Events Raw Space

712 West Peachtree

712 West Peachtree is a 310,000 sq ft, 20-story state-of-the-art office development in Atlanta’s Technology Square. Developed by Portman Holdings, located near Portman’s recently opened Coda Tech Square and adjacent to Portman’s Anthem @ Tech Square, 712 West Peachtree is situated in the highly-concentrated Tech Square that has become known as an innovation hotbed; with major corporate presence, research facilities, incubators, technology start-ups and the Georgia Institute of Technology campus. The building will share a city block with Anthem @ Tech Square and have integrated lobby space. 712 West Peachtree offers stunning views of Midtown and Downtown Atlanta. The vertical integration of programmatic elements allows the building to maximize a compact site area within the urban context. The location is the most transit-friendly in Midtown, offering a high-walkability score, access to the North Avenue MARTA, and on-site bicycle parking.
