Events Raw Space

Colony Square

Taking the place of the former Colony Square, the vibrant, open-air Plaza made its debut to the Midtown community in October 2020. At over 10,000 square feet, the greenspace serves as an activation venue for Colony Square’s events as well as an outdoor gathering space for Midtown. One of three community gathering places, The Plaza features a resort-level Concierge, an indoor/outdoor performance stage, ample seating areas, a large-format LED display, an interactive digital art experience, and access to Politan Row at Colony Square, the forthcoming food hall. It is also surrounded by activated retail and restaurants that will spill out onto The Plaza once open, including King of Pops and IPIC.

Once completed, the reimagined Colony Square will feature enhanced connectivity to Midtown, with nearly one million square feet of Class A office, a variety of open-air gathering spaces, a resort-level hospitality program, advanced technology, and modern dining, retail and entertainment experiences.

- We will adhere to all US/CDC/State Government regulations for event capacities.

- Masks will be required for the entire program and provided on-site if needed. Security guards will be on-site to enforce mask use.

- Temperatures will be taken on-site via a touchless thermometer. Attendees with temperatures above 99.9 degrees will not be admitted.

- We will cap attendance at 125 people, including all staff.

- The event will be pre-register only, no walk-ins allowed or onsite ticket sales.

- We will use disposable name badge stickers.

- An abundance of hand sanitizer will be available for all attendees.

- Social distancing will be enforced during the program and networking.

- We will not serve hot breakfast, but coffee and light breakfast will be provided.

Event Summary

Bisnow Colony Square are actively monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic. Because of this, we have implemented many changes from hosting the event outdoors at Colony Square to limiting guest capacity and implementing CDC guidelines for social distancing. Sanitizing stations will be set up throughout The Plaza at Colony Square and all high touch areas will be disinfected frequently throughout the event.

Join Bisnow and our all-star speakers for a morning of in-person networking and high-level discussions. At the event, our keynote speakers will answer the industry's top questions in addition to:

  1. What lies ahead for some of the top performing asset classes?
  2. Diversification and repositioning: How is the market transforming?
  3. Where can you find great deals in today and where should you be looking in 2021?
  4. What is the path forward for the local economy? How much of this hinges on human interaction in person?
  5. How is multifamily merging into the lane of hospitality and what does that means for real estate moving forward?
