Austin McDonald oversees the company’s daily activities related to financing, leasing, asset management, property management, and accounting. This includes coordinating support of the company’s portfolio with cash flow projections, debt and equity strategies, development performance analysis and lease analysis and negotiations. Mr. McDonald maintains relationships with McDonald’s investors and a broad range of financial institutions.

Mr. McDonald is also responsible for the company’s development activities in the State of Florida, including direct oversight of leasing and property management of the company’s existing parks and identifying and executing new development opportunities throughout the state.

Mr. McDonald began his career at Carter and Associates, a full service regional real estate firm based in Atlanta. He coordinated development proforma analysis, property valuations, acquisition and dispositions, financing packages and lease analysis.

Mr. McDonald graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics. He is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Atlanta Vanderbilt Alumni Association, is Past-President of the Pace Academy Alumni Association Board, and is a current board member of the Atlanta Airport West and Atlanta Airport South Community Improvement Districts.

David Welch is a Partner with Robinson Weeks Partners, and has overall

responsibility for the firm’s development and acquisition activities as well as its

build-to- suit programs. The firm structures ventures with public and private

entities to develop master planned parks and creates exceptional build-to- suit

programs for clients needing a trusted and experienced advisor to acquire and

develop their facilities.

Mr. Welch overseas the redevelopment of Gillem Logistics Center, an 1168 acre

master planned logistics center that can accommodate more than 8 million square

feet of e-commerce and distribution facilities.

Prior to joining Robinson Weeks Partners, Mr. Welch was the Southeast Regional

President for LNR Properties, LLC., where he had overall responsibility of all

acquisitions, developments, investments, operations and dispositions. The portfolio

included land, industrial and mixed-use assets exceeding $100 million.

Before joining LNR Properties, he held senior leadership positions with ProLogis for

nearly thirteen years.

Mr. Welch started his commercial real estate career with CB Commercial where he

specialized in leasing and selling industrial properties.

Mr. Welch received a business degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA

from The George Washington University. He currently serves on the Board of

Directors for the Council for Quality Growth and is active with the National

Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

John has completed millions of square feet of development-related projects from build-to-suit and sale/leasebacks to construction program and project management.

Mr. Fitzsimmons oversees the development, operations, marketing, and strategic planning for the Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub. A 2,600 dual rail served logistics park near the Port of Savannah as well as Broe Real Estate Group’s Eastern US industrial developments. Over the last 18 months, this includes over 2.1 million square feet of both rail served and non-rail served projects developed and sold as well as another 1.5 million square of projects currently under construction.

The Denver-based Broe Group directs a multibillion-dollar portfolio of real estate, transportation, energy, and investment assets that span North America. The Broe Group and its managed affiliates (Broe) are committed to long-term value and sustainable growth.

Mr. Fitzsimmons experience spans development, brokerage, and investment management in every region of the United States. He has completed industrial deals in excess of $ 1 Billion in value. Prior to joining Broe, Mr. Fitzsimmons was Senior Vice President of Real Estate Advisory Partners. He also held positions of, Vice President of Investments for IDI /Brookfield Logistics and Vice President, National Business Development for Industrial Developments International (IDI) and Director Southeast Logistics for Lee & Associates.

Education

Mr. Fitzsimmons is a graduate of Middlebury College with a B.A. in Economics and Geography and received his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia – Darden.

Matt DiLeo serves as Principal for InLight Real Estate Partners, LLC (“IREP”) in Atlanta, Georgia, primarily focused on the sourcing of acquisition and development opportunities.

Prior to joining the firm, DiLeo served as Founder and President of Diligent Investment Group, a private commercial real estate investment sponsor based in Atlanta, Georgia, focused on the acquisition and turnaround of surplus industrial real estate assets controlled by owner-users. Since the company’s creation in 2017, DiLeo oversaw all manner of the firm’s private investment sponsorship activities, including: acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, capital raising, investor relations and internal operations. Before launching Diligent Investment Group, DiLeo worked for three years as a Partner at a boutique commercial real estate investment company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that role, DiLeo spent six years as an industrial real estate broker in several major markets with Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate services firm based in Dallas, Texas. In addition to coordinating investment sales transactions, DiLeo facilitated hundreds of lease transactions, representing both tenants and institutional landlords.

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, DiLeo graduated from Texas Christian University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Major in Finance and a Minor in Accounting. DiLeo also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

DiLeo lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife, son and daughter.

Steve LaMontagne is a Partner at Moore Colson and leads the firm’s Real Estate Practice. Steve has extensive experience in all sectors of the real estate, construction and hospitality industries, including fund managers and

advisors, registered investment advisors (RIAs), REITs, developers, institutional investment vehicles, operating properties, and syndication of private and public partnerships. During his 35+ years of experience in the real estate industry, several years were spent in capital markets working exclusively on real estate transactions. In his role as leader of the Moore Colson Real Estate Practice, he works with a variety of real estate clients. His expertise includes real estate investing, accounting, financial reporting, and auditing matters. Prior to joining Moore Colson, Steve was an Assurance Partner and leader of the Southeast Real Estate Practice with the international accounting firm of KPMG, LLP. Steve worked with KPMG, LLP since 1983 as a CPA. Steve became the leader of KPMG’s Atlanta real estate practice in 1997 and shortly thereafter became the Director of the Real Estate Practice for the entire southeastern United States. He also served on several National Committees utilizing his expertise in the area of real estate finance including leasing, mergers and acquisitions,

financings, public offerings and sales of real estate.
