austin Business Journal’s Profiles in Power in 2014 and a nominee again in 2018. A past President of the CREW Austin Chapter, Marcy also served on the CREW Network National Nominating Committee in 2018. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Austin Alliance, contributing to its Economic Development Committee, and participated in the City of Austin’s East Riverside Corridor Regulating Plan Working Group. Srinath Pai Kasturi oversees the Central Texas division of Cadence McShane and works directly with the firm’s executives at each of the offices to expand the organization’s presence in major markets.

Srinath has been in the construction industry since 1997 and joined Cadence McShane in 2002. He provides leadership and executive guidance to the firm’s 180+ professionals, serving as the day-to-day leader for more than 50 construction professionals officing in Austin and San Antonio. Srinath is an expert across the Multifamily, Commercial, Industrial and Education sectors, and currently oversees a diverse range of projects in excess of $750M, including approximately $400M in ongoing multifamily projects in/around Austin and San Antonio.

Srinath is a graduate of Manipal Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture. He also attended The University of Oklahoma where he received his Master of Construction Administration. He is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Trent employs a collaborative design approach to provide clients with exceptional service and uniquely responsive design. Jamey May has spent his career as an advocate for stable communities and housing choice. As the

Housing and Community Development Officer for the Housing and Planning Department of the City of

Austin, Jamey oversees the Housing Production Division which includes real estate transactions of the

Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC), housing development financing agreements and incentives,

and home assistance programs. AHFC manages a growing portfolio of multi-family developments and

the Austin Community Land Trust; awards more than $30 million annually in gap financing for the

construction of affordable housing; and improves the safety and livability of hundreds of homes through

multiple repair programs.

Prior to returning to Austin in 2018, Jamey served as the Senior Planner for Rockingham County,

Virginia, where he was integral in the drafting and adoption of a comprehensive rewrite of the county

zoning and subdivision ordinances. Jamey began his career as the Outreach and Education Director of

the Central Alabama Fair Housing Center, where he engaged the community on multiple levels and

drafted the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing in Montgomery, Alabama, identifying public and

private limitations on the Fair Housing choice of all Montgomerians. Jamey earned master’s degrees in

Community Planning and Public Administration from Auburn University. He lives in Austin with his wife

and two daughters.

Rosie Truelove currently serves as the Director of the City of Austin’s Housing and

Planning Department. The Housing and Planning Department was formed in 2020 with

the merger of the Planning and Zoning Department and the Neighborhood Housing and

Community Development Department. The Housing and Planning Department

integrates comprehensive planning, zoning, and displacement prevention activities, as

well as affordable housing program delivery – all of which are central to community and

council priorities.

Prior to her role in Housing and Planning, Rosie served as the Director of Neighborhood

Housing and Community Development (NHCD) for four years. NHCD was responsible for

the development and incentivizing of affordable housing in Austin, as well as community

development services to benefit eligible residents, so they can have access to livable

neighborhoods and increase their opportunities for self-sufficiency.

Rosie worked in the capital project delivery arena for 14 years and served as the Capital

Contracting Officer for seven of those years. The Capital Contracting Office has the

delegated authority and responsibility for procurement and contracting services related

to the City’s Capital Improvement Program.

Rosie began her career at the City of Austin 24 years ago, working in the information

technology department. From there, she moved to the City Manager’s office where she

served as an Executive Assistant to the Deputy City Manager and City Manager.

She has a Master in Public Affairs from the LBJ School at the University of Texas and

undergraduate degree in Government.

Rosie is a co-founder of Woman-to-Woman, an employee affinity group for women at

the City of Austin. She serves as the President of the Board of Directors of the Blodgett

Fellows in Urban Management – a non-profit formed to promote the profession of Local

Government in graduate education. Rosie is also active in her children’s schools and

sports clubs – often spending her weekends at swim meets. She lives in Southwest

Austin with her husband and their two sons and their miniature Australian Shepherds,

Kerbey and Chuy.

Megan Lasch, owner, and principal of O-SDA Industries, has more than 15 years of

experience in the affordable housing industry. Megan is a long-term developer/

owner/operator of affordable housing. Megan has a background in engineering, project

management, real estate analysis, and design and has financed and closed more than

$1B over 43 developments in Texas. Megan received her Bachelor’s degree in

Biosystems Engineering from Oklahoma State University. She began her career as a

civil engineer , where she helped design a variety of public and private development

projects before starting her land development firm in 2010.

Megan was recognized as a finalist in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction

category of the 2018, 2019, and 2020 Austin Under 40 Awards, which celebrates

Austin’s most accomplished and influential emerging professionals who are making an

impact in the community. In 2020, Megan was also recognized in Austin Business

Journal Woman in Power Profiles. Megan is an active member of the Texas Affiliation

of Affordable Housing Providers. In addition, she has served as board chair for

Skillpoint Alliance and served as the Mayors appointee for the City of Austin 2024

Charter Commission. Megan is a board member of the Real Estate Council of Austin for

2023-2025 and serves as the Policy Vice Chair. Megan and her husband Josh have two

children, Beckett and Naomi.

A Chicago native, Donnell McGhee, has been working in the affordable housing development space for

half a decade. Donnell witnessed how the forces of disinvestment and displacement due to

gentrification impact the same communities in devasting ways. He is committed to utilizing his platform

within the industry to combat displacement and provide housing for people of all income levels. As a

quick study, he has been involved in the development of a dozen projects, consisting of 1,200 units,

totaling more than quarter of a billion dollars in development costs.

As the Development Director with the Vecino Group, a national affordable housing development

company, he is responsible for sourcing and closing affordable housing transactions including LIHTC,

PSH, Tax-Exempt Bond, and Workforce Housing opportunities. He is currently focusing on the Texas

market responding to needs within the permanent supportive housing and mixed income housing

spaces. Donnell has been able to successfully navigate these opportunities by cultivating successful

Public-Private Partnerships including but not limited to partnerships with co-development partners,

service providers, housing finance agencies, and housing authorities. Each of these deals contain

extremely complicated capital stacks with sources such as LIHTC equity, HOME, National Housing Trust

Fund, Federal Home Loan Bank AHP funds, and local housing bonds. He and the Vecino team currently

have 171 units under construction, 198 units in predevelopment, and another 200+ in the pipeline in

Austin, TX. He is actively expanding relationships and sourcing similar opportunities throughout the

other major Texas markets.

Before coming aboard at Vecino, Donnell worked in the Integral Group’s Development Division where

he led the implementation of strategic development efforts. These included large-scale master planned

community developments anchoring area revitalization efforts, with scope including master planning,

demolition, infrastructure and building design and construction, project financing, and property

stabilization. Donnell developed $146MM worth of multi-family housing projects in various markets

throughout the southeast during his tenure.

Donnell started his real estate career as a partner in Renewed Real Estate, a small single-family real

estate investment firm. He identified undervalued single family and small multi-family properties in

emerging neighborhoods leading to the acquisition of various properties at ~40% discount to market

value. He successfully raised capital from high net-worth investors resulting in a ROE of 36% on invested

capital.

Donnell received his MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He is a member of the

Urban Land Institute and Consortium for Graduate Study in Management and is active in the Emory Real

Estate alumni community.

He resides in Houston, Texas with his wife.

Sharon D. Guest has been working in the affordable housing arena for 23 years. In various

capacities, she has been involved in the financing and development of more than 48- housing

projects totaling almost $700MM in total development costs.

She serves as President of Affordable Housing for the Vecino Group. She oversees the strategic

direction and operations of the affordable housing development division which includes 4

regional offices and territory expanding over 12 states. She also serves on the executive

leadership council within Vecino that helps with creation and implementation of Vecino’ s global

business strategy and mission, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.

Previously, Ms. Guest served as the Senior Vice President of the Benoit Group closing 4- 4% LIHTC/

Tax-Exempt Bond/FHA financing transactions totaling more than

$115M, in under 3 years.

Prior to her tenure at Benoit, Ms. Guest served dual roles as President of the Housing

Development Corporation of DeKalb County, the non-profit arm of the Housing Authority of

DeKalb and Vice President of the Housing Authority of DeKalb. She was responsible for the

strategic direction of all real estate activities for the Authority which included the Authority’s

portfolio RAD conversion of Tobie Grant Manor, a 55 acre, 200-unit public housing community

located in Scottsdale, GA. This conversion included public-private partnerships that resulted in

over $85M in financing that allowed for the demolition of obsolete public housing units, the

successful temporary relocation of its 200 residents and the new construction of more than 400

LIHTC units. The Housing Authority of DeKalb County was the 2 nd RAD transaction to close in the

country and the 1 st of its size, to convert all its public housing units under the RAD Demonstration.

Prior to joining the Housing Authority, Ms. Guest worked as a Regional Director of

Development for Mercy Housing where she provided field operational support related to

development activities and business planning. During her tenure, she managed and/or had

oversight of seven (7) affordable housing projects. Ms. Guest also worked as a Senior Project

Manager for Columbia Residential. She was responsible for the project management and

coordination of affordable housing developments which involved intricate layered financing

such as, 9% LIHTC, HOME, HOPE VI, AHP and conventional financing.

Ms. Guest began her work in the affordable housing industry at the Atlanta

Development Authority and later joined the Department of Community Affairs as the Special

Assistant to the Director of the Office of Affordable Housing.

She is an Atlanta, Georgia native and graduate of the University of Georgia.

EDUCATION / AFFILIATIONS: Ms. Guest earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech

Communications from the University of Georgia.

Billy Whipple received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Granite State College in New Hampshire. In addition, he has a Graduate Master Builder (GMB) certification from the National Association of Home Builders. Billy has an extensive construction career, which began as a carpenter in New Hampshire and most recently with Habitat for Humanity for over a decade. He has a strong appreciation for Habitat’s mission which began when he was an AmeriCorps service member for Austin Habitat for Humanity. He worked with Habitat for Humanity Williamson- Maury in Tennessee for a few years, where he worked in Development and Construction before returning to Austin, Texas. Billy now serves as Senior Vice President of Construction for Austin Habitat and supervises all aspects of the New Construction Program, the Architectural Design, the Home Repair Program, and the Volunteer Engagement Program. In this role, he leads all construction planning and implementation with teams of construction staff, volunteers, contractors, and tradespeople. His leadership has allowed Austin Habitat to build 25 homes and provide critical repairs and accessibility modifications for an additional 20 homes each year for Austin Habitat.

Ms. Weaver founded Weaver Buildings to provide healthy housing affordable to middle-income earners. Ms. Weaver developed the first car-free multifamily in Austin, Capitol Quarters and is also developing Shoal Cycle.

Ms. Weaver is a Registered Architect, Registered Interior Designer, and Realtor in the State of Texas. She serves as Commissioner for the City of Austin Design Commission, Downtown Commission, and Co-chair of the Urban Land Institute Urban Council for Austin. She holds a Master in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.

Nora Linares-Moeller was named HousingWorks Austin’s Executive Director in April of

2018. She had served at the organization’s Interim E.D. since August of 2017. Nora’s civic

and political achievements span the past 42 years. She spent 12 years in state

government management with the last five serving as the first Executive Director of the

Texas Lottery Commission. Under Linares-Moeller’s direction, the Texas Lottery achieved

international prominence setting industry records for the sale of instant, Lotto and daily

game tickets.

In 1997, Nora started her consulting company serving gaming clients all over the world,

as well as other companies, nonprofits and political candidates. Her work in affordable

housing began in 2013 as the fundraising consultant for the highly successful Keep

Austin Affordable bond campaign. That work led to her involvement with HousingWorks

Austin, which began in 2014. Besides fundraising and capacity building, Nora has played

a vital role in helping organize events for HousingWorks, including the Annual Housing +

summit series co-hosted with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

“I have always believed that housing is the central issue for an individual to fulfill a

productive life,” said Linares-Moeller. Without proper housing, individuals’ health,

happiness and well-being are affected. I work every day to help, in any way I can, to

make peoples’ lives better. I see the need for cultural enrichment, better health,

productive jobs, but the most important of them all is a place to live your life.”

As a community volunteer, Linares-Moeller serves on the Board of Directors of Ballet

Austin (Past President), Texas Rural Communities, President of the Sally M. Kingsbury

Sarcoma Research Foundation, and a founding member of the Transit Forward Board.

She also serves as President of the La Union del Pueblo Entero (LUPE) organization, a

national organization founded by Cesar Chavez. She recently became a founding

member of LUPE Votes Board of Directors.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Linares-Moeller received her Bachelor of Arts

degree in 1976 from Southwest Texas State University, now Texas State University. She

is a 1989 graduate of Leadership Texas and a 1990 graduate of Leadership America.

Mrs. Latsha holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin and has been

involved in affordable housing since 2005. She started as a project/new business manager for the non-

profit Cesar Chavez Foundation, where she was responsible for the production of the organization’s

affordable housing developments in Texas. She joined the Texas Department of Housing and Community

Affairs in 2012 as the Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit Administrator and was promoted to Director

of Multifamily Finance. Mrs. Latsha joined Pedcor Investments in 2015 and is a Vice President of

Development, where she primarily sources Texas transactions financed with housing tax credits and tax-

exempt bonds. Since joining Pedcor, the Texas portfolio has increased by 15 separate developments and

over 3,200 units of affordable housing, with more in the pipeline. She has served on the executive

committee for her neighborhood organization, volunteered at St. Austin Catholic Parish, and was

elected to the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers (TAAHP) board in 2018, where she

currently serves as President-elect. She is also on the board of Community Housing Resource Partners

and most recently a founding member of the Texas Chapter of the Women’s Affordable Housing

Network (WAHN). She is a proud wife and mother of two and enjoys running, hiking, Astros baseball,

and tracking her Civic Type R.

Jon Siegel is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of RailField Partners. Prior to forming RailField, Jon was a founding partner of J. S. Watkins Partners, an advisory firm that advised clients in over $25 billion of multifamily transactions. Prior to forming J.S. Watkins Partners, he was Director of Structured Transactions in Fannie Mae's Multifamily group with responsibility for identifying, structuring, negotiating, and closing large scale transactions with many of the nation's largest lenders and property owners. Jon also served as Director of Acquisitions at NHP Incorporated, the largest owner and manager of multifamily real estate in the nation, where he was responsible for transactions involving the purchase of real estate, partnership interest, and operating companies. He has over 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry and expertise in strategy, acquisitions, and financing.

Jon has a B.A. from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from Emory University. He is currently an adjunct professor for the Steers Center for Global Real Estate within Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. He is also a member of the MHN (Multi-Housing News) Executive Council. Jon has been a youth sports coach for more than a decade and previously served as a board member for the Jewish Social Service Agency.

As Executive Vice President of Investments for Cortland, Kyle Bateh helps direct the firm’s investment strategy with a focus on acquisition and development opportunities. Kyle joined Cortland in 2014 as an Investment Associate and then played an integral role in growing the company in Florida as Director of Investments. Kyle was named Executive Vice President of Investments and moved to Texas earlier this year, and now oversees the investment activity for a portfolio of 125 assets comprised of over 37,000 multifamily units. Over the course of his career with Cortland, his primary focus has been on acquisitions and asset management, including the repositioning of nearly 10,000 units with over $300M in capital improvement projects.

Kyle holds a master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Economic from Wofford College. He is associated with the Urban Land Institute, Orlando Multifamily Real Estate Investing Group and Second Harvest Food Bank.

Candiss Escobar is a managing director of real estate for Greystar in Austin] , Texas. Active in

the multifamily industry since 1985, she joined Greystar in 2008. Candiss oversees 75 properties which equates to 23,00 units in the Austin Market.

Her knowledge spans a variety of multifamily asset types and investment strategies, including full rehabs, repositioning communities, lease ups, new construction,

mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use. Candiss has expertise in several markets across the country and

specializes in assessing underperforming assets and executing improvement strategies while providing

world-class customer service for the residents and clients. She has extensive knowledge working with all

types of clients ranging from institutional owners, REIT structures, private equity, and small ownerships.

She also holds the Institute of Real Estate Management CPM® designation, as well as the CAM and CAPS

designations from the National Apartment Association. Candiss has served as a board member of the

Austin Apartment Association, and as a member of Commercial Real Estate Women. She received the

Austin Greystar Regional Property Manager of the Year award, and was awarded Austin Apartment

Association Property Supervisor of the Year as well.

Andrew Klasing is Managing Director of Texas Development for Waypoint and responsible for the sourcing, execution and management of development projects in Texas. Prior to joining Waypoint, Mr. Klasing served as a Development Partner at Price Development Group where he oversaw the multifamily development efforts in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. Previously, he was a Vice President of Development at Corsair Ventures and US Freedom Capital. Mr. Klasing holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

As the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Chargie, Chris is responsible for bringing intelligent and reliable EV charging solutions to multifamily and commercial properties around the country. He has a proven track record of delivering products and services that drive innovation and growth for real estate owners, managers and investors. Before joining Chargie, he served as Director of Business Development at Boingo Wireless, a leading provider of 5G technology. Prior to Boingo, Chris held leadership positions at Verizon Enhanced Communities, Hughes Communications, rent.com, Global Enterprise Resource Group, and CU Solutions Group, and was one of the first five employees at DirecTV.

Taylor is the Founder and President of Wilson Capital and leads the acquisition, capitalization, and development of projects. Taylor has sponsored in excess of $730MM of real estate projects throughout his career including multifamily, single family, senior housing, affordable housing, and land development. Taylor takes pride in putting together the team that is best suited for each project.

Glenn Rescalvo FAIA is a Partner at Handel Architects and is based in San Francisco. He and oversees a large portion of the firm’s work, and has led the design for notable projects in cities around the world. Mr. Rescalvo's projects have received recognition locally, nationally, and internationally.

Current work includes a variety of projects in San Francisco including Pier 70 Parcel K North, 1320 Washington Street, 321 Florida Street, 3333 California Street, and 955 Sansome Street. In Seattle, he is leading the design of 801 Blanchard Street, in Los Angeles he is leading the design for a new mixed-use complex at Angels Landing, and in Austin he is engaged in a number of projects including the new Four Seasons Private Residences at Lake Austin.

Recently completed work in San Francisco includes Four Seasons Private Residences 706 Mission, Coterie Cathedral Hill, Serif and The Line Hotel, Union House, 950 Tennessee, 288 Pacific, The Pacific, and Murano. In Austin he recently completed the Proper Hotel and Residences, and in Los Angeles he completed Ten Thousand, a new luxury rental tower. International work includes the W Hotel in Santiago, a 31-story mixed-use complex in Santiago, Chile and the Rosewood Abu Dhabi, a 1.1 million sq. ft. luxury, hotel and residential development on the coast in Abu Dhabi in the UAE.

Prior to opening the San Francisco office in 1994, Mr. Rescalvo was a Senior Designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. Mr. Rescalvo's work has been published in Urban Land, Architecture, Architecture + Urbanism, Oculus, Architectural Record, Interni Magazine, and Icons of Architecture: The 20th Century.

Mr. Rescalvo holds his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and his Master of Architecture from Cornell University. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, the Residential Builders Association, the San Francisco Chapter of the Site Planning and Urban Research Foundation, and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Jason Fudin is the CEO and Co-founder of the hospitality living platform, Placemakr. He is a well-

respected entrepreneur in the industries of real estate, hospitality, travel, and business. Before co-

founding Placemakr, Jason was the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Vornado Realty Trust. At

Vornado, Jason worked on large asset repositioning and developing innovative commercial real estate

concepts for the organization. Over his career at Vornado, Jason has managed commercial real estate

development projects valued at over $2 billion.

Fueled by a desire for disruption, Jason co-founded Placemakr, an innovative, venture-backed, tech-

enabled real estate company. Here Jason has emerged as a pioneer in the urban, high-rise real estate

space, raising over $350M in capital to develop his vision of a flexible real estate model, one that blends

multifamily and hospitality use into one property.  Throughout his career, Jason has become a voice for

change in the real estate sector, often turning to his vision of the future in institutional real estate

development and investment, proptech, alternative lodging, homes, and hospitality space.

As Senior Vice President of Development and Strategic Partnerships for Mint House, the leading

tech-enabled residential hospitality operator, Elizabeth oversees strategic expansion of the

company’s portfolio across the U.S. through management partnerships with real estate owners and

developers. Founded in 2017, Mint House is transforming the way we live, work and play away from

home – delivering apartment-style, design-forward spaces that offer the conveniences of home,

reliability of high-end hospitality, and tech-enabled amenities that travelers have come to expect.

Elizabeth has been a key leader in the company’s growth to 25+ properties in 16 markets. She

currently manages a team of development executives and serves as the Chair of the Mint House

Development Board of Advisors. Prior to Mint House, Elizabeth was a commercial real estate broker

with CBRE in New York, and before that, held positions in business development and marketing with

CBRE and Transwestern.

Benjamin has 12 years’ experience of residential real estate sales and marketing and development that specialized in high-end condominium, and luxury multifamily. Benjamin began his real estate career working for a top producing broker at a premier NYC brokerage firm selling hundreds of millions of dollars over a three-year period. Benjamin was hired by the brokerage’s sister company, a new development sales and marketing firm and launched and operated notable buildings such as 56 Leonard, Baccarat, 30 Park Place, and Four-Season Surf Club.

The Israeli development firm HAP hired Benjamin to oversee sales and marketing and he worked to create the condominium and rental project in Chelsea known as Maverick. After multiple tours in China to raise funds through EB-5, Benjamin was then hired by DMG Investments, a Chinese development firm that focused-on Jersey gold coast condominium development. Benjamin worked to design and a launched the sales of the One Park condominium and oversaw the sales team.

His expertise falls in sales and leasing with a focus on pricing and absorption for different asset classes of real estate. He began his career in brokerage before moving into development in ground up and value add assets and the New York metropolitan area, and key markets throughout the United States. Benjamin has successfully developed over 4,000 units in his career to date. He is skilled in negotiation, sales, market research, and management.

Benjamin is a graduate from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Mary Grace Hinkle is a Vice President of Development for Wood Partners and is responsible for identifying, underwriting, capitalizing, and executing development opportunities in the South Texas Region. Wood Partners is a national leader in multifamily real estate development, construction, and management. The company currently has over 1,875 units under construction throughout the Austin and San Antonio MSAs and has been involved in the acquisition and development of more than 90,000 multifamily homes nationwide, with a combined capitalization of $17.5 billion.

Before joining Wood Partners, Mary Grace was with Greystar Development Services in Washington, DC where she was responsible for the development of high-rise, mid-rise, and garden multifamily projects, as well as SFR and mixed-use projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Mary Grace received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Sewanee: University of the South and her Master’s of Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mark Bulmash is President, Mixed-Use/Master Plan Development for Presidium, which he

joined in October 2020, where he oversees the planning and development efforts for

Velocity, River Park and The Pecan District. From 2011 to 2019, he was Senior Vice

President, Development for The Howard Hughes Corporation, where he oversaw the

Central and Southeast regions. Mr. Bulmash is a 35-year real estate veteran, who spent

time at the Taubman Company, Related Companies and Forest City Enterprises, as well as,

founding his own real estate advisory firm, Bulmash Real Estate Advisors, LLC. He is

currently a member of International Council for Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land

Institute, current chair of ICSC’s Global Design & Development Jury, and was a member of

the inaugural class of ICSC's Certified Retail Property Executives (CRX), the Center Build’s

Planning Committee and Advisory Board for the Penn Institute for Urban Research. Mr.

Bulmash earned his MBA from The Wharton School and his MCP from The University of

Pennsylvania. He earned his BS in Architecture from The University of Michigan.

Anthony Clarke is the CEO/Founder of Narrow Group, an Austin-based investor, operator, and developer of with an emphasis on attainable housing and a deep passion for serving its local community. Prior to founding Narrow Road, Anthony spent eight years in real estate private equity, most recently as a Senior Vice President in PIMCO’s Austin office. At PIMCO, Anthony completed over $5B of real estate transactions primarily in the residential sector including over $300M of multifamily projects in Austin. Prior to PIMCO, Anthony worked at Walton Street Capital & Kennedy Wilson. Anthony graduated with a master’s and bachelor’s degree with honors from Stanford University.

An Austin native, Claire brings 23 years of multifamily, hospitality, student housing and restaurant interior design experience to StudioSIX5. She is well-versed in many areas of design, including space planning, FF&E selections, finish selections, specifications, purchasing and expediting, project management and client relations. A true exemplar of Texas’ enterprising spirit, Allison is an entrepreneur, a businesswoman, a visionary architect, and a designer in her own right. Allison’s discerning style and magnetic disposition are key to B2’s success. Her passion for keeping her team challenged and fulfilled in equal measure leads to frequent adventures (think neighborhood bike ride or all-team spin class) and spontaneous outings (think fabulous hotels, eateries or other local favorites). As the company’s captain and fearless leader, her treasured team would follow her into fire and back — or at least down a long stretch of the Trinity Trail in heels in high summer as long as her beloved dog Betty June is in tow.

Allison graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Architecture. She honed her skills in the Chicago area at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and A. Epstein & Sons and Good, Fulton & Farrell Architects in Dallas where she met many developers who still bear the dual distinction of friend and client.

In 2007, Allison founded B2 Design Co. A life-long learner and teacher, Allison serves as a mentor for The Real Estate Council, although she’ll tell you she learns just as much as she teaches from this experience. Allison is also involved in starting The Hockaday Real Estate group which serves to assist fellow alumni and current students interested in the real estate profession. Allison is a member of The University of Texas School of Architecture Advisory Council and part of the inaugural class of the Longhorn 100. Allison is also a proud member for YPO Lonestar Chapter.

When not in the office, Allison enjoys the great outdoors … well, from a patio somewhere in Oak Cliff, Chapel Hill, or Palm Springs with one hand on a martini and her eyes fixed on her young daughter. Her husband, Jeff Tucker, is sure to be close by refreshing the olives.

Heidi Kasper manages the Austin Energy Green Building Residential team. AEGB rates new single and multifamily homes built in the Austin Energy Service Area as well as commercial construction in Austin. Currently, her work includes program and rating development for the single family and multifamily new construction and major renovation markets. The program contributes to Austin Energy’s energy efficiency and demand reduction goals as well as promoting and supporting other City of Austin sustainability goals.

Prior to working for Austin Energy Ms. Kasper worked as a project architect and LEED coordinator on a variety of LEED certified projects. Ms. Kasper is a registered architect in Texas; she holds a Master of Architecture from The University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and she is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction.

David Carroll is a Partner, and Director of Multifamily, at Urban Foundry Architecture in Austin. He has an

expertise in working in the urban environment and has served on the City of Austin Design Commission for

the last seven years. In this capacity, he is currently leading the effort to rewrite the city’s Urban Design

Guidelines. In 2019 City Council also appointed Mr. Carroll to the Joint Sustainability Committee to oversee

the development of the new Climate Equity Plan. For his work in advocacy and urban design related

issues, Mr. Carroll was awarded the AIA Austin President’s Award in 2016 and in 2018 received the AIA

Austin John Nyfeler Award for Community Service for his work with Austin’s Land Development Code

Revision. For his continual efforts in local advocacy, AIA National recognized Mr. Carroll as one of their

Citizen Architects for 2021. Throughout his career, Mr. Carroll has been a leader in Multifamily Architecture

and affordable housing. To this end, he also serves on the Board of the Chestnut Neighborhood

Revitalization Corporation, a non-profit dedicated to developing affordable housing. In 2021, they received

the AIA Community Vision Award for their work in bringing affordable homes to east Austin.

David manages the development process for MNO Partners. David is responsible for building solid development teams that can smoothly take a project from conception to completion.

David most recently worked as a development manager with Parallel-Co where he was responsible for managing the construction of a $70 million high-rise in Austin, TX. Prior to working at Parallel-Co, he worked in development for Aspen Height Partners where he was involved in the development of over $200 million of multifamily and student housing projects.

David graduated from Texas A&M Cum Laude with a B.S in Urban and Regional Sciences.

Brandon leads acquisitions for Intracorp Texas, as well as ensuring projects move through the pre-development stages through permitting towards construction commencement, including early design stages and supporting in capital raising efforts. Prior to Intracorp, Brandon worked at Holiday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) for two years in their Capital Markets Group in Austin, Texas. During his time there, Brandon assisted in closing more than $380 million in investment sales transactions, primarily focusing on apartments as an asset class, and $280 million in debt and equity transactions including apartments, retail, and office. Prior to his time at HFF, Brandon spent three years at JP Morgan Private Bank in Houston, Texas, with a main focus on structuring loans for clients of the Private Bank including assisting in managing a credit book of approximately $7 billion. Brandon graduated in 2015 from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin. There, Brandon received his BBA in finance and a minor in accounting while playing football for the University. Brandon grew up in Austin and has resided in the city for more than 26 years.

Mr. Palmenberg serves as the President of Centric Fiber where he is responsible for the overall operations and growth of the company. He has over 19 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure industry.

Prior to joining Centric Infrastructure, Mr. Palmenberg was Managing Partner and Founder of The Palmenberg Group, LLC, a privately held, boutique consultancy and venture capital firm which specializes in product/service innovation, commercialization, and marketing/sales strategies. Prior to creating his own firm, Mr. Palmenberg was a Partner at Strategy& | PwC (formerly Booz & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton). He began his career with Siemens Westinghouse as an engineer.

Mr. Palmenberg holds a MBA from The Wharton Business School – University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University, and is a certified lean manufacturing/six sigma master black belt.

Charles Gibbs is a Senior Director at Sonder, overseeing growth across the Central Region of North America. In that capacity, Charles leads a team of real estate professionals in the various Sonder markets throughout the region to help source and execute on new master lease opportunities for the company. With over 8,000 live units and 18,000 signed units in roughly 40 markets, Sonder is revolutionizing hospitality through design and technology, making a world of better stays open to all.

As Senior Design Leader and Managing Partner at BKV Group, Jonathan brings over 22 years of national and international experience in housing, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. He cultivates value through developing close working relationships with colleagues, clients, contractors, and consultants, providing a high level of personal involvement and investment in projects so they are successful and rewarding for everyone involved. Since helping launch the BKV Group’s newest office in Dallas, Texas and Hanoi, Vietnam, Jonathan has leveraged the opportunity to design and strengthen the community with each project he touches, creating them to be unique and innovative, while nimbly adapting to the environmental, contextual, and socio-political nuances each site represents. In currently working on projects all over the world, Jonathan takes a holistic and long-term approach to his projects, constantly exploring how BKV Group can be a positive change for the community, and the people his buildings serve.

Ken Mendez started in the built environment solutions in 1996, and has worked in several capacities in the Architecture & Design industry. Gaining expertise from a multitude of teams and manufacturers, he has served as a District Account Manager for both Kimball and Teknion, then moving on to Vice President of Sales for both Office Pavilion, and Workplace Solutions. For three years, Ken was the Regional Director for Knoll for the Houston Region. He currently utilizes his expertise in the multifamily market at Division Six and CORE Office Interiors in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. His bold approach puts people, process, and technology at the forefront of his go-to-market strategy. Ken excels at his job because of the care and growth he provides for his clients and employees to maximize their potential and ensure they each have the solutions and tools they need to succeed.
